Compressed light and entangled light are very important resources in quantum optics, and have attracted much attention due to their application prospects in many fields. Among the many methods of generating holograms, computer generated hologram technology has attracted much attention, and the optimization algorithm of computer generated hologram is the research hotspot nowadays. In recent years, with the rise of deep learning technology, more and more researchers began to apply deep learning to computer generated hologram to optimize the algorithm of computer generated hologram. However, the current models applied to computer-generated holograms are almost all based on convolutional neural networks, and there are many excellent deep learning models worth trying. In this paper, a computer-generated hologram model based on Vision Transformer is proposed by combining optical shaping system with computer-generated hologram technology and using deep learning technology for optimization. In this model, the physical process of the beam shaping system is innovatively added, so that the computer-generated hologram is combined with the hardware. The model in this paper is trained using Mnist handwritten digital data set, and then the trained model is used to predict the test set to generate hologram, and then the hologram is used to reconstruct the target light field. The reconstructed images verify the feasibility of the model in generating holograms to achieve target light field reconstruction. The SSIM index is used to evaluate the quality of reconstructed images. The results show that the average SSIM of reconstructed holograms corresponding to all images in the test set is 0.751. The relevant work in this paper enriches the research of deep learning applied to computer-generated holograms, provides a new solution for the preparation of higher-order modes, and also provides a new direction for the generation of higher-quality holograms in the future.

With the rapid development of computer vision technology, image recognition, as one of its core tasks, plays an important role in several industries. However, traditional image recognition methods suffer from low computational efficiency and high storage requirements when dealing with large-scale image data. In recent years, the application of deep learning, especially convolutional neural network (CNN), has significantly improved the accuracy and efficiency of image recognition. In this paper, we propose an image recognition system that combines deep learning and hashing algorithm, which improves the effect of image feature extraction and similarity computation through the improved VGG16 model and the introduction of hashing layer. The main architecture of the system consists of an image retrieval module and an image database, which uses CNN to extract features from images and generates image "fingerprints" through hashing algorithms, accelerating the retrieval process of large-scale image data. Through comparison experiments with the traditional method, the improved system improves the average search accuracy rate (MAP) of image recognition by about 4 percentage points, and under different query conditions, the search rate (recall) also shows obvious advantages. The experimental results show that the combination of deep learning and hash-based algorithms can effectively improve the performance of the image recognition system, which has a wide range of application prospects.

Smart home systems provide a lot of convenience for contemporary people's daily lives, and the popularity of smart homes is increasing yearly. However, the experience design of existing smart home systems for elderly users is still deficient, and the current age-friendly smart home systems lack user experience design guidelines for application design. Therefore, this study conducted an in-depth investigation of existing application design application roaches by investigating the overview of theories related to smart home systems and user experience elements, an in-depth study of the five-layer model of user experience elements, as well as combining the systematic application characteristics of smart home applications, and collecting user needs through user interviews, and dividing the needs of elderly users from strategic to performance layers through the user experience elements model. Finally, a competitor analysis was conducted to understand the problems that users have with similar products and to help establish the strategic positioning of the product. The study will provide new user experience design guidelines from different perspectives of application design. The study will improve the developers' design efficiency and further enhance the users' experience, thus creating a comfortable, safe, and free smart home life mode for the elderly.
