This project studies the information extraction method for large-scale data to solve the problem of small amount of single data extraction and slow extraction speed in the existing methods. An adaptive cuckoo algorithm is designed by using the method of dimensional reverse learning. The dimensional-by-dimension reverse learning method is adopted to reduce the interaction between dimensions and improve the diversity of the group. The optimal selection method is used to evaluate the search effect and improve the search efficiency. According to the existing results, the scale coefficient is adjusted adaptively to guide the rapid convergence of the solution process. The proposed algorithm can deeply mine the information, increase the extraction information and improve the extraction rate. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper introduces an innovative approach for the description and mapping of applications in the smart grid domain. By utilizing a skill-based engineering approach, not only flexibility and changeability will increase, but also the need for describing the same application multiple times for different grids decays. As a first use-case, Fault Location, Isolation, and Service Restauration (FLISR) as an example application and a real-world grid in Vietnam have been chosen. By showing how this novel approach could be applied to these two entities, its potential is demonstrated. The IEC 61850-based approach uses a two-step procedure for the mapping. After defining the application's requirements, a mapping algorithm can check if the application can be deployed to a specific grid. In the second step, the actual mapping is described to deploy the application to the devices in the field automatically. Having the requirement description, a recommender system can suggest possible adaptions to the grid in case the check fails. © 2024 IEEE.

With the continuous access of massive data, devices, and emerging applications to the Internet, network complexity and network management are facing unprecedented challenges. Therefore, it is urgent to optimize network and service management through artificial intelligence technology, and Standards Development Organizations (SDO) put forward the standards for network automation and zero-touch management. The service design of the Product-Service-Resource (PSR) model discussed in the paper is one of the means of network automation and zero-touch management through decoupling networks and services hierarchically. The paper also introduces the method of automated service design that effectively reduces the development cycle and human errors, which is the basis for realizing a fully autonomous network. © 2023 IEEE.

The perception and transportation of soft objects are critical tasks in daily life, and recent sensor advancements enable robots to safely perform these tasks in human-shared environments. This study advances elastic linear object transportation by introducing a collaborative framework where a human leads, providing task-specific instructions to guide the robot. Unlike conventional methods focused on fixed object manipulation, our approach dynamically controls and converges feature points of the elastic object into desired configurations during transportation. We developed an online model estimation technique using a least-squares optimization algorithm, with an exponential forgetting mechanism to adaptively update the model under disturbances from sensors and human interaction. Validated in experiments with a 6-DOF robot and depth camera, our method demonstrated robustness across varied scenarios, achieving faster convergence and reduced positional fluctuation compared to conventional gradient descent approaches. © 2024 IEEE.

Internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles are very polluting and release high nitrogen oxides, carcinogens, and soot into the environment. ICE vehicles are the best choice in this era, but replacing ICE vehicles with electric vehicles (EVs) and automated vehicle control is a potential transition process. The most important turning point in the history of the automobile occurred with the entry of EVs into the vehicle market. The rise of the Internet of Things (IoT) paradigm in electric vehicles (EVs) has changed the way we look at large-scale transportation by making it intelligent and more sustainable. Recently, with the advent of connectivity through IoT platforms, IoT in EVs has improved performance and reduced environmental impact: from any on-off switch and adoption of IoT through our smartphones placed on the charging base. We can implement smart charging solutions for better energy consumption management, reduction of grid load, and battery life enhancement. IoT allows electric vehicles to communicate directly with charging stations and even the power grid, providing a better way to create balanced transportation networks. But implementing IoT in electric vehicles also raises some issues, including data security and user privacy. With all of these issues, there is huge potential in IoT usage with electric vehicles to help produce cleaner transportation and create a more sustainable future. © 2024 IEEE.

High-performance computing frequently uses ordinary differential equations. But because of their nonlinear character, these equations need some analytic solutions. For these reasons, numerical approaches come into play. In this study, a hardware accelerator for solving an ODE utilizing the Runge-Kutta equations of orders two, three, and four has been implemented. An analysis has been performed on a design-space exploration for the half, single, and double floating-point precision formats. The hardware accelerator intended for the fourth-order Runge-Kutta solver has the most power consumption while operating at a clock frequency of up to 80 Mhzs of the two solvers described in this research, based on the experimental findings. An in-depth evaluation of the power, and utilization of FPGA resources, and a time-consuming summary has also been included in this work. © 2023 IEEE.

AI-powered educational technologies are emerging as transformative forces in the quickly changing field of education, where innovation is essential to keeping ahead of the competition. Assessments are one area that is undergoing revolutionary transformation. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is redefining the way we evaluate learning outcomes as traditional evaluation approaches struggle to keep up with the demands of the digital age. The field of artificial intelligence-powered learning assessments has a lot of promising future developments ahead of it. This research proposes novel technique in assessment and evaluation based on online education system using Artificial intelligence in machine learning techniques. Here, the input has been analysed as student performance data based on online education and processed for removing of missing values with noise removal. Then this data has been analysed using spatio LSTM convolutional fuzzy neural network for classification of evaluation and assessment model. the experimental analysis has been carried out for various student performance analysis dataset in terms of training accuracy, average precision, specificity, F-measure and recall. Proposed method training accuracy 97%, Average precision 94%, F-measure 90%, RECALL 93%, SPECIFICITY 96%. © 2024 IEEE.

Improve the calcination quality of the lime kiln system and have the staff operate it. Methods: Design a limestone vertical kiln system capable of completing high-quality calcination experiments, using Siemens S7-1500 PLC as the main controller, Siemens S7-200Smart PLC as the hydraulic station controller, Kunlun on state touch screen, and intelligent cloud based upper computer to achieve automatic adjustment of key indicators such as temperature, air flow, and ash output during the calcination process, and conduct temperature modeling and simulation. Results: This vertical kiln system effectively saves energy and ensures calcination quality. Conclusion: The equipment not only improves the control accuracy and response speed of important indicators such as temperature and air volume, but also enhances the safe operation of the system through the designed remote monitoring, operation, and alarm functions. Moreover, it is easy to operate and has a friendly interface, effectively improving the calcination effect. © 2024 SPIE.

Lung cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Early detection of lung cancer is crucial for improving survival rates and enabling more effective treatment options. However, manually detecting and classifying various forms of lung cancers is time-consuming and can be inaccurate. Traditional classification methods rely on manual feature extraction, necessitating the experimenter's expertise and professional knowledge. This research introduces a streamlined feature selection method using a deep convolutional neural network (CNN) to effectively tackle the issue. The aim of this proposed lightweight deep CNN is to enhance accuracy while reducing the number of parameters. The established approach involves three key stages: pre-processing, feature extraction, and classification. In the pre-processing phase, K-fold cross-validation ensures robust classification, complemented by data augmentation to augment the image dataset. In the feature extraction stage, modified CNNs effectively extract pertinent features, followed by Random Forest (RF) utilization to distinguish various forms of lung cancer from CT scan images. The proposed Deep CNN-RF model demonstrates effective detection and classification of various types of lung cancer, achieving an impressive accuracy rate of 97.1%. © 2024 IEEE.

Smart agriculture, which is a novel method of farming of the modern era, focuses on taking advantage of resource utilization and fostering sustainability as the pressure of feeding a continuously rising global population becomes inevitable. Blockchain technology is becoming known as a main solution in smart agriculture because of its ability to deliver efficiency, transparency and traceability across the agricultural value chain.
