It's well-known how widely spread consanguineous marriages are in Sudan. This type of marriage has significant effects on the population in terms of genetic diseases. So many researchers explored the linkage of consanguineous marriages with the occurrence of genetic and rare genetic *** paper uses Sudanese data which was provided by the Institute of Endemic Diseases, University Of Khartoum. Python was found to be the most suitable programming language to conduct the simulation. Simulating inbreeding using both a random parent chooser and a customized parent chooser scheme has been applied using the python package named Simupop. The authors then produced a plot to foresee the inbreeding's impact on the effective population size. The heterozygosity frequency showed an obvious decrease. This decrease, of course, shows itself in the form of congenital anomalies, such as genetic diseases, birth defects, and sometimes neonatal and fetus deaths. Thus, it was evident the effects of inbreeding on the effective population size.

This paper introduces the technical principle of direct natural cooling of fresh air and the composition of fresh air system. Taking Shanghai as an example, the control strategy of outdoor fresh air in cold winter and hot summer area is determined. The energy consumption model of data center refrigeration system was established, and the energy consumption of a small data center in Shanghai before and after direct natural cooling with fresh air was simulated. The simulation results show that the energy consumption of the refrigeration system of the data center decreases by 26.3% and 16.8% after using the fresh air direct natural cooling. The application of the fresh air natural cooling technology in the cold winter and hot summer areas has obvious energy saving effect.

Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems (ICPS) are an essential backbone of national critical infrastructures. They help monitor and control crucial cyber-enabled services such as energy generation. Commonly ICPS monitors the physical process through Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. The SCADA ecosystem takes critical real-time and future system operational decisions based on the runtime state behavior of field sensors. Traditional SCADA systems use legacy and insecure communication protocols such as the Modbus protocol that lack adequate security mechanisms to provide robust runtime state behavior assurance of constrained field sensors. Therefore, constrained field sensors are commonly vulnerable to standard semantic attacks that gradually change the behavior state of infected devices. This paper discusses process integrity assurance techniques necessary to enhance the security of behavior-based protocols such as the Modbus protocol. The Runtime State Verification (RSV) protocol proposed in this paper aims to address semantic attacks in the SCADA ecosystem by integrating behavior-based Mandatory Results Automata (MRA) and a Hyperledger Fabric (HLF) network. The RSV protocol provides high process integrity assurance through enhanced behavior-based MRA suitable for the constrained field devices. A proof of concept of the RSV protocol has been evaluated in an emulated water-tube boiler. Preliminary evaluations of the RSV protocol aimed to measure the efficiency of the proposed protocol by monitoring an Combustion Efficiency (CE) process necessary to preserve optimal combustion, thus minimizing costs and future maintenance of water-tube boilers. We analyze the overall network overhead and latency of the proposed RSV protocol by evaluating the HLF network performance and comparing the proposed RSV protocol with the state-of-art BloSPAI protocol. Numerical analysis of mechanical system dynamics has the problems such as programming difficulty and slow calculation speed. The paper takes the single-axle bogie as the research object, establishes the linear dynamic equations which has two degrees of freedom of the transverse and yaw motions, and uses MATLAB to carry out the numerical simulation of the equations. On the base, an equivalent circuit model is built using operational amplifiers, resistors and capacitors, and the same results as numerical simulations are obtained through Multisim simulation. The equivalent circuit model has the advantages of simple design, high speed, and real-time adjustable parameters. In addition, oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer can be used for real-time online analysis of results. The research results show that using equivalent circuit models to analyze the dynamics of n-DOF mechanical systems has certain reference value.

Intracranial haemorrhage (ICH) refers to a pathological disorder that requires quick decision-making and diagnosis. Computed tomography (CT) can be accurate and dependable diagnosis method for identifying haemorrhages. Automated recognition of ICH through CT scans with a computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) method will be useful to classify and detect the distinct grades of ICH. Due to the latest development of deep learning (DL) techniques in image processing applications, numerous medical imaging methods use it. Thus, this article develops an automated ICH detection and classification using Rider Optimization with Deep Learning (ICHDC-RODL) model. The presented ICHDC-RODL technique mainly determines the presence of ICH using DL concepts. In the presented ICHDCRODL technique, the features are generated by the use of Xtended Central Symmetric Local Binary Pattern (XCS-LBP) model. Moreover, the bidirectional long short-term memory (BiLSTM) method is employed for ICH diagnosis. At last, the rider optimization algorithm (ROA) is exploited for the hyperparameter tuning procedure of the BiLSTM method. To demonstrate the enhanced outcomes of the ICHDC-RODL technique, a series of simulations were performed and the results are examined under various aspects. The simulation outcomes indicate the enhancements of the ICHDC-RODL technique over recent approaches.
