A rising trend of stroke incidence, deaths, prevalence, and Disability Adjusted Life Year (DALYS) creates an ever-growing demand and service of rehabilitation. Bottlenecked by resource constraints, traditional rehabilitation struggles to meet rising demand, necessitating innovative solutions. The purpose of this project is to address the service gap by developing an augmented reality (AR) stroke rehabilitation desktop application to be used by stroke patients at the comfort of their home. This application detects and tracks user body positions as patients are tasked to complete a series of exercises related to stroke rehabilitation. The developed application utilizes Kinect for Windows SDK 2.0 for skeleton and joint tracking, allowing users to interact with augmented virtual objects added to the real-world in real time, coupled with audiovisual feedback. The survey results were collected from the participants of doctors, nurses, medical lab technologist, mild stroke patients, and healthy individuals with family members suffering from stroke. The results supported that this application has successfully provided telerehabilitation services of equal efficacy to traditional rehabilitation with improved engagement and flexibility.

Back-pressure exists in micro-services mesh and strongly affects the system's overall performance, especially for 5G URLLC services like our Online Charging system (OCS). The Microchassis is a service-mesh module, mainly serving URLLC requirements, that could well handle back-pressure in mesh. In this paper, we propose optimizations on the internal load balancing (ILB) core inside the Microchassis with enhanced strategies (BTC, cached RR, and cached LCC), then evaluated on a production-ready data charging CNF. The measured results satisfied with external system latency SLA and URLLC standard, which strengthen conclusions in back-pressure theory about the effectiveness of flow control in maintaining reliable connections under extreme conditions;while acknowledging that enhanced front-pressure strategies help application utilizes resources better.

This paper extensively investigates the analysis, design, and practical implementation of a class E resonant inverter with zero voltage switching (ZVS) capabilities, specifically tailored for wireless charging applications. The equivalent circuit of the Class E inverter utilized in wireless power transfer is thoroughly examined to derive the requisite formulas. The modes of operation were thoroughly analyzed by studying the corresponding waveforms. Based on the derived formulas, the circuit parameters were calculated. To validate the proposed design, a prototype of the wireless power transfer system was developed. Both simulation results and experimental findings confirmed the successful transfer of wireless power, achieving the desired output power. Additionally, it was observed that the power switch can operate under ZVS condition for horizontal misalignments within the range of 0-18 mm and a vertical distance between the coupled coils of 5 mm.

This paper takes the application of high-precision BeiDou positioning system as a starting point, and uses IoT wireless communication technology to build a dedicated network to meet the demand for real-time data transmission between mobile devices. LoRa technology, which has the characteristics of low power consumption and long distance, is chosen as the wireless communication method, and a wireless communication data transmission system based on FPGA and LoRa technology is proposed. The system comprehensively considers the actual working environment, transmission distance, reliability and other issues, and designs a multi-hop hybrid topology transmission network composed of multi-level devices to realize a long-distance and high-stability transmission link. The experiments show that the system has good signal coverage in the network-deprived areas and can support the centimeter-level positioning of BeiDou satellite data for fixed solving and decoding requirements. The research improves the data transmission volume and communication stability of LoRa network communication system, which reduces the communication cost of the mobile communication network and improves the real-time performance of the overall system at the same time, and the research has the value of engineering practice with a wide range of practical application prospects.
