In order to improve the control effect of industrial robots, this paper analyzes the application of the joint optimization algorithm of wireless resources and cloud resources based on cloud edge multi-cluster containers in industrial robots, and improves the robot's network resource scheduling. Moreover, this paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced by industrial big data analysis, and based on the characteristics of the smart factory and the requirements of modeling, analyzes and uses the related technologies of big data analysis and processing to propose an algorithm system based on the joint optimization of wireless resources and cloud resources. In addition, when modeling the system, this paper maps the software components of the system to the execution platform, adds design factors for the implementation platform, and realizes the collaborative design and collaborative analysis of computer software and hardware. Finally, this paper designs an experiment to verify the performance of the system constructed in this paper. The research results show that the joint optimization algorithm constructed in this paper has a certain effect.

CMOS Image Sensors (CIS) are fundamental to emerging visual computing applications. While conventional CIS are purely imaging devices for capturing images, increasingly CIS integrate processing capabilities such as Deep Neural Network (DNN). Computational CIS expand the architecture design space, but to date no comprehensive energy model exists. This paper proposes CAMJ, a detailed energy modeling framework that provides a component-level energy breakdown for computational CIS and is validated against nine recent CIS chips. We use CamJ to demonstrate three use-cases that explore architectural trade-offs including computing in vs. off CIS, 2D vs. 3D-stacked CIS design, and analog vs. digital processing inside CIS. We studied and compared the application areas of computer clusters with limited computing resources and well-known single-board computers. Existing solutions for calculating convolutional neural networks are analyzed. The possibility of implementing convolutional neural networks on computer clusters with limited computing resources has been established. The system implements an architecture that allows you to organize and distribute convolutional neural network calculations without dividing the convolution sphere into parts with load balancing taking into account the specifics of the data and resources processed on the cluster nodes. The developed algorithm for the application of convolutional neural networks by a computer cluster with limited computing resources makes it possible to use the developed forecasting models of convolutional neural networks to perform calculations in cyber-physical systems of the Internet of Things.
