The paper presents new concepts and approaches to achieving intelligent control interfaces for solving contradictory problems using Extenics multidimensional theory applied on VIPRO Versatile Intelligent Portable Platforms. VIPRO platform enables developing the IT Industry 4.0 concept through the design, testing and experimentation of new intelligent control interfaces on a classical mechatronic control system without the need to modify its hardware structure, and, from optimal decisions and information fusion between the intelligent control interfaces, resulting in a high degree of versatility and portability to a global communications network. The Cyber-Physical systems as like a VIPRO Platform's component, developed through advanced intelligent control interfaces integrate the dynamics of the physical processes with those of the software and networking, providing a powerful environment for modeling, design, and analysis techniques for an integrated whole IT Industry. The portability characteristics results allow test and improve the motion performance of the mechatronic system, and furthermore implement the intelligent control and decision interfaces on their own control system, applying Industry 4.0 components: cognitive computing including intelligence and signal processing, cyber-physical systems, internet of things and cloud computing, exemplified on an Extenics multidimensional control intelligent interfaces. The recently increased interests in visual measurement and control applied to underwater robots have challenged the existing visual technologies that once were sufficient in ground-based applications. This paper surveys the major difficulties and representative applications in underwater visual measurement and control, most of which result from the particularity of the aquatic environments. Specifically, the state of the art of the underwater vision is summarized from different perspectives, primarily involving key points and existing problems. In particular, the application of the embedded vision-based system in the context of bionics is accented. Finally, the potential development trends and possible breakthroughs are discussed, shedding light on the effort both in hardware and software to advance real-world underwater vision applications.

Modern air traffic controlsystems equipped with phased antenna arrays radar have increased performance in comparison with radars of previous generations. The radar tracking of objects starts with the detection of such objects. The earlier the object is detected, the more time is available for the selection of modes. The article solves the problem and offers a method of automated management of modern radar complexes with phased antenna arrays, which will significantly reduce the search time for objects in the view field of such complexes. The solution is based on the discretization of the object detection process by time and position. Space, where the detected objects move, is divided into cells, and each of the cells is identified with a particular position. Each object can be in each cell for a long interval of time and then move to other cells. As a result, a dynamic process with a fixed number of positions and discrete time is obtained. For optimal calculations, we chose a minimum average time for searching and detecting an object. The optimal speed problem deals with the elements of the phase space as extrapolated probabilities of the present object in the cell of the viewing area. The optimization problem is solved using a discrete analogue of the maximum principle. Its application offers sufficient conditions for optimality. For the numerical solution of the problem, the author employs a modified method of successive approximations. Based on the proposed method, the author develops an algorithm for automated management of the detection of moving objects by a radar complex, as well as an operational simulation model after objects are detected. The suggested method of automatic control significantly reduces the average search time for objects. This article is the second in a series of articles devoted to the problems of information support of the processes of navigation of aircraft and air traffic control.
