With the continuous progress of computer science, the information content of the Internet has evolved from PGC and UGC to the present situation of dominated by artificial intelligence content generation, and the generative artificial intelligence APPs led by chatgpt keep emerging. This paper takes the results of the demand research of generative AI APP as the research sample, aims to improve user experience, classifies the functional requirements in this field based on the KANO model and correlation coefficient analysis, and ultimately carries out the design practice of generative AI APP based on the results of the research and produces the design results. The purpose is to provide reference opinions for the innovation and optimization of the functional design of generative AI APP for the development trend of AI. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to overcome defects resulted from replacing the photo background color, an improved method is proposed for background replacement. The α-values in the alpha matte are transformed to enhance the details in the transition area. The new photo is composited by comprehensively considering the foreground portrait, new background, old background and the alpha matte. The experimental results show that the foreground portrait appears clearer and more complete, and the transition area between the foreground and background is more harmonious and more natural. © 2024 SPIE.

In this paper, a model was built to compare the performance of the following machine learning (ML) models: DT, RF, SVM, and MLP, using two types of classification: binary classification and multi classification. The researchers concluded that the MLP classifier was the most efficient using multi classifications, as the classifier gave an accuracy of 99.77%, a recall of 93.25%, a precision of 92.02%, and an F-score of 92.63%. Using the dataset provided by the Tax Authority of Yemen, which is related to the commercial and industrial profits tax explained in detail in other papers for the same authors, which consists of 1083 record, after the preprocessing of data. © 2024 IEEE.

Individuals with sensorineural hearing loss often experience difficulty comprehending speech when background noise is present. This paper investigates the extent of this problem in various listening scenarios and with different types of background sounds. Additionally, the section explores the contributing factors to this challenge such as reduced audibility, reduced frequency selectivity, loudness recruitment, and dead regions in the cochlea where there are no surviving inner hair cells and or neurons. The sections evaluate different techniques for compensating for the effects of these factors. While signal-processing methods using the output of a single microphone to compensate for reduced frequency selectivity have had limited success, techniques utilizing multiple microphones have proven effective. Amplitude compression has also been effective in compensating for the effects of loudness recruitment, enabling individuals to understand speech across a wide range of sound levels. Next, the paper delves into the technical aspects of implementing fall detection systems in hearing aids, learning algorithms are also investigated for their potential in enhancing fall detection accuracy and minimizing false alarms. Furthermore, the importance of user-friendly interfaces and customization features in ensuring the effectiveness and acceptance of fall detection alerts is also highlighted. The paper also addresses the ethical and privacy considerations associated with fall detection in hearing aids. It emphasizes the need for transparent data handling practices and user consent, while also addressing potential concerns related to user autonomy and intrusion. © 2025 IEEE.

QKD, ECC, PQC, SMPC, and biometric-based authentication are examined in this work as essential information-theoretic security approaches. Each solution improves information-theoretic security by improving communication, error reduction, quantum-resistant cryptography, project collaboration, and identity verification. Quantum Key Distribution employs quantum entanglement and regular transmission to secure key exchange in a 12-step flowchart. Error-Correcting Code Implementation employs Reed-Solomon codes to discover and rectify errors in delivered messages in 10 steps, protecting data. Post-Quantum Cryptography uses a 10-step graphic to demonstrate lattice-based solutions for post-quantum security and secure communication. A 10-step 'safe multi-party computing' procedure enables individuals to collaborate on a computer project while safeguarding their privacy. It uses homomorphic encryption to secure protected data computations. Biometric authentication employs biometric data to verify a person's name in 10 steps with complicated arithmetic. Tables and graphs indicate that the information-theoretic approach outperforms other security techniques in key size, quantum attack resistance, authentication strength, and total security. These results demonstrate that the suggested strategy may considerably increase information-theoretic security in many scenarios. The response to the developing field of information security is robust. © 2024 IEEE.

Epigenetic modifications, like N6methyladenine (6 mA), regulate genetic configuration and impact the cellular tasks. Recognizing the dissemination of 6mA sites within the rice genome is required for deciphering its influence on plant progression. In the proposed work, a detailed investigation of 6 mA sites in the rice genome using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. In this research AI models are trained on vast genetic data to correctly categorize 6 mA sites. The classification result has shown the detailed useful implication of 6 mA adjustments, shedding light on possible controlling elements and their roles in important biological procedures. © 2024 IEEE.

The internet along with its global uses has also evolved as a platform where various people can pose their questions on certain sites and get them answered by others from the same domain. Certain sites like Quora, Reddit, Yahoo Answers, etc. are sites enabling people to enhance their range over the net to find solutions to various issues or answers to various questions. But this leads to redundancy in data & hence increased memory consumption where different users can pose the same question in different ways. The same thing stands for the answers posted by different users for the same question in various ways. In this paper, we have worked on a search engine system for Question & Answers where given a question, we can find similar questions with the same semantic meaning using Elastic Search which uses an inverted index system & looks at various aspects of the formulated problem statement. © 2024 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence (AI) and its revolutionary effects on the medication development process. In this experiment, EEG-fNIRS simultaneous acquisition technology was used to design and implement a brain-computer interface paradigm for musical imagery, and the self-designed experimental paradigm was utilized for sampling with a size of 40 college student subjects, data processing, time-frequency domain feature extraction, statistical analysis based on EEG, fNIRS in the resting, white noise, listening, and recall phases, and neurovascular coupling were carried out. Finally, music recognition based on six songs was performed by machine learning, resulting in the best recognized song as well as its features. In the future, the construction of a multimodal database based on simple elements of musical imagery is planned. © 2024 IEEE.

The addition of antioxidants to the Transformer Oil (TO) is increasingly important due to its benefits during the operation of transformers. Despite its excellent dielectric function, the liquid insulation deteriorates by temperature and moisture. The over-addition of antioxidants (Ax) leads to agglomeration and the less-addition leads to poor dielectric properties. However, to keep the Primary Ax (PriAx) and Preventive Ax (PreAx) in phase with the TO, this method uses an emulsifier and stabilizer called Lecithin (Ln). To find the optimal addition of additives this method uses Response Surface Method (RSM) - Central Composite Design (CCD). The overall proposed method mathematical designs and evaluate the generated models. The optimal solutions are obtained using numerical optimization attempt and thereby creating 2D design spaces. Hence, this method provides both desirability and credibility. © 2024 IEEE.
