With the progress of science and technology, the technology of underwater robots has gradually matured, equipped with cameras, sonar systems and robotic arms, and has been widely used in underwater resource detection, fishery breeding and scientific research. Traditional underwater robots are generally large in size and low in flexibility. The spiral propulsion method often produces eddy currents, which makes the stability of swimming poor and has a certain impact on the surrounding environment. In order to solve these problems, this paper analyzes the existing problems based on TRIZ theory, uses TRIZ tools to obtain design schemes, proposes innovative methods, and optimizes the design of underwater robots. Explore the future development direction of the product through the nine-screen analysis method;through the functional analysis of the system, find functional defects;using technical contradictions, physical contradictions, object field analysis and other tools to solve the selected key problems, find the contradiction matrix, apply the separation method to seek solutions, and finally get the underwater vehicle design optimization scheme. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to control the auxiliary equipment of substation quickly and conveniently, a remote control system of auxiliary equipment of substation based on ZigBee is designed. Using the ZigBee wireless sensor network technology, it can control the terminal nodes in the ZigBee network in real time, so as to effectively control the auxiliary equipment of the substation. Then the running state of the auxiliary device is sent back to the supreme computer through the ZigBee wireless network, and the running state of the device can also be monitored and controlled on the PC side. Finally, the experiment successfully realized the control and monitoring of the auxiliary equipment of the substation, which confirmed the feasibility and practicability of the design of the system. © VDE VERLAG GMBH ∙ Berlin ∙ Offenbach.

Sanitization is not a new term, but with the evolution of deadly COVID-19, the process came into the limelight quickly. The process was already utilized widely in hospitals, vaccination centers, food processing units, and medicine industries and suddenly became crucial in every domain related to our lives. Even though sanitization is considered the first line of defense against pandemic viruses like COVID-19, it is highly difficult to sanitize every nook and corner of bigger buildings and external structures like airports, railway stations, theaters, institutions, and hospitals. Slight carelessness to eliminate the virus from the sanitization process can reciprocate in the pandemic spread. Our proposed work deals with utilizing the accuracy and precision of robots to effectively sanitize bigger structures. The multi-faceted methodology of the work manages the comprehensive investigation of the robotic unit for the social setting. The concentrate additionally stretches out to refine the standard human behavioral reaction for modern robotic consideration in our lives. This will ease up the process and, at the same time, will reduce the chance of human error. The robotic structure is powered by a 12 V rechargeable battery, which has manual and automation cleaning modes. During manual mode, we control the robot with an Android application installed on the phone and connected with the robot through Bluetooth wireless connectivity. During automation, the mode robot moves in different directions and cleans and sanitizes the area independently. The paper presents a comparative analysis of the simulation results of a DC-DC buck regulator based on LM2595 on three different simulation platforms: PSpice, LTspice, and Tina. The comparative analysis includes visual comparison of selected waveforms, comparison of statistical parameters of the observed signals, and comparison based on time step signal analysis. The simulation was performed using three different maximal time step conditions. The research focused on examining the differences caused by different simulation platforms under the same maximal time step condition, as well as the differences caused by different maximal time step conditions within a single simulation platform. This analysis is crucial, particularly when comparing different simulation Spice models that require simulations to be conducted on various simulation platforms. By comparing the results obtained from different platforms under the same simulation conditions, the impact of the simulation platform on the accuracy and behavior of the models can be assessed. © 2023 IEEE.

