The rapid growth of mobile applications, combined with an increasing reliance on these apps for a variety of purposes, has prompted serious concerns about user privacy and data security. This study aims to assess the privacy practices, data handling methods, and security vulnerabilities of mobile apps in a variety of categories, including social media, e-commerce, health and fitness, and financial management. This study identifies major privacy and security issues by examining privacy policies and terms of service, as well as how these apps handle sensitive data. The study also examines free and premium apps' privacy procedures, taking into account the implications for user data protection. The findings illustrate differences in data handling and security standards across different app categories, highlighting the importance of transparent privacy policies, strong security mechanisms, and limited data sharing to protect user information. The research helps to define standards and best practices for promoting secure app activity, increasing user confidence, and guaranteeing a safer digital environment. © 2025 IEEE.

The more rapidly the area of information technologies develops, the higher are the requirements for training computer engineering and Information technology students. computer engineering and Information technology students training should be aimed at equipping them with subject-specific knowledge, on the one hand, and skills of the 21st century including strong communication skills in English, on the other hand. As practice shows good communication skills in English may lead to better job opportunities, more stable and prosperous future. The desire to succeed in mastering communication skills in English is directly related to computer engineering and Information technology students’ attitudes towards both English as a discipline and activities used in the English language classroom. computer engineering and Information technology students show interest and enjoy learning only when it becomes personally meaningful to them. The research aim is to find out computer engineering and Information technology undergraduates’ opinions on organising personalised learning in the English language classroom aimed at developing their communication skills. The researchers used a convenience sampling technique to select the research population. The research population comprised 273 computer engineering and Information technology first and second year students from Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman and Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. Device-to-device communication is a noteworthy technology that can improve the efficiency and capacity of cellular networks. Efficient resource allocation is crucial in a cellular network that supports both device-to-device communication and traditional cellular users. To minimize interference and optimize the overall performance of the network, this allocation is necessary. The current study introduces a new framework aimed at improving the spectrum efficiency and quality of service in device-to-device interactions. The framework utilizes interference management techniques to achieve these enhancements. The research conducted encompasses a comprehensive examination of the subject matter, incorporating theoretical analysis, simulation results, and practical implications. This approach has been employed to effectively showcase the advantages and benefits associated with the proposed methodology. © 2024 IEEE.

With the continuous development of globalization and digitalization, the future business and industrial environment will face increasingly complex and dynamic situations. In this context, the importance of soft skills for career success has become more prominent. This paper aims to utilize the S-curve framework to analyze teachers' current performance levels of soft skills. The study involved a sample size of fifteen teachers, assessed using tools like the S-curve and the double diamond design thinking model. The results indicate that a massive portion of teachers are at the initial stages of the S-curve, highlighting a need for targeted development programs. Additionally, it proposes an S-curve framework for teachers based on the double diamond design thinking model. This approach will help new teachers enhance their soft skills to meet future business and industrial requirements. The conclusions suggest that integrating the framework can effectively bridge the gap between current skill levels and future demands, ensuring that teachers are better prepared for the evolving landscape. © 2025 IEEE.

Mobile device protection has emerged as an increasingly important difficulty as more and more customers depend upon wireless networks for everyday conversation and other duties. Wi-Fi networks offer convenience and versatility for users;however, they also come with safety worries. This paper presents an overview of the safety-demanding situations related to Wi -Fi networks, discusses safety issues related to cellular devices, and offers more than a few answers for creating cozy cell surroundings. It focuses on defensive person identification, privacy, statistics, and defending against possible malicious activities. Primarily, the paper explores security solutions, encryption, authentication, community access control, and tool control. Moreover, it appears on the role of service carriers in cell tool protection and shows an aggregate of quality practices and generation to sell secure usage. Finally, the paper recommends persevering with studies to identify new threats and answers to decorate mobile safety similarly. © 2024 IEEE.

A rapid quantitative loading process using a rotating three bucket is proposed and software simulation of the loading process is conducted. Through software simulation, the feeding and unloading of three buckets and buffer buckets during the loading process, as well as the feeding situation of the carriage are studied. Simulations were conducted on the loading process with different vehicle models and loading parameters, and there were no incidents of material scattering or insufficient loading during the entire train loading process. This verifies that the rotating three bucket loading process can adapt to different loading conditions, theoretically verifying the feasibility of the three bucket time-sharing feeding and continuous loading process. © 2025 SPIE.

China's fast-developing SMEs are driven by government support, technological advancements, and innovation. This paper analyses the impact of innovative relationship between multinational corporations (MNCs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on China's gross domestic product (GDP). Using secondary data from China's global innovation index (GII) and gross domestic product (GDP) index to tests the conceptualized model in this paper. The results show a positive and significant relationship between the innovative collaboration of SMEs and MNCs, contributing to China's overall economic growth reflected in GII and GDP. Future recommendations suggest that scholars should extend the model by constructing more comprehensive metrics to capture the full impact of SME-MNC collaboration on innovation and economic growth. Additionally, they should conduct primary data collection to further validate the findings. © 2025 IEEE.

This project aims to develop an acupuncture robot capable of replacing manual treatments for specific points. The paper highlights a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) implementation for environmental monitoring, emphasizing cost-effectiveness and adaptability. APIs designed to handle values instead of voltage levels increase system resilience, while open standards promote security, cost efficiency, and auditability. The data shows a diurnal temperature range from 20°C (night) to 38°C (day), stable humidity at 38%, and UV radiation peaking at 6 (day) and dropping to 1.5 (night). Smoke levels are consistently high at 490 μg/m3, while toxic gas concentrations slightly rise to 0.5 ppm during the day from 0.45 ppm at night. Fire metrics remain low and stable. These findings highlight the need for UV protection, air quality controls, and consistent fire safety measures. The system achieves effective environmental monitoring while remaining adaptable for future needs, underscoring its value in scalable, cost-efficient, and sustainable public management solutions. © 2025 IEEE.
