In this article, a Fourier-Galerkin approach for solving a Schrodinger-Poisson system is considered. The Fourier-Galerkin approach leads to an approximation method with two steps consisting of a truncation of the Fourier-Galerkin series and the solution of the resulting ordinary differential equation with a Runge-Kutta solver. Both steps influence the numerical accuracy of the final solution as well as the performance and energy behavior. The numerical approximation software is implemented as a multi-threaded program. The exploitation of frequency scaling and the degree of parallelism provided by the number of cores may also result in different values of execution time and energy consumption. The goal of this article is to evaluate the performance behavior of the numerical approximation software based on measurements on three multicore platforms. The mutual interaction of the number of threads, the operational frequency, and the computational requirement for achieving a specific numerical accuracy of the solution are investigated. Experiments show a good scalability behavior for computing approximation solutions of different numerical accuracy.

Nowadays, there is the paradox of technology: although smartphones have revolutionized our way of living, bringing convenience and connectivity, they have also introduced new challenges, notably distracted driving. This paper addresses the issue of visual distraction, one of the main contributors to traffic accidents, through the development of an innovative system that combines the application of convolutional neural networks and the functionality of mobile devices. The adopted methodology focused on the collection of a broad set of images to train an artificial intelligence model capable of classifying a qualitative variable with two distinct categories: attention and distraction of a driver. In particular, the study concentrated on creating a mobile application that uses a smartphone's camera to monitor the driver and issue auditory alerts if it detects prolonged distraction. The achieved results highlighted the efficacy of the model, especially after its optimization for the TensorFlow Lite format, suitable for implementation on mobile devices due to its efficiency in terms of speed and resource consumption.

The government is accelerating digital transformation in several fields, including procuring government goods and services. The government needs a system or application to monitor and evaluate government procurement of goods/services to facilitate this acceleration. The National Public Procurement Agency has developed software to monitor and evaluate the government procurement of goods/services at the ministries, agencies, and local government levels. The name of the application is the Local Monitoring-Evaluation application. It was developed using a monolithic design and then integrated into the e-procurement system. This application manages the collection, processing, aggregation, and display of data in the form of a dashboard. The planning, implementation, and payment phases of a transactional procurement system are all connected with this application. However, because AMEL is a decentralized system, the central government needs help when trying to display a similar dashboard at the national level. Considering that the current AMEL performance monitoring and evaluation dashboard requirements must comply with the requirements in the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 1148 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of General applications in the Sector of Government Procurement of Goods/Services, we propose to change the information system architecture from the Local Monitoring-Evaluation uses Microservices Architectures (MSA). The proposed architectural design should improve data capture, processing, aggregation, sharing, and visualization of monitoring-evaluation of data. We will use the Open Group Architecture Framework-Architecture Development Method (TOGAF-ADM) as an enterprise architecture framework.
