Due to complex mechanical structure of a motor, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is commonly used for calculating distribution of magnetic flux. FEA has high accuracy and reliability. The use of FEA should be limited to design of a motor and another analysis method is neeeded for studying output characteristics depending on control algorithm. In this paper, new simulation model is proposed where space harmonics and variation of d, q-axis inductances are taken into account. The proposed model takes much less simulation time compared to conventional FEA method. Three-phase flux linkages are interpolated depending on instantaneous three-phase currents and position of the rotor. In this paper, new simulation model is proposed which can consider space harmonics occurred from mechanical structure of IPMSM. The results of the simulation show that the proposed model is valid.

In this paper, we consider a large-scale global optimization problem, which takes place in distribution of large number of products into individual orders. In general, the amount of each product is limited and the packaging is constrained, which means that the initial problems can be reduced to constrained nonlinear optimization problem. The high dimensionality and complexity of this problem leads to developing of the specific problem-oriented optimization tool. Two different approaches of solving this problem were considered. The first one is based on the reduction of the initial problem to the discrete optimization problem with dimension is equal to the product of orders number and number of products. The second approach is based on the decomposition of the initial problem into two related problems: combinatorial problem of ranking orders and combinatorial/discrete optimization problem of optimal distributing. As the main extremum seeking approaches, the evolution based and nature-inspired algorithms were used and modified for efficiently solving the considered problem. We also propose the set of particular problems: different combinations of orders and products, which were used for the algorithms' parameters tuning. In addition, the proposed reduction approaches and related algorithms were compared in its performance on these particular problems.

GO-FLOW model is a success-oriented system modeling method which describes how the system configures its resources to achieve required functions by using basic functional units in terms of substances and demand flows in the system. The GO-FLOW models, which are directly built according to system structure drawings, can be used to analyze the reliability of a system with time and phased mission problems. With the development of Digital control System (DCS), the reliability analysis of whole DCS has become an important task. However, there are some shortcomings using the traditional GO-FLOW methodology to model DCS: 1. There are not abundant operators in the GO-FLOW model to describe the control logic in DCS;2. It is hard to model the relationship between the control actions and hardware devices using traditional GO-FLOW methodology;This paper presents an extended GO-FLOW modeling method. In this study, the GO -FLOW model is supplemented and improved, which can accurately describe the relationship and control logic between the hardware and control action (or human control action) in the running process of the DCS. In this paper, taking the Chemical and Volume control System (CVCS) as an example, using the extended GO-FLOW modeling method established the model of CVCS, and the model of DCS control logic. This improved modeling method can be applied to the reliability modeling and evaluation of DCS.

Intermodal road-rail transportation systems (IRRTS) is a typical complex giant system which is difficult for traditional management approaches to form effective solutions with dynamic adaptability. In the physical world, simple equipment upgrading and transport optimization can't satisfy the demand of IRRTS for high efficiency and low cost. Thus, a framework of parallel IRRTS based on ACP approach including artificial IRRTS, computational experiments and parallel execution is proposed. The artificial IRRTS is the foundation of parallel IRRTS, which can be constructed based on multi-agent modeling. In this paper, the structure of the IRRTS is analyzed in detail, while eight types of agents are designed to model all of the entities in an IRRTS, and the artificial IRRTS is constructed considering the interactions among all types of agents. Therefore, the management and control for IRRTS in physical world can be tested and computed through the artificial one, and the systems' operation efficiency will be improved.

For the study and verification of our mathematical model of telecommunication systems a discrete simulation model and a continuous analytical model were developed. However, for various reasons, these implementations are not entirely satisfactory. It is necessary to develop a more adequate simulation model, possibly using a different modeling paradigm. In order to modeling of the TCP source it is proposed to use a hybrid (continuous-discrete) approach. For computer implementation of the model the physical modeling language Modelica is used. The hybrid approach allows us to take into account the transitions between different states in the continuous model of the TCP protocol. The considered approach allowed to obtain a simple simulation model of TCP source. This model has great potential for expansion. It is possible to implement different types of TCP.
