The cultural and creative industries (CCIs), which are part of the orange economy, have been increasingly recognized throughout history, which has led several nations around the world to include them as part of their economic strategies, despite the fact that their benefits transcend to other areas such as social and environmental, demonstrating that they can contribute to the achievement of sustainable development, Thus, this article focuses on the elaboration of a bibliometric analysis and a systematic review to assess the status and evolution of research associated with cultural and creative industries and sustainable development, as well as the positive impacts of these industries on this development model and the aspects and recommendations to be taken into account to promote their implementation. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses for Protocols (PRISMA) was used as a methodological reference. The results indicate multiple impacts of CCIs such as technological innovation, social cohesion, regeneration of urban life, among others. Asian and European regions are also highlighted as the most advanced in terms of scientific production on this topic.

Deep learning has become an integral technique in Brain-computer Interface (BCI) research, especially in the area of rapid serial visual presentation, due to its proficiency in interpreting complex electroencephalography (EEG) data patterns. However, deep learning's full potential in BCIs is somewhat limited by issues like data scarcity and notable variabilities both within and between subjects. To address these challenges, this study introduces a deep learning training approach that incorporates an overlapping sliding window technique. Following this, we develop a deep network that utilizes domain adaptation, integrating samples from various subjects to enhance object detection performance in surveillance paradigms. Our findings reveal that this overlapping sliding window method surpasses traditional trialbased methods. Additionally, we note a performance improvement when domain adaptation techniques are employed.

This paper presents a systematic technical review of the human-computer interaction (HCI), Shared Control Systems (SCS), and pervasive System of Systems (SoS) for safe indoor maneuvering in a closed environments using Smart Power Wheelchairs designed for individuals with limited abilities and the elderly. Techniques from HCI, SCS and SoS employed by different researchers in the development of smart wheelchairs are studied and examined. Their advantages and drawbacks in terms of development and ease of operation are discussed and tabulated. Finally, an exemplary architecture for the HCI and SCS of pervasive SoS technologies is proposed, along with key components and shared control system models for the design and development of smart power wheelchairs.
