This research focuses on how computer-aided drawing addresses the challenges of biomimetic drawing design in terms of drawing techniques, technical issues, and the realistic effects of product surface texture. This involves an understanding of biological structural and functional principles. The advantages of computer-aided design in biomimetic design contribute to increased efficiency and better results. The study provides rich drawing methods for biomimetic design using computer-aided drawing, offering various presentation approaches. Medical imaging (image acquisition, image transformation, and image visualization) is a standard tool for clinicians in order to make diagnoses, plan surgeries, or educate students. Each of these steps is affected by uncertainty, which can highly influence the decision-making process of clinicians. visualization can help in understanding and communicating these uncertainties. In this manuscript, we aim to summarize the current state-of-the-art in uncertainty-aware visualization in medical imaging. Our report is based on the steps involved in medical imaging as well as its applications. Requirements are formulated to examine the considered approaches. In addition, this manuscript shows which approaches can be combined to form uncertainty-aware medical imaging pipelines. Based on our analysis, we are able to point to open problems in uncertainty-aware medical imaging.

This study explores the design of an electric vehicle modeling and visualization system based on industrial CT and mixed reality technology. Firstly, the principles of CT technology and the composition and data processing methods of industrial CT systems are introduced. Then, the imaging principles and calculation methods of CT are discussed in detail, including the Beer-Lambert law and data reconstruction algorithms. Subsequently, a method utilizing OpenGL for modeling and visualization is proposed, encompassing the overall design of the visualization system and its operational workflow. Through this research, a novel approach is established, combining CT and mixed reality technology, to provide fresh insights and methods for the related field.

Recent advances in HPC-oriented technologies have made large-scale numerical simulations feasible on an extreme scale and enabled their use in solving increasingly complex real-world scientific problems. However, the analysis of such real-world phenomena requires not only highly accurate computations but also realistic turnaround execution time. In this context, research on surrogate models has recently increasingly attracted attention as an effective alternative to traditional numerical simulations. This is mainly because it can significantly reduce computational time by replacing numerical simulations with approximate models, such as machine learning models. However, when applied to large-scale simulations, the output data can proportionately become large, thus leading to potential difficulties in later visualization and analysis tasks. Therefore, a great reduction in the overall processing time can be expected if we can build an image-based, or visualization, surrogate model by also taking visualization processing into account, that is, to directly output rendering images rather than simulation results.

The fundamental theory of generating coaxiality error graph is studied. A mathematical model for visualization of coaxiality error is established in accordance with the definition of coaxiality error in national standard. The theory of three-dimensional wireframe models on computergraphics is applied to realize the display of extracted derived feature and associated derived feature on the measured multi-diameter axle. Axonometric projection transformation is used to attain the realization of basic geometric shapes. The spacial hidden method is adopted to solve the problem of geometrical graph hidden. According to the above theoretical research, the corresponding software is developed on the LabWindows/CVI software platform to realize the visualization of coaxiality error.
