The Internet of Things, or IoT, has expanded substantially in recent years. Combining IoT and the Internet allows heterogeneous intelligent devices to process real-time data and conduct transactions. Thanks to the Internet of Things (IoT), almost everything and everything can be connected to the internet and covered. Smart housing, smart healthcare, smart irrigation, and many other uses for IoT are all common [2]. However, the IoT's dependability in terms of privacy and security presents significant development challenges. Consensus mechanisms, decentralization, smart contracts, and data encryption are all blockchain elements that are well suited for building IoT systems since they assist designers in preventing potential attacks and lowering transaction costs. Blockchain serves as a decentralized and open database platform, which can improve the performance of IoT security. We must consider the security challenges and concerns that come with blockchain technology in addition to its ability to provide us with more dependable and useful services. Blockchain technology creates a decentralised, tamper-proof ledger that can securely record and confirm transactions, offering a viable solution for improving the security of IoT devices. Using an explanation of the underlying blockchain technology, a discussion of the security issues that IoT devices must deal with, and a description of the possible advantages of using blockchain for IoT security, we investigate the utilization of blockchain innovation for safeguarding IoT gadgets in this paper. © 2024 IEEE.

Caring of newborn babies is one of major concern for the doctors and to take care of his/her life is very challenging and sometime critical. Cardiac attack is one the severe issue that require immediate medical support to the new born baby. Providing some shocks using some device is one the immediate treatment to save the life of babies. The computation and prediction of cardiovascular status is one of the challenging tasks. In this paper we try to analyze the cardia prior heart failure chances with the different levels using machine learning methodology. The target rate of cardiac arrest detected is 58.78% and level of no cardiac found is 46.67% is achieved and this prediction level which help to recognize the level of cardiac attack for new born child. Here, we also analyze the different parameters like false rate, false observation, stability rate etc., that will help for the proper analysis of the collected data with a stability rate of 1.67% and precision rate of 60.039%. This result may provide the healthcare professional to handle the different level of heart failure for new born child. © 2024 IEEE.

Today the persistence of plant and plant diseases is a substantial problem for cultivators, disease diagnosis is important in the farm. To preserve the production of crops, adequate consideration is a must. To isolate and detect infections in conventional situation, a lot of workforce, time, and frequent surveillance of the farm is involved. If no proper safety measures are not taken in protecting the crops, then it may damage the production often diseases make the plants weak by interrupting the photosynthesis. Rapid developments in digital technology have expedited the dissemination of information on social media platforms like as Twitter, Facebook, and Weibo. Unverified information can create protests and mislead the public. It can also cause significant issues for governmental entities and society at large. Unverified content is frequently shared as text, images, audio, or video. This paper introduces a novel Self-Guided Edge Attention-Focused Transformer Slimmable Network improved by Osprey Optimization (SGEAFTSN-OO) for the purpose of identifying fake news. This system operates using the Politifact and Gossipcop databases. Text and visual data are preprocessed using NLP Stemming Self-Guided Filtering (NLPS-SGF). To extract features, the Multilayer Edge Attention with Focused Transformer (MEAFT) is then applied. Lastly, Slimmable Pruned Neural Network with Osprey Optimization (SP-Net-OO) algorithm is employed to identify fake news events. Metrics including accuracy, recall, precision, and F1-score are compared with those of the existing approaches in order to assess the effectiveness of the suggested strategy. The proposed model achieved 99.21% accuracy, 99.15% precision, and 99.12% F1-score based on experimental data. ©2024 IEEE.

Against the backdrop of limited transmission resources, high latency, and diverse transmission service types within mega LEO constellation space networks, this paper proposes a segment routing algorithm tailored for mega LEO constellations. In this algorithm, the application-aware module at the satellite head node collects application-specific information, while the route calculation module employs the quadrant method to filter and compute satellite segment nodes, ultimately generating an IP packet with a path label stack. The algorithm dynamically adjusts the routing path based on various application data, optimizes QoS guarantees for routing, supports the selection of satellite segment nodes in segment routing, and effectively enhances system throughput while reducing packet loss. Simulation results indicate that the proposed routing algorithm outperforms others in latency, packet loss rate, and throughput within mega LEO constellations. © 2024 IEEE.

Even if big cities are working globally to build the infrastructure for smart cities and there is a greater emphasis on the security of electronic health records, patient privacy is frequently compromised. Previous attempts to combat this have left patients with largely unavailable data. Currently used record-management systems struggle to strike a balance between data privacy and patient and provider access. Blockchain, a new technology, the ability to share data in a decentralized and transactional manner. To balance the accessibility and privacy of electronic health records, blockchain technology may be applied in the healthcare industry. The blockchain-based architecture we present in this work enables patients, healthcare professionals, and third parties to access medical information in a secure, efficient, and straightforward manner while maintaining the privacy of sensitive patient data. Modern cryptographic techniques are used in our architecture, Ancile, to increase security. The usage of smart contracts developed on the Ethereum blockchain improves access control and data obscuration. This article will look at how Ancile works with the varied needs of patients, providers, and third parties in order to understand how the framework might address reoccurring privacy and security concerns in the healthcare industry. © 2024 The Author(s).

The mouse has been a vital tool for human-computer interaction, with wired, wireless, and Bluetooth variations requiring power to connect a dongle to a PC. The proposed work uses the latest technology in computer vision and machine learning to recognize hand movements without needing extra equipment. Compatible with CNN models through mediapipe implementation, it enables various actions via various hand movements, all on a single computer. Utilizing a camera as the input device, the system relies on Python and OpenCV. The camera's output is displayed on the system's screen, allowing users to fine-tune their interactions. © 2024 IEEE.

In wireless communication systems, deep reinforcement learning (DRL) methods are used to find the best way to use resources so that the system works at its best. When it comes to cellular networks, the old ways of doing things aren't working well enough to meet the growing need for efficient use of limited resources. The reason for this is that demand is rising very quickly. With this , the authors hope to come up with a new way to use DRL's features to distribute resources in real-time based on how the network is performing. That's what thisis all about. Also, deep neural networks are built into the system. This lets it learn how to adapt and improve strategies for allocating resources, which eventually makes the system work better overall. For the purpose of finding out if DRL is both possible and useful in handling the difficulties that come with wireless contact, this is being done. Changing traffic loads, the state of the route, and the needs of the users are just a few of the other things that are taken into account. © 2024 IEEE.

The purpose of this exploration composition is to probe the use of inheritable algorithms(GAs) for intelligent resource operation in cloud computing settings. The optimization of resource allocation and operation is becoming an increasingly delicate task as cloud computing continues to expand in both complexity and size. The operation of inheritable algorithms, which are deduced from natural selection and the generalities of genetics, gives a promising strategy for addressing this difficulty. inheritable algorithms are suitable to efficiently search and use the result space to gain near-optimal resource allocation ways. This is fulfilled by iteratively evolving a population of seeker results. In this exploration, we probe how inheritable algorithms(GAs) can be employed to perform tasks in cloud surroundings, similar to the placement of virtual machines, the scheduling of workloads, and the provisioning of coffers. This paper investigates the efficacity and scalability of GA-grounded resource operation strategies in cloud computing systems, with the thing of enhancing performance, resource application, and energy effectiveness. This is fulfilled by conducting a conflation of literature and case studies. One of the ultimate pretensions of this exploration is to donate to the development of resource operation results that are both intelligent and adaptive, and that can meet the ever-changing conditions of cloud computing surroundings. © 2024 IEEE.
