The resource locating efficiency is the core issue of P2P systems. The unstructured P2P systems adopt the flooding mechanism, which causes huge network burden. The Structured P2P systems, however, employs routing based on DHT, which results in an expensive topology maintenance. This paper will propose a semi-construct P2P model. Based on the research of the small world theory, this model combines the advantages of both unstructured and structured P2P systems. It can effectively improve the resource location efficiency,prevent the waste of network bandwidth by flood inquiry, and cut down the cost of topology maintenance. According to the mathematical model and the experimental results, the method features a searching success rate close to that of Chord with a smaller cost.

The curriculum development for the higher vocational education is a complicated systematic project. With the software technology major in Taizhou Vocational & Technical College as its background, according to the curriculum development theory based on work process, this paper first analyzes the basic methods of curriculum development, and then researches on the curriculum development technologies for software technology major in higher vocational schools from the four aspects of work task analysis, typical work integration, curriculum system construction and curriculum teaching implementation, and designs a specific implementation process. Practice shows that the proposed method of curriculum development in this paper has strong operability and obvious implementation results, which provides curriculum reform for the software technology major in higher vocational schools in China with a significance of reference.

The development methodology and implementation tool are presented for each of these five expert systems. Early results of testing two of them are given and discussed. A volatile organic compound (VOCs) classification system is developed for non-invasive biomarker screening tests. The developed system utilizes a preconcentrator, which contains an absorbent material for trapping VOCs at low temperatures and thermally desorbingat specific elevated temperatures. This system is especially useful for detection of odor mixture at low concentration and target VOCs biomarkers in the odor sample can also be measured with enhanced selectivity. All sensing processes, including a PID temperature controller for heating preconcentrator, odor sensor interface, and solenoid valve control, are performed using only a single embedded microcontroller. An odor mixture with low concentration is measured and classified in order to investigate the developed system. The result of the experiment and the principal component analysis (PCA) shows that the system with the preconcentrator can measure the VOCs mixture of odor sample in terms of sensitivity and selectivity. This system prototype is useful for screening tests of exhaled breath biomarker.
