Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency that was introduced to the world in 2008. The underlying technology behind bitcoin as well as the other cryptocurrencies which followed it is blockchain technology. Nowadays, collaborative engineering is gaining tremendous popularity, especially in the information technology industry. In the future, technological giants may have to work with each other to complete large projects of great importance and significance. In such projects, trust management is crucial. With multiple parties involved in such projects, it is important that no party monopolizes the project and adds patches which are not known to the other parties. In addition, no party should have the authority to disclose the full contents of the work to a third party. In this paper, we propose a blockchain based solution to the above issues. The only authentic version of the project would be the one maintained in the blockchain. Collaborators would broadcast the changes they make, and it would be added to the blockchain only after consensus from all parties. We use a threshold key system on private keys so that consensus is achieved. Our proposed system guarantees secure release of the project as well as non repudiation to collaborators.

Voice assistants, widely integrated into daily life, demonstrate vast potential across various applications, primarily catering to typical users with occasional focus on children, the elderly (specifically those with dementia), but not yet extending to those with mental disabilities. This paper explores the underutilization of Voice User Interfaces (VUIs) among individuals with disabilities, particularly those with mental disabilities. Drawing from Smith and Smith's [40] emphasis on inclusive co-design, we advocate for involving individuals with disabilities as well as including domain experts in the development of VUIs from the outset. The "AI and Educational Sciences Seminar" at the Otto-von-Guericke-Universitat Magdeburg (OVGU) serves as a practical exploration ground, engaging educational sciences students in developing an inclusive Alexa Skill for a diverse user group. Establishing a true co-design process is a complex endeavour, and as Dirks argues in [6], overcoming social challenges is as crucial as addressing technical ones. This work presents an initial step towards 'Developing a Co-Design Process for digital Speech Assistant (DSA) Systems', focusing on the presentation of the concept and the introduction of a local focus group. Our approach aligns with existing literature on involving domain experts, technicians, and individuals with disabilities in complex software development. To meet the diverse expertise needed for effective VUI development, we advocate for a comprehensive curriculum covering technical skills, domain knowledge, and human-computer interaction. The paper concludes by introducing a prototype tool, a Dialog-Content Management Systems (Dialog-CMSs) for Alexa Skills, enabling non-programming educational sciences students to contribute to inclusive VUI development.

This paper aims at effectively promoting Chinese students' computer assisted learning capacity for them to face the challenge from computer science development. Based on learning capacity theory, the author discussed the problems in basic computer teaching program in Chinese university, established a frame of computer assisted learning capacity for Chinese students, demonstrated that learning capacity including three factors as motivation, attitude and method, and also put forward suggestions to form the system of computer assisted learning capacity for students.
