Currently, fraudulent donations are frequent, leading to a gradual decline in the credibility of charitable organizations and internet charity fundraising information platforms. To solve this problem, an all-in-one APP application based on Harmony OS 2.0 was built to allow the public to participate in charities, follow charities, and monitor charities conveniently. The donation information management APP application development system adopts a modular R& D idea, mainly using DevEco Studio 3.0 and IntelliJ IDEA 2021 as the R&D platform, combines Spring Boot architecture and MYSQL database, etc., and completes the creation of critical functional templates after system design. In the industrial production of cleaning supplies, larger production quantities are stored in storage boilers and from there they are filled into household-sized bottles. An interesting problem arises in the planning of this process in which production orders have to be assigned to these storage boilers at predetermined times. It turns out that this problem corresponds to a variant of the problem known in the literature as the k-track assignment problem or operational fixed job scheduling problem (OFJSP), which is a classical NP-hard optimization problem. In this paper we investigate and compare different modeling approaches including a CP model, a direct ILP model, a network flow based reformulation as well as a simulated annealing approach. We evaluate these methods on a large set of instances for this problem and on benchmark instances for a related problem. We show that the simulated annealing approach provides very good solutions and outperforms other known solution approaches for larger instances. Our methods have been applied in real-life scenarios, where they have been able to obtain optimal solutions in a short time.

With the rapid development of unmanned vehicle technology, unmanned vehicle plays an increasingly important role in related fields, which is of great significance to the future development of intelligent transportation. In order to break through the bottleneck of the intelligent degree of existing unmanned vehicles, unmanned vehicle driving technology based on knowledge graph has become one of the development trends. Firstly, this paper gives a brief overview of the decision-making process of unmanned vehicles, and introduces the basic principles and related concepts of unmanned vehicle technology based on knowledge graph. Then the application of knowledge graph in intelligent decision-making of unmanned vehicle is introduced, including target recognition, semantic segmentation, target trajectory prediction and scene understanding. Then an automatic driving decision system based on knowledge graph is proposed. Finally, the future development of intelligent decision-making of unmanned vehicles based on knowledge graph is prospected, and various possibilities of its future development are discussed.
