This article discusses the development of an interval algorithm based on the method of successive approximations for solving optimal controlproblems under uncertainty of initial data. To achieve this goal, interval analysis methods are applied, allowing for the consideration of variations in system parameters. A numerical implementation of the algorithm is provided, along with a description of a computational experiment using a model example. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can construct confidence intervals for the solutions to the optimal control problem, making it useful for practical applications in situations with uncertainty in initial parameters.

The paper is devoted to the analysis of automatic and automated decomposition methods for their possible use in constructing methods for identifying the structure of dynamic weakly formalizable problems in artificial synergetic intelligence systems and, in particular, hybrid intelligent multi-agent systems. For this purpose, the paper presents the conceptual model of the problem, and analyzes five groups of automatic decomposition methods. A conclusion is made about the need to integrate existing decomposition methods and the prospects of the generative agent approach for developing methods for identifying the problem structure. The creation of such methods will significantly reduce labor costs for constructing synergetic intelligence systems for solving practical problems.

In recent years, the validation of automated features in vehicles has become more extensive and complex than initially anticipated. Unfortunately, reality has caught up with the original optimism and enthusiasm that envisaged fully automated vehicles on the roads by 2020. The development of vehicles that can operate fully autonomously, without human intervention, worldwide in all environmental conditions remains an open problem and still requires some development effort. The preparation of an approach for certification and validation of autonomous car systems completely independent from the vehicles control system themselves remains a significant problem. To validate the safety of the systems, this work introduces the Shadow System (SS), an original and novel system that allows the detection and handling of problems in automated vehicles under real conditions. The method uses the human driver as a reference to verify the safe operation of a vehicle. A way to measure behavioral differences for steering movements is presented using a specially developed component called the Shadow Steering Wheel (SSW). This enables the steering movements of the human driver and automated vehicle to be measured independently. The proposed system is based on non-intrusive techniques. With the presented method, safety-critical and problematic traffic scenarios can be objectively identified in real time under real conditions during the validation phase and safely corrected by the human driver.

This paper is devoted to studying effects of digital controlsystems implementation in the electric power industry infrastructure for synchronized operation of power electronics devices. The problems of designing this type of digital infrastructure to realize synchronous control of power electronics semiconductor devices within a single power system are described. The main kinds of power electronics devices that can function in one electric power complex are studied. The operation principle of main kinds of semiconductor power devices, their technical parameters, and an effect on an electrical network are investigated. The concept of a digital control system for energy infrastructure operation is proposed. Structure, functions, and operation algorithms of such kind of digital control system are considered. A computer model of an electric power system consisting of several power electronics devices is realized in MATLAB Simulink. In addition, a digital infrastructure prototype (console software) to control this model is created.

Nowadays, industrial controlsystems are becoming more digital, more complex, and more interconnected causing growing anxiety about their safety, security, and especially cybersecurity. For dealing with all security problems including cybersecurity assessment, security programs are utilized where the properties of confidentiality and integrity are characterized in detail. But the availability attribute often suffers due to a lack of attention, which makes the assessment of availability grow into one of the thorniest issues. The article investigates cybersecurity in the industrial controlsystems context, clarifies the great value of availability, and explains a reasonable shift between cybersecurity and availability assessment problems. A delay of the signal transmission is discovered to be a suitable measure of the quantitative availability assessment, and a theory of deterministic queuing systems Network calculus is advocated to be a relevant tool for the delay estimation and availability modelling. A reference model for the availability assessment and also an appropriate metric based on delay and system dependency are proposed. The results of the verification of the applicability of Network calculus to solving the delay estimation and cybersecurity assessment problems are presented.
