Building informatization and industrialization are mutually advancing in the development process. After BIM technology is widely used in the construction industry, the modeling functions of BIM include standardized components for building building models, "error and leakage collision"inspection, and simulation simulation construction. These functions are in Building industrialization has great advantages in the construction process of prefabricated buildings, especially the standardized design process in the engineering project design stage, which helps to vigorously promote the standardized construction. There is a certain correlation between the improvement of civil engineering construction quality standards and the background of intelligent development. People are more concerned about the quality of engineering projects, and social publicity has been reached for the safety and green environmental protection of buildings. It is imperative to realize technological innovation in civil engineering. The fusion technology of civil engineering technology and computer-aided building system combines building technology, civil engineering technology, control technology, etc. with computer support systems to develop a new type of intelligent building technology. The integration and application of civil engineering and computer-aided building systems are highly valued by the country, which will lead the development direction of the wood construction industry. For colleges and universities, the research and study of the integration and application of civil engineering and computer-aided building systems not only puts forward new requirements for student learning, but also provides new ideas for the direction of employment, and at the same time has a deeper understanding of the relevant research system of universities change. The structure of digital optical phase-locked loop includes two parts: circuit part and optical part. Since the operating mechanisms of two parts differ greatly, the simulation process is very complex. The signal transmission process of digital optical phase-locked loop is analyzed first. It is found that optical part can be simplified into a periodic dynamic adjustable beat signal model based on the hardware description language, and the problem of optical part modeling is solved. Meanwhile, to emulate the drift phenomenon of wavelength caused by optical devices under real conditions, a dynamic and variable jitter signal model is developed, which can reduce the debugging time. Finally, both the beat signal model and jitter signal model work correctly in digital simulation environment, and the accuracy of the beat signal and the jitter signal can reach fs level. © 2021 IEEE.

An online measurement system to effectively detect electrode tip position of high-power submerged arc furnace (SAF) based on magnetic field difference were proposed and demonstrated. According to the current distribution characteristics near the electrode tip position and the theory of electromagnetism, a magnetic field radiation model was established, and the differential array sensing system was explored and developed based on sensing mechanism of differential magnetic field. The electrode tip position is obtained through collecting magnetic field information outside the furnace and analyzing the current difference characteristics. The experiment and simulation results showed that the peak point of the magnetic field distribution curve on the electrode line is near the electrode tip position of the furnace. The differential on-line measuring system can accurately detect the electrode tip position of the high-power SAF, which has important significance in optimizing the smelting process, improving the quality of products and reducing energy consumption. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The purpose of this work is to study the capabilities of the Julia language for numerical modeling of stochastic systems. As a stochastic system we consider the model of interaction between the process of data transmission via the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and the process of regulating the flow state using the Random Early Detection (RED) algorithm. The mathematical model of this interaction is a system of stochastic differential equations, where there are both continuous and discrete elements of the model. When simulating such systems, it is important to consider the properties of continuous parameters, such as queue length of a router and the TCP window size, as well as discrete transitions between TCP states and the probabilistic packet drop function. Such hybrid systems can be quite easily implemented in specialized dynamic systems modeling languages, for example in Modelica. However, this software package does not have built-in universal tools for modeling stochastic systems, where it is important to consider the random nature of the behavior. The aim of this work is to find optimal tools for modeling such stochastic systems using the Julia language which in used for scientific calculations. For modeling the RED algorithm, the *** library is used. This tool of the Julia language allows solving various kinds of differential equations, including stochastic differential equations and delay differential equations. As a result of the simulation graphs were obtained that demonstrate the dynamics of changes of the TCP window size and the queue length, depending on the initial model parameters and queue threshold values, the correct selection of which ensures the stable operation of the system. © 2021 Copyright for this paper by its authors. As air pollution continues to pose a growing threat to human health and environmental well-being, accurate forecasting of pollutant concentration has become increasingly important. Existing prediction models can be divided into two categories: non-machine learning models and machine learning models. Nonmachine learning models excessively rely on historical data, while machine learning models have high time complexity and require large amounts of data. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a spatial distance optimization-based model for predicting pollutant concentration. The proposed model uses a neural network for predicting pollutant concentration, with the nonlinear activation increasing the model's ability to fit nonlinear data. Additionally, it proposes a spatial distance optimization strategy that divides the surrounding monitoring stations based on their distance from the target station. As the neural network model deepens, the influence of more distant monitoring stations on the predicted values gradually reduces. The proposed model adapts the weights based on training errors, implicitly learning the distribution of the relationship between station distances and concentration values and fully exploiting the intrinsic information of the data. simulation results show that the proposed model can achieve a prediction accuracy up to 6.38% higher than traditional methods.

