This paper proposes integration of optimal operational planning of energy plants and optimal production planning for actual reduction of energy costs in factories. Conventionally, fixed loads of the various tertiary energies have been utilized for solving optimal operational planning of energy plants so far. On the contrary, in this paper, the loads of the various tertiary energies are calculated according to candidates of production planning The proposed method is applied to 10 jobs and 10 machines problem and it is verified that it can minimize the secondary energy cost and production time simultaneously. A survey of the methodologies associated with the modeling and control of uncertain nonlinear systems has been given due importance in this paper. The basic criteria that highlights the work is relied on the various patterns of techniques incorporated for the solutions of fuzzy equations that corresponds to fuzzy controllability subject. The solutions which are generated by these equations are considered to be the controllers. Currently, numerical techniques have come out as superior techniques in order to solve these types of problems. Application of the traditional centralized approach to construction of automated optimal controlsystems for complex industrial facilities is often difficult due to the high dimensionality and complexity of the emerging controlproblems. Such industrial facilities, in particular, can include technological processes of finished products and production complexes of the petrochemical and oil and gas industry. One of the effective ways to eliminate these difficulties can be the use of decentralized controlsystems with a multi-level hierarchical structural organization. The mathematical basis of decentralized hierarchical control is formed by the methods of optimal controlproblems decomposition. One of the most effective and promising method for practical use in this class is the feasible decomposition method. This method is distinctive for its obvious operating principle and visual physical interpretation. However, it is developed only at the conceptual level, and it is difficult to apply it in practice, since there are no specific implementation mechanisms, in particular, algorithms for working interaction between the coordinating body and local controlsystems. In the paper a possible approach to the elimination of this problem is presented. The findings of the experimental study confirm the validity and effectiveness of this approach.

This logical elements are recommended as memory elements for the construction of relevant controllers and devices for tolerance control of analog signals, which used in diagnosis of complex electronic equipment. The mathematical apparatus used in the design is a linear algebra. The basic equations and results of computer modeling of the developed cyclic shift schemes are presented. Recently, the intelligent Driver Assistant System (DAS) and an autonomous driving system have been widely studied. For those systems, a local route that represents the road shape is essential information for controlling a vehicle's behavior. When the local route is recognized by the perception sensors attached to the vehicle, the discontinuous information caused by the noise and detection failure worsens the driving comfort and stability. Since filtering methods in previous studies have caused time delays, the reaction of the vehicle control may be late when the curvature of the road changes. In this paper, the local route is temporary modeled into a mathematical form with several nodes to smooth the discontinuous information without delay problems. The node location of the temporal roadway geometry model is probabilistically updated by a Bayesian filtering scheme using the recognized local route. The proposed method was evaluated with a Mobileye camera and a real road. This method not only provided road shape information without a time delay but also interpolated the road shape information during the misdetection of sensor information and updating period.

Factor space is an indispensable part of the model validation. In order to provide an advantageous method to build factor space for model validation, this paper states the challenging problems of the factor space, and proposes a mathematical model of it. Further based on the model, this paper provides the graphic illustration, the factor decomposition, the credibility aggregation and the model defect tracing of the factor space, which construct a novel method to build a factor space for model validation. Finally, the paper provides a case study of an electromagnetic rail gun model validation to explain the usage of the method.

The problem of pendulum's energy control in presence of an irregular input disturbance is considered. A feedback control law is chosen based on the speed gradient method. The main contribution of the paper is in studying the complex behavior of the previously designed system under irregular disturbances. The main result is precise estimates for an initial set and a limit set (attractor) as well as the conditions guaranteeing the following: all the solutions starting in the initial set will enter the limit set in a finite time.
