Risk management is a crucial part of every project. The primary objective of risk management is to recognize risks at an initial stage of the project and to take necessary steps to mitigate them. The effective prioritization of risk that come up is crucial and plays an important role in the field of software development. Using agile development techniques one of the main goals is to lower risk, which leads to more successful and efficient information systems. In order to produce high quality comparatively in a shorter span of time organizations are adopting agile approaches in distributed software development. In the recent times a lot of software based projects got converted into DAD projects. The primary advantages of these projects are saving the cost and proximity to market because they are spread over a large-scale scrum, Large scale scrum project development presents unique challenges in the risk management specially the difficulties faced in collaboration of teams where there is not a particular procedure to communicate and cooperate. Collaboration of teams and exchange of important information is an essential resource for the success of large scrum teams. Therefore it is important to create a dynamic method that encourages the communication and collaboration of team in large scale scrum environment. So in this paper we are going to review a framework for risk management in large scale scrum using outer meta data requests. This framework tries to manage the requests amongst different teams. As a result, it resists the missing collaboration of teams, threats and risks to the completion of projects. It also facilitates in the exchange of team knowledge, experience and skills. The proposed methodology was applied to two different case studies. The implementation and evaluation demonstrated the viability of proposed framework.

The combination of learning analysis technology and terminal equipment can provide a rapidly imitating learning method between devices, and cognitive intelligence affects the learning effect. To enhance automated learning services, we can use federated learning methods to enable the training of different devices and enhance each other through devices. Using the training database to improve the quality of automated learning services. In this study, a novel agent-assisted active detection and data collection framework is designed. Monitoring agents can learn from each other to establish intelligent models, and through mutual communication between devices. Can check if established data can be applied to machine data model to get data. It can be used for intelligent manufacturing in the future. The agent may learn methods of learning and managing between devices having different properties. Obtaining experimental simulation and control data, and using machine learning to analyze growth progress and results allow for a deeper analysis of associated adjustments and anticipated changes.

The Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) paradigm enables services that have strict network requirements like a maximum tolerable latency or a minimum bandwidth requirement. This consequently leads to a tight coupling of networks and computing, since the service can only function correctly if its communication requirements are met. Numerous existing strategies for MEC service deployment or resource selection put the characteristics of computing demands correlated with the free capacity of nodes or inter-service dependencies in their focus. In contrast, our work is a complementary attempt to enable especially the consideration of the strict communication needs of MEC services. It shows how edge features, i.e., knowledge of edge network conditions and service requirements, can be used to support resource selection and orchestration strategies. We consider and discuss how our model meQ can be applied in real communication systems as well as in heterogeneous networks, where clients may have multiple uplink connections. To enable communication-optimized selection strategies, meQ consists of two major components. A sharable, graph-based network representation and online searches to determine resources. The model benefits from existing work and limits the search space with the use of edge features. A performed simulation study demonstrates the benefits of meQ. The results show that it is possible to significantly reduce the search space, leading to lower search efforts also in large network graphs. An additional system-level simulation proves integration and applicability under realistic conditions.

Determining the efficiency of high-power gyrotrons and studying operating regimes require solving self-consistent problems of the electron-wave interaction in the gyrotron cavity. Two mathematical models are considered: the stationary model that reduces to the Sturm—Liouville problem for the inhomogeneous string equation, and the time-depended model that combines the Schrödinger equation and equations of electron motion. The algorithms described in this paper are implemented in the code-package ANGEL (Analyzer of a Gyrating Electrons), which is used at IAP RAS and GYCOM Ltd. to analyze an electron-wave interaction in gyrotrons. The impact of ohmic losses in a terahertz gyrotron cavity on the efficiency and a stable single-mode operation is investigated. It is shown that a high fraction of ohmic losses can lead to disruption of the stable single-mode generation of terahertz gyrotrons operating at a high cyclotron harmonic. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The eye diagram is an important way to evaluate the quality of signal transmission. In order to have a better analysis of the eye diagram, this paper analyzed the eye diagram based on SystemView, taking the PCM system as an example. This article mainly introduced the method of obtaining the eye diagram on SystemView, as well as the index parameters. Finally, this paper analyzed the influence of noise on the eye diagram waveform. This paper highlights the various applications of SystemView and verifies the importance of eye diagrams for the signal transmission system.

