This paper mainly deals with an ideal smart sensors and RFID system to cater suitable asset solutions and supply chain tracking. Due to the benefits shown, the following were accomplished: First, there will be an enhancement of the accuracy of records of inventory;second, there will be a diminution of time taken to complete an order cycle;third, there will be a decrease in costs. Overall compliance rate to environmental monitoring also increased attaining a very good figure in order to achieve the right monitoring standards for the sensitive goods as described above. The system also complemented the issue of security to some extent in reducing cases of theft and losing products within the unit. It also reveals a unique trend of ROI which expands how the utilization of value technologies is rewarding financially. Such research points to the right phase in adopting smart sensors and RFID into the current supply chain since it is today's optimum way of managing the supply chain safely, effectively and at a reasonable cost. © 2024 IEEE.

The proposed system integrates Internet of Things (IoT) technologies with Brain-computer interfaces to improve disability-related communication and control. BCIs may directly communicate between the brain and external equipment, providing a lifeline for persons with severe physical restrictions. Incorporating IoT concepts may boost BCI efficacy. Integration of BCI with IoT technology demonstrates unique advantages. BCIs may be connected to the IoT framework to provide a more flexible and comprehensive communication and control environment. Thanks to IoT connection, BCIs can seamlessly interface with assistive devices, home automation systems, wearables, and digital platforms. Interconnectedness expands BCIs' reach, improves user experiences, and allows creative applications. It shows how IoT-enabled BCIs may help disabled people connect with their surroundings, enhance their quality of life, and recover independence. The study discusses data security, privacy, latency, and device compatibility difficulties while integrating various technologies. This combination promises immediate practicality and future progress in both sectors, creating a more comprehensive and accessible digital world. © 2024 IEEE.

Efficient motion planning algorithms are critical in real-world robot applications, but existing methods become less effective as the robot's dimensionality and workspace increase, primarily due to the computational cost of collision checking during sample generation. We propose a framework that generates robot samples directly for the planning problem to overcome the high cost of expensive operations in sampling-based motion planning. The framework utilizes a combination of an AutoEncoder (AE) and a Transformer-based model, which efficiently generates valid robot samples using the output from the AE, capturing a latent space representation of the robot's environments represented as point clouds. The framework is tested on various ground and air robot planning problems in 3D environments and performs better than comparable methods across all the tested problems. It also demonstrates the ability to generalize to new and unseen environments. © 2023 IEEE.

Recently, there has been a concern about our looks and fitness freaks in today's world. The consumption of more food leads to gaining weight in the long run if it exceeds the daily requirement. The present investigation presents the control of calories consumption using the artificial intelligence (AI) model. Based on the AI model, the correct quantity of food is recommended and suggests the necessary workouts to reduce the extra calories. From this investigation, it can be concluded that people can still eat any food and do essential exercises needed for daily requirements to maintain proper health. © 2023 IEEE.

Human emotions are pivotal in communication, and their recognition holds significance across various domains like human-computer interaction and mental health monitoring. This paper presents an image-based approach to emotion recognition, particularly focusing on discerning genuine from insincere emotions. The system uses a combination of machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) approaches to improve the accuracy and robustness of emotion recognition by utilizing data from several modalities. Utilizing algorithms such as CNN for facial expression recognition enables the system to extract quantifiable features, thereby improving its capability to distinguish between genuine and fake emotions. Evaluation involves testing with diverse datasets and performance metrics, particularly emphasizing the system's efficacy in detecting fake emotions. The proposed system is able to identify overall 80% of the accuracy over the Decision Tree, SVM and CNN models. © 2024 IEEE.

Classification and identification is of great significance in biological sequence analysis research, which can help to solve the problems of functional identification, medical diagnosis, epidemic monitoring and so on. At present, there are mainly machine learning methods and non-machine learning methods to classify DNA sequences, and both methods have their own merits when the data volume is small, but with the explosive growth of genomic data, the advantages of machine learning methods become more and more obvious. Meanwhile, compared with other machine learning methods, there are problems such as complex training models, overfitting, and error amplification when dealing with sequence classification problems. To address these problems, the LGWKNN algorithm based on the interaction of local weights and global weights is introduced, which experimentally confirms the feasibility of sequence classification as well as the advantages over traditional KNN algorithms and weighting algorithms, achieving a classification accuracy of 97.71%. © 2023 IEEE.

Supply chain management is one of the industries that benefit greatly from implementing blockchain technology since it supplies chains with a high level of transparency, security, and traceability. Nonetheless, keeping up to date with different regulatory requirements or specifications that change frequently and still meeting contract requirements still pose a major problem. In this paper, we introduce a new method in the dynamic compliance management of blockchain implemented supply chain system by the use of deep reinforcement learning (DRL) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. Through DRL, supply chains can obtain real-time insights in learning from the environment and apply the knowledge effectively to satisfy regulatory standards as well as contractual terms. The inclusion of the LSTM component allows the system to capture sequential dependency and long-horizon effects within the supply-chain data. To prove the efficiency of our strategy, we provide simulation results as well as the analysis of real-world applications that discuss the positive shift in percentages and potential increase in productivity. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, a Super-Twisting sliding mode control strategy on account of a nonlinear disturbance observer is proposed to solve the problem of disturbance suppression in the beam scanning process of MEMS micromirrors, in response to the degradation of the scanning precision of MEMS micromirrors due to external perturbation in the beam scanning process. The working mechanism of MEMS micromirror beam scanning is analyzed, the system model of MEMS micromirror is constructed, and the NDOB-Super-Twisting controller is designed. The step response test, robustness test, and perturbation suppression analysis simulation are carried out. The results show that NDOB-Super-Twisting controller has a 56.25% improvement in regulation time, no overshooting, and about 60% improvement in steady state error compared to the PID controller. © 2023 IEEE.

This research explores the application of reinforcement learning (RL) to enhance route efficiency and performance of a Formula One (F1) car within a simulation environment. The simulation is implemented using Python, NEAT (NeuroEvolution of Augmenting Topologies), and PyGame to create a dynamic system where neural networks control the car's navigation. RL enables the F1 car, acting as an agent, to learn optimal decisions through a fitness-based reward mechanism by interacting with its environment. Equipped with radar sensors to detect obstacles and measure distances, the virtual car adjusts its speed and steering to avoid collisions and optimize movement. Over successive generations, the RL algorithm refines the car's driving ability, improving speed and directional control to maximize distance covered and minimize lap times. A fitness-based evaluation system tracks progress, providing metrics such as best and average fitness scores, which highlight the car's evolving performance. Results demonstrate the effectiveness of RL in enhancing autonomous driving capabilities, enabling the car to navigate complex environments and improve decision-making across generations. © 2025 IEEE.
