Phenolic impregnated graphite is a new kind of material with higher corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. In the chemical industry, it is often used to make containers and pipes containing strong acid and alkali medium. It is the characteristic of phenolic resin impregnated graphite heat exchanger that the corrosion resistance and heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger are greatly improved. In this paper, a failure case of graphite heat exchanger in a chemical enterprise in Shanghai was analyzed by numerical simulation. According to the actual working conditions, the temperature field and flow field in the porous graphite heat exchanger were numerically simulated. The numerical simulation results of temperature field showed that the graphite block would be subject to thermal shock when the equipment was started and shut down, resulting in the increase of temperature difference of graphite block In addition, the pre tightening force of the flange of graphite heat exchanger was simulated by numerical simulation, and it was found that the position of stress concentration coincided with the crack position of actual failure, and the improvement suggestions were put forward for the structural design of graphite block. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The paper proposes modeling of a volumetric multilayer shell structure that covers the surface of a agriculture robotic device. The shell in the first version can take shape due to its own gravity and the elasticity of its materials for bending, provided its position is fixed along the upper boundary. Below the boundary of the attachment, the shell is free. A variational problem is posed to determine the shape of such a shell. In the second version, the shell structure takes shape due to the air injected into the shell. Design of a shell that mimics the shape of a human body is proposed. To describe the shape of the shell, analytical dependencies were obtained and a computer program was developed for its visualization. Thin materials with conventional bending stiffness are considered as assembly structural elements: composite materials, fabrics, flexible boards, conductive threads and other built-in flexible electronic devices. A description of the volumetric shape of the shell structure and its visualization may be necessary for solving various problems both in agriculture and for the design of shell structures in medicine, construction, in the automotive, manufacturing, food and other industries. © 2021 IEEE.

This article identifies, reviews and investigates mathematical model for a new type of communication networks - flying sensor networks, which due to the widespread use of WTN, WSN and RCA for public use, which are organically part of the complex of interacting communication networks. Radio map estimation (RME) aims to construct a map of radio strength across multiple domains (e.g., space and frequency) from limited measurements. Data-driven deep neural model-based RME showed promising performance, yet requiring excessive training resources. This work puts forth an RME approach that can effectively incorporate learned information without training over radio map data. Our idea is to employ the plug-and-play (PnP) denoising scheme from computational imaging. The PnP framework allows incorporating denoisers trained over natural images to handle other types of data, e.g., ocean sound fields and medical images, due to the similarity of their denoising processes. Conventional PnP methods mostly use the learned denoisers in the data domain. Instead, the proposed approach applies PnP in the latent domain through a tailored algorithm design and spatial-spectral factorization of radio maps. This way, the proposed RME method exhibits enhanced scalability and noise robustness. simulations are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

This paper investigates the dynamic behavior of the spread of viruses between two interconnected subnets, R1 and R2, for two network models. For that, a new model of virus spread, based on the Susceptible-Infected-Recovered (SIR) model and the minimal traffic model for a routing protocol, has been proposed. This model allows studying the evolution of the propagation of viruses from an infected subnet to an uninfected one. The simulation shows that the behavior of virus propagation in the system depends strongly on the network model. For model “A,” where all connections follow the preferential attachment, the infection rate in the system is high. For model “B,” where the connections are well distributed, and the distribution degree follows a power law, the infection rate is low. It is found that, even for the low values of (recovered rate), the proportion of the infected packets for model “A” is much higher than the ones observed in model “B,” almost 50% more for different values of (infection rate). Furthermore, it is observed that the proportion of infected packets does not begin to increase until a particular value of for all values of,, depending on the model of the Network. From a particular value of this point of transition no longer appears; the infection rate remains zero for all values of The spread of the virus is also affected by the traffic regime. For R 2 , it is noticed that the proportion of susceptible is not zero at the stationary state, while in the congested phase, it is noticed that it becomes zero after a few iterations. For R 1 in the congested phase, the proportion of infected will decrease with time according to the value of In contrast, the infected and recovered packets remain in competition in the free phase.