The earned value method (EVM) is used as a standard tool for tracking of traditional software projects in order to report their status during execution. However, the status reported by EVM is not reliable as it has a fundamental limitation of not considering the partially completed tasks for the evaluation of the project status. This paper suggests considering the partially completed tasks for the earned value or budgeted cost of work performed (EV) calculation for project status evaluation. The state-space approach is used for modeling EVM, which provides foundation for integrating issues related to partially completed tasks effectively and explicit representation of the project status during planning and execution. The EVM is applied for tracking a project, and the tracking results obtained using Monte-Carlo simulation, with or without considering the partially completed tasks during execution, are presented to show the project’s execution behavior in comparison to planned behavior. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

This paper proposes a new wrapper feature selection method based on the modified adaptive Human Learning Optimization (MAHLO) algorithm and Support Vector Machine (SVM). To achieve better results, the initialization and random learning strategies are modified in MAHLO to solve the feature selection problem more efficiently and the adaptive strategies are used to enhance the performance and relieve the effort of parameter setting. Besides, a two-stage evaluation function is adopted to eliminate the useless and redundant features, which is easier to operate in applications. The simulation results indicate that MAHLO can solve high-dimensional feature selection problems more efficiently, and the classification results on the UCI benchmark problems further demonstrate the efficiency and the advantage of the proposed MAHLO-based wrapper feature selection method. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Security is the key concern, which allows safe communication between any two mobile nodes in an unfavorable environment. Wireless Ad Hoc can be unsecured against attacks by means of malicious nodes. Hence this study assesses the influence of wormhole attacks on Mobile Ad Hoc network (MANET) system that is evaluated and validated based on the QualNet simulator. The MANET performance is investigated utilizing the wormhole attacks. The simulation is performed on Mobile node's network layer and data link layer in the WANET (wireless Ad Hoc network). The MANET performance was examined using 'what-if' analyses too. Results showed that for security purposes, it is indeed necessary to assess the Mobile Ad Hoc node deployment. © 2021 IEEE.

We present a two-step optimization (TSO) framework, which uses the pressure data of an unstable combustion process to estimate the complex-valued Flame Transfer Function (FTF). From the pressure time series, we obtain the instability frequency and the amplitudes of the pressure fluctuations. The first optimization step is based on an acoustic network model of the combustor: the TSO approach makes use of the pressure data to find a simplified n-t model, which reproduces the unstable combustion process. This step has already been validated for the Rijke tube, a laminar and a turbulent flame in Ghani et al. J. Eng. Gas Turb. and Power 142 (12) 2020. The major contribution of this work adds a second optimization loop to extend the n-t model to the complex-valued FTF: the gain and phase obtained by the n-tau model are used to fit a distributed time delay model based on the work of Komarek & Polifke, J. Eng. Gas Turb. and Power 132 (6) 2010. Our proposed method is applied to a turbulent, premixed, swirl-stabilized flame operated at two power ratings (SI30kW and 70kW) and two swirler positions. The model results for the FTFs are compared against experimentally measured FTFs for these four configurations and all agree well. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempt to estimate the complex-valued FTF solely based on pressure measurements. Compared to classical methods for FTF determination such as experimental tests or numerical simulations, our TSO approach is fast and accurate. The proposed framework is suitable for perfectly-premixed flames stabilized by a swirling flow field, requires two pressure sensors placed at distinct axial locations and is easy to implement.

The underlying topology of a large processor system is usually represented by a graph. The g -extra diagnosability of graph G requires that each fault-free component has at least (g + 1) fault-free vertices. It is difficult to prove this problem. The n -dimensional bubble-sort star graph BS has many excellent properties. We show that the 3 -extra diagnosability of BSn is 8n - 20 under PMC and MM model for n ≥ 5 and n ≥12, respectively. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