A Robust Content-Based Medical Image Retrieval System must be designed to support the ever-increasing volume of digital photographs across various medical disciplines in order to successfully return medical photos that are aesthetically comparable to the query image. The CBMIR approach for optimum medical image retrieval is presented in this research work, with a focus on reducing deviation in medical image mining and a full analysis of significant aspects of medical photos. The purpose of this research was to develop a LSTM based deep learning model for classifying CT Liver tumor images from the CT Liver tumor images dataset. The dataset is preprocessed with thresholding, extreme point computation, and bicubic interpolation. Second, the proposed method uses a convolutional neural network based LSTM to extract information from cropped photos. There are four measures used to evaluate the model's efficacy: accuracy, precision, recall. Accuracy at 96.88%, precision at 97.96%, recall at 96.60% are all optimally achieved by the proposed model. According to the findings, the proposed LSTM based RNN Approach with KD Tree model is the most efficient method for identifying CT Liver Tumor images detection and classification. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents two different techniques for detecting holes in fish farming nets using image processing. The first technique utilizes the OpenCV library, while the second employs artificial neural networks (ANNs). A real-world dataset of fish farming net images, captured by an ROV with various hole types, was used to evaluate the performance of both techniques. The results indicate that the OpenCV-based approach outperforms the ANN-based method in terms of accuracy and robustness, despite the fact that both methods performed poorly. However, additional research can significantly improve the proposed techniques, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and reliability of hole detection in fish farming nets. This is particularly important for maintaining the health and productivity of fish in aquaculture operations. © 2023 IEEE.

The direct method is to compare the pixel difference between two frames of images. However, the gray image and photometric error only keep convexity in a small range. Therefore, when there is a large displacement of the camera position, the system may fall into a suboptimal local minimum. Semantic features can solve this problem, but they can only be run in scenarios where semantic features are known. Line features can extract edge information and have good convexity for large camera displacement. In addition, it is easy to adapt to different scenes. In this letter, we propose a line feature probability matching visual odometer. We have built a lighter line feature probability estimation network, which can be deployed on platforms the limited computational power. A joint error function based on gray image and line feature probability is constructed, which has better reliability than photometric error. We experiment the proposed method on public indoor and outdoor datasets, and the results show that the joint feature probability error function is significantly improved than the original method. © 2022 IEEE.

At present, the level of industrial automation has become an important symbol to measure the modernization level of all walks of life. In the modern industrial automation process, the controller of the control system mainly adopts the PID controller. Sampling system and continuous system are the most important in signal processing. In the context of this research,this paper focuses on the analysis of the sampling system and continuous system in the signal and system, Including the acquisition, transmission, and transformation process of signals in the sampling system, the composition of the computer control system, the working principle, and the matching and connection of digital components and analog components in the system. Through the experimental results of Matlab and Simulink simulations, the performance differences between the sampling system and the continuous system and various discretization methods are compared. Collective motion (CM) is a behaviour frequently seen in social animals, such as bird flocks and fish schools. The CM in swarm robotics could be achieved via virtual forces between the robots that coordinate the movements of the swarm. Traditionally, the control parameters of the CM model are fine-tuned empirically to achieve a coordinated movement of robots in a swarm, which is a challenging task and only works for a specific scenario. To address this, the genetic algorithm optimisation method is employed to identify the optimal values for enhancing CM performance and ensuring perfect alignment within the swarm. This paper focuses on two primary objectives to attain superior CM behaviour while conserving energy: i) minimising the virtual forces exerted among the robots and ii) maximising the alignment of the swarm's headings. The simulation results showed a significant improvement compared to the state-of-the-art CM mechanism. Furthermore, the optimised parameters provide stability to the swarm, enabling it to maintain its structural integrity throughout the simulation. © 2023 IEEE.

The grid-connected inverter is a key energy conversion device for grid-connected new energy and is widely used in distributed power generation system. However, the traditional control strategy has many limitations in the aspects of stability, system voltage and frequency adjustment, a large amount of renewable energy connected to the grid may cause power and frequency oscillation that threaten the stable operation of the grid. To solve this problem, an adaptive and optimal control method based on reinforcement learning and adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) is implemented for VSG three-phase grid-connected inverter. The method establishes a mathematical model of a VSG-based grid-connected inverter, and transformed into a standard linear quadratic regulation (LQR) optimization problem. On the basis of VSG power-frequency control, the dynamic compensation term given by the ADP algorithm is introduced into the active power loop. During the grid connection, the VSG output is optimally adjusted through the proposed adaptive optimal control strategy to reduce the system frequency fluctuation. In the case system dynamics are not known in the complex environment of grid-connected inverters, deep deterministic strategy gradient (DDPG) is used to replace the ADP algorithm in this paper. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified in the Simulink platform. © 2023 IEEE.