To effectively plan and manage waste disposal resources, improve collection schedules, and reduce environmental consequences, governments need to have accurate trash prediction rates. Therefore, waste generation prediction is an important concern for a sustainable city and a healthy life. Existing waste generation rate prediction faces challenges like limited dataset, reliance on synthetic data, and negligence of seasonality and holiday effects. Time series analysis for predicting waste generation rate can be effective for this purpose as it considers temporal patterns, including trends and seasonality. In this paper, a comparative assessment of three time series models is conducted on a real dataset aiming to provide a forecast of municipal solid waste generation rate. The models are Long Short Term Memory (LSTM), Prophet and Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average with Exogenous Factors (SARIMAX). simulation results show that the Prophet model exhibits promising results in terms of various error metrics like Mean Absolute Error(MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error(MAPE), Mean Squared Error(MSE), Root Mean Squared Error(RMSE) and coefficient of determination (R 2 ) in comparison to LSTM or SARIMAX. This work can give useful insight for decision-makers to get the production rate of solid waste for efficient garbage management.

Cloud computing changed the way data is accessed and stored, as well as providing the ways of implementing applications through internet. It aims at identifying fundamental units like IaaS, PaaS and their consequences. Nevertheless, new opportunities also draw essential risks, the main of which is associated with cloud security. To overcome these challenges, the present research focuses on the six fundamental components of cloud security and cannot tackle the issues. Cloud Sim is a framework developed for cloud computing environments and the development entails modeling and simulation of behaviors under certain conditions with respect to performance, scalability and resource utilization. Results indicate that geographic distance presents the extent by which the service quality lowers with larger distance between the user base and the data center or server. The performance metrics shows the average response time of 301.85 ms for User Base 1 located in Europe, and 50. 2 ms for User Base 2 in North America, and 200. 80ms for User Base 3 located in Australia shows that geographic location plays a vital role in ensuring that the latency is as less as possible. Furthermore, in the current study, the load balancing is done across the multiple data centers, and this is controlled by different service brokerage policies thus improving the quality of the services offered. These strategies ensure optimization of the workloads in a way that they assign virtual machines optimally in every data center. A continuous-time version of portfolio management problem for a market with multiple stocks is under study. Asset allocation policy is determined implicitly as a solution to the system of ordinary differential equations for asset quantities. Right-hand sides of equations are derived explicitly in closed form from given portfolio properties using techniques of construction of differential equations by given integral manifold. Related issues of simulation for portfolio with desired properties are also addressed. We present the results of computer experiment for verification of specified portfolio property using constructed portfolio model in the form of the system of stochastic differential equations. © 2021 Copyright for this paper by its authors. Liquid simulation is an important research direction of computer graphics, and the interaction of dynamic liquid surfaces is one of the challenges. However, traditional liquid simulation requires many calculations, especially when performing complex interactive calculations tasks such as liquid collision simulation. A large amount of calculation will lead to poor interaction of the simulation system, cause the liquid surface animation to freeze and become distorted. Mass-spring systems can be used for modeling deformable objects such as cloth, hair. But few of them are used to simulate the liquid, especially for liquid and object collision. In this research, we propose a method for simulating liquid in a container based on the mass-spring system. Especially to simulate the effects of liquid collision and objects floating or sinking on the water surface. We model the liquid surface as a connected triangular mesh based on the mass-spring system, which can improve calculation efficiency. Simulate the interaction between the liquid surface and the falling object based on physics principles and particle characteristics. Calculate the momentum transfer caused by the interaction between the force of the liquid particles and the surface to determine each particle's position in each time step. For the sinking state of an object caused by buoyancy after entering the liquid, the proton's height is used as the criterion for judging whether the object is sinking. Experiments have shown that our method has excellent efficiency and authenticity, can perform different types of liquids in the container and their interaction with objects. In the face of the limited communication and computing capacity of UAV network in complex environment, in order to improve the operating efficiency of UAV cluster information security algorithm, this paper proposes a spatial optimization information security algorithm for Public Key Cryptography (RSA). Firstly, the UAV location and cluster space optimization algorithm (CA-PSO) is used to obtain the UAV location. Secondly, the optimal particle of UAV swarm is found through spatial optimization. Then the optimal particle is loaded with the UAV Cluster Information Security Optimization Algorithm (RSA-UAV). Finally, the UAV network simulation process is given. Through algorithm simulation and performance analysis, it is found that the positioning accuracy and convergence of the loaded information security algorithm are better after the improved algorithm space optimization. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
