The purpose of this paper is to propose a panoramic human-machine collaborative training system that can adapt to new energy grid-connected operation conditions, simulate various complex situations, and provide regulators with simulation exercises, intelligent deductions, decision-making references, Q&A services, which provide intelligent reference solutions for precise regulation under new energy access scenarios with high percentage of new energy under a new type of power system. In order to enhance training effectiveness and operational efficiency, it is need to apply intelligent technology and data-driven models instead of experience and human labor. Interactive Q&A application such as Chat GPT has subversively changed the implementation mode of the training process, making the traditional teaching of theory and basic knowledge easier and faster. However, these commercial Q&A systems still have limitations in terms of accuracy, security, as well as professionalism, which makes them inefficient in professional learning area. In this paper, we use the idea of parallel control and the transformer model to construct a human-computer cooperative training system adapted to new energy grid-connected electric power systems, which realize a human-computer cooperative training model that highly integrates the Q&A services with the real trainer, the real trainees, the computer simulation system. Ferroresonant oscillations involving voltage transformers (VTs) have become a growing phenomenon, especially in wind parks. The pursuit of practical analysis of ferroresonance has motivated the development of a specialized testing system, combining computational simulations and laboratory tests to explore different aspects of the phenomenon. During the tests, the effects of varying shunt and series capacitances in the circuits were observed, identifying critical values for the occurrence of the phenomenon in each VT. The results demonstrated the testing system's ability to reproduce ferroresonance under laboratory conditions, reflecting real situations in the Electric Power system. The simulation model developed in the Electromagnetic Transients Program (EMTP) proved effective in qualitatively predicting possible modes of ferroresonance, provided that the system parameters are known or estimated.

This paper presents an automated system to diagnose and recognize Metering and Relaying diagrams in electrical drawings. These diagrams play a crucial role in defining protection schemes for new substations, so ensuring their accuracy is essential to avoid delays and additional costs in the construction process. The study focuses on three primary stages: data preparation, model training, and application development. Advanced machine learning models such as YOLOv5, RTM-Det, and Faster-RCNN are explored. To enhance flexibility, the study utilizes the MMYolo toolbox and the MMDetection toolbox and showcases adequate dataset preparation with Albumentations, emphasizing the importance of transfer learning for efficient resource utilization. The resulting Automatic system to Diagnose and Recognize Electrical Drawing (ASDR) empowers experts to scrutinize drawings, identifying missing components and potential missing areas. It is nonlinear that the input set mapped to the output set, but it is linear that the hidden layer space mapped to the output space. Because the RBF network whose action function is Gaussian basis function, its output is related to some modulation parameters. In the input space who is limited, it is not zero, and it is a neural network method who has local approximation. Therefore, RBF network can learn quickly and avoid local minimal problems, and the real-time requirements of control can be satisfy. Through establishing the Simulink control system simulation of the relevant model and the discrete digital simulation of M fuction, the control method which used RBF neural network model is very accurate and real-time, and the control effect is very good.

Cyber threats are extremely frequent, and fuzz testing is an effective method to discover vulnerabilities. Regarding the optimization of fuzz testing cost, firstly, the cost distribution of each module during the fuzz testing process was studied. Then, based on the problems of damaged coverage information and excessive additional overhead in existing lightweight fuzz testing methods, a lightweight fuzz testing method based on stubs is proposed, which can be flexibly implemented while retaining fine-grained coverage information. The cancellation and recovery of stub points effectively reduces the execution overhead of fuzz testing. Finally, this method accepts the protocol program of the power system, effectively reducing the execution overhead of fuzz testing.

As we know, accurately measuring the attenuation value of underwater laser based communication is very difficult, and most of current researches are based on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. In response to the complexity and variability of underwater blue-green laser communication channels, this paper studies the attenuation characteristics of underwater laser communication channels through theoretical analysis and Monte Carlo simulation methods. Moreover, a design scheme for an underwater laser attenuation channel measurement device is proposed, and the optical path and hardware system are designed to achieve actual measurement of the attenuation coefficient of underwater laser channels in a water tank environment. Finally, this paper provides theoretical basis and technical support for analyzing and establishing accurate underwater wireless laser communication channel models.

This paper introduces the method of computer graphics editing on NET platform. Several aspects of computer graphics generation, such as accompanying files, graphics processing and network interactive control, are studied. Through the secondary development of Arbortext Isoview, the intelligent hierarchical display, object management, event processing and animation generation based on Arbortext Isoview are completed. It can control and interact with CGM illustration in the network environment. At the same time, the mathematical model of illustration graph is established by using operator and clustering optimal gene algorithm. Firstly, hybridization and mutation probabilities were dynamically regulated according to population characteristics, thus improving the optimization speed in the evolutionary process. K-medoids method was used to cluster them. The cost function is used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the cluster. An arbitrary graph rendering method based on genetic algorithm is proposed. The experimental results show that this method is more artistic and creative in illustration art design.