One of the main steps in flight planning is delay prediction in the flight network. To increase the flexibility of the flight network against disturbances, it is necessary to identify the occurrence of delays and the amount of these delays in the network. Identifying delays in the network will make it possible to plan to deal with delays by considering strategies to absorb delays. Therefore, the first step in solving the flight scheduling problem is to predict delays. In this article, the prediction of flight delays by three different classifiers, neural network, decision tree and support vector machine has been discussed and the results obtained have been compared with other works. The results obtained from the simulation show that the proposed method has a much higher accuracy than other methods.

Military Autonomous Systems are one of the critical elements in the current and future operations. System with a level of autonomy is known in the military for more than 50 years. However fully autonomous systems have not been yet fully operationalized. Taken as a military capability, autonomous system must be analyzed, designed and implemented to reflect all Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, Interoperability and Information (DOTMLPFI) aspects. The first part of the paper describes autonomous system current state of the art and challenges following DOTMPLFI classification. Secondly, the modeling and simulation paradigms, Discrete Event simulation, Agent Based Modelling and System Dynamics are proposed to be the right candidate for each DOTMLPFI aspects of AS capability development. There are two Use Cases, the first one based on Agent Based modeling paradigm and the second one based on System Dynamics paradigm, both demonstrating advantages and drawbacks of a single modelling and simulation paradigm. The last part of the paper discusses differences, and mutual support of these two paradigms in the context of AS capability development.

This paper analyzes the structure and capacity switching principle of the on-load capacity regulating transformer. At the same time, based on computer artificial intelligence load forecasting, this paper designs a transformer with automatic switching of single-chip control capacity. The system takes the single-chip microcomputer as the control center, and judges the current load of the transformer by monitoring the voltage and current of the low-voltage side of the transformer, and compares it with the set capacity threshold to switch between high and low-capacity gears to achieve the goal of energy saving. At the same time, this paper introduces the optimization method of the operation mode of the on-load capacity regulating transformer based on the attention mechanism's long and short-term memory network reduces the loss in the distribution network from the selection of the capacity regulating point and the planning of the operation mode. The experimental simulation shows that the method proposed in this paper has obvious improvement in the realization of energy saving and loss reduction of on-load capacity regulation and safe operation in complex environment.

The main idea is to create logic-free vector computing, using only read-write transactions on address memory. The strategic goal is to create a deterministic vector-quantum computing using photons for read-write transactions on stable subatomic memory elements. The main task is to implement new vector computing models and methods based on primitive read-write transactions in vector flexible interpretive fault modeling and simulation technology, where data is used as addresses for processing the data itself. The essence of vector computing is read-write transactions on vector data structures in address memory. Vector computing is a computational process based on elementary read-write transactions over cells of binary vectors that are stored in address memory and form a functionality where the input data to be processed is the addresses of these cells. A metric-axiom of convolutional closure of cyclic distances between n objects into the 0-space is introduced. A model of xor-relations between wonderful logical functions $(\mathbf{and}\oplus$ or $\oplus$ xor $=0)$ of digital circuits is proposed; it is convoluted into zero-space, which makes it possible to solve problems of technical diagnosis, generative machine learning, similarity-difference search between processes and phenomena. A failure-driven management metric $\mathbf{T}\oplus \mathbf{F}\oplus \mathbf{L}=0$ is introduced, which formalizes all known processes for creating computing, including design and test, cyber-physical and cyber-social computing, federated and generative ML-computing. The equation of logical analysis is introduced $\mathbf{S}\oplus \mathbf{D}=\mathbf{a}\cup \mathbf{b}=\mathbf{U}$ , which makes it possible to calculate the similarity-difference between objects by means of parallel logical procedures on binary vectors that form the U-universe. In this paper, we build a fast simulation model for the analysis of eccentric induction motor. The self and mutual inductances of the motor windings are calculated with modified winding function method, with slotting effect and core saturation considered for improved accuracy. The calculated inductances are then fed into a coupled circuit model to simulate the dynamics of an eccentric induction motor. Compared with time-stepping finite-element method, the model is much faster for machines under eccentric faulty conditions. The accuracy of the model is validated with experiment measurements, with good match for fault component amplitudes.
