This paper mainly describes a PC-based Brake-By-Wire Hardware-In-Loop-simulation Bench which has high efficiency and applicability. System architecture, hardware configuration, and software model of this bench are presented in details. The electric braking controllers collect, process and transfer all kinds of information, and generate simultaneous control codes according to the control algorithm, then drive electromechanical actuator and braking parts. For improving the safety and reliability, redundancy is adopted to realize reconstruction when the simulation system occurs faults. Experiments show this simulation bench is a practical tool for the design, test and parameter optimization for electric braking system.

A ultra-precision dual-stage based on a master-slave control mode is presented to meet the demand for nanometer level accuracy in this paper. The dual-stage is constructed with a linear motor and a Lorentz motor. By adopting the air bearing, both linear motor and Lorentz motor are regarded as a double differential system respectively. The coupling system of two stages has been decoupled. The "PID + feedforward" control structure is adopted. Nanometer level positioning accuracy and high moving speed are achieved. Ad hoc network is a kind of centerless, self-organized wireless network, in which all network transmitters are considered to be independent of any management infrastructure and to have the freedom to choose their own transmit power. Power control is one important component of radio resource management in Ad hoc network. In this paper, a new utility function with pricing of interference is presented and a game-theoretic approach to power control in Ad hoc network is proposed. We assume that the utility function only depends on SINR and the price function is proportional to interference. The existence and uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium in the non-cooperative power control game with pricing of interference are proved. As shown in simulation, the proposed distributed algorithm has a much faster convergence rate.

Through comparative study between RBF network and BP network, this paper has selected RBF network to control the trffic single. Green Light Interval is decided by the measurement parameters of detector in the actuated signal control. In the usually, the time phase number of the system is set beforehand. When there is not demand for the vehicles passing in the direction of red light, the green light phase works continuly. The system starts the control model until there is demand for the vehicles passing in the direction of red light. The paper builds the model base on radial basis function, simulates in MATLAB and make an analysis of the simulated results.

Stoichiometric coefficient and model wastewater characterisation have a wide range in ASM1 model. In this study, COD is based on oxygen utilization rating method to characterise the soluble and particulate fractions. With biological respiration measurement, sensitive indicators of water parameters were measured, and satisfied simulation results was achieved. For example in Handan East Wastewater Treatment Plant, readily biodegradable organic matter SS, soluble inert organic matter SI, slow biodegradable organic matter XS, particulate inert organic matter XI, active heterotrophic bacteria biosolids XBH were measured which in the percentage of the total COD separately were 17.72%, 6.74%, 35.06%, 31.35%, 9.13%. The result laid the foundation for model application and simulation of oxidation ditch.

By multi-rate networked control systems (NCS), we mean the sampling periods of the sensor, the controller and the actuator in networked control systems are not the same, that is to say there are more than one sampling rate in networked control systems. When the sensor, the controller and the actuator are all clock driven, multi-rate NCS with both short time delay and packet dropout is modeled as a switched system model. Based on the approaches of switched system and Lyapunov functions, the necessary conditions for asymptotical stability for multi-rate NCS with both short time delay and packet dropout are given. A numerical example is given to verify the theories results in this paper.

A study on calculation and evaluation on atmosphere radioactive pollution of uranium mine well ventilation exhaust gas is presented in this paper. Neutral atmosphere conditions were taken into consideration. Nuclear industry standards on safety protection distance were analyzed and compared with calculation results. The calculation results show that 500 m distance of radiation safety protection is appropriate, and which is lower than 1000 m distance listed on previous standards. In addition, personal dose at 500m can also meet the requirements of public personal dose limit. According to calculation results, specific pollution control methods on uranium mining and metallurgy area were put forward to reduce the harm and pollution to environment and residents.

Residence time is an essential transport time scale in estuary, and it was calculated for five boxes in Daliaohe Estuary during dry, normal and rainy seasons using a three-dimensional convection-diffusion model based on FVCOM. The results show that the tracer would take about 25 days to get to the river mouth during the dry season, 14 days for the normal season, but only 8 days are needed for the rainy season. The runoff condition has a significant impact on residence time. The initial release time of the tracer also influences the residence time greatly, and the difference of residence time between the maximum ebb and flood tide could reach 7 days. The results can provide reference for researching the pollution process and the ecological restoration in Daliaohe estuary.
