Traditional software testing has gradually exposed many drawbacks in multi-project development, through a multi-dimensional comparative analysis of the limitations of traditional testing and the characteristics of agile testing, based on the characteristics of the satellite ground control system and the development mode, a targeted and operable agile software testing model is designed to increase the cyclic iteration of the test, test-driven development and exploratory testing are introduced into the testing methodology, and the test implementation enhances and clarifies interface automation testing and accurate regression testing based on impact factors, utilizes integration testing based on micro-service groups of business domains and script testing of system operation scenarios, and provides a feasible method for solving the testing of large-scale information systems. The test results show that the test method alleviates the pressure of the centralized outbreak of traditional testing, digs out the hidden dangers of the system early and effectively, improves the testing efficiency, ensures the product quality, and enhances the users' confidence in the software products. © 2024 ACM.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis is difficult due to its complex and diverse symptomatology. This study focuses on using machine learning, specifically the Random Forest algorithm, to identify ASD. We use a large dataset including behavioural and demographic characteristics to pre-process, select features, and assess the model's performance in differentiating ASD cases. Our findings emphasize the Random Forest classifier's predictive powers and its potential to aid in early ASD diagnosis in clinical settings, potentially improving intervention outcomes. © 2024 IEEE.

The concept aims to overcome a common issue with voice-controlled smart home automation systems: language barriers. Existing solutions mostly support English, highlighting the necessity for a multilingual solution. The proposed Internet of Things (IoT) home automation system includes voice commands in languages such as Hindi. Home automation's growing popularity, driven by its ease of use and improved quality of life, emphasizes the significance of accessible and inclusive language assistance. The concept revolves around an IoT based home automation system that communicates via Wi-Fi, with a Node MCU acting as the core server. Users can use voice commands to manage household appliances by talking with a web-based interface over the internet. The solution reduces the need for human involvement by developing control firmware and automating it with the Node MCU IoT platform. Various components communicate in a number of ways, improving user control through the Node MCU interface and enabling remote access via smart phones. Cloud-based server connectivity eliminates the need for physical distance. This low-cost system is straightforward to set up and features an easy-to-use Android UI. It meets the demands of the elderly and disabled while also improving overall living circumstances by incorporating smart home concepts. The project "Development of an IoT Multilingual Voice-Controlled Home automation System" combines IoT technology with multilingual voice recognition to deliver a more efficient and inclusive home automation experience. Voice commands in a variety of languages can be used to control lighting, heating, security, and entertainment systems, providing a customizable and user-friendly solution. © ICST Institute for computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications engineering 2025.

In the pursuit of sustainable living and energy efficiency, integrating renewable energy sources with smart home technologies has become increasingly important. This paper presents a novel system that utilizes solar energy as the primary power source for a smart home, combined with Internet of Things (IoT) technology for monitoring and automation. The primary goal of this project is to reduce waste in conventional ways by making extensive use of energy recovery sources, enhancing safety, and removing environmental impact. Optimizing the equipment's use of program energy in accordance with the actual time of solar power generation is one of the key goals. Another is enhancing the effectiveness of energy transfer through remote monitoring and control using data and smartphone applications. The integration of Internet of Things (IOT) technology with solar energy systems is critical to the sustainability, efficiency, and administration of residential surroundings. This article investigates the deployment capabilities of the Internet of Things (IOT) for solar household energy system automation and monitoring. Future house automation will rely on solar energy and Internet of Things monitoring technologies once this work is completed. © 2024 IEEE.

Aiming at the problems of unbalanced categories of railroad accidents and strong subjectivity of influencing factor analysis, an algorithm for predicting the types of railroad accidents and analyzing influencing factors based on Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) is presented. Firstly, according to the actual situation, the railroad accidents are divided into 10 types such as derailment, head on collision, etc., and the accident data are preprocessed with variable screening and feature coding;secondly, the accident type prediction model based on XGBoost is constructed to forecast the 10 types of railway accidents;finally, the influencing factors of railroad accidents are identified and analyzed according to the feature importance of the prediction model. The results show that the accuracy, recall, and F1score of the XGBoost prediction model are 0.84, 0.842, and 0.812, separately, which are better than Decision Tree and Gradient Boosting Decision Tree, while the key influencing factors analyzed according to the feature importance of XGBoost are mechanical equipment factors, speed, etc. © 2024 IEEE.

Simultaneous recordings of neural activity at massive scope, in the long term, and under bio-safety conditions, could provide crucial information, which helps in better understanding the operation mechanism of the brain and promotes the clinical application evolution for the brain-computer interface. For this purpose, a multi-channel neural signal recording system is presented, which can record up to 2048-channel neural signals by multiple connections of a customized collection system. The system consists of a sensor array module, a central controller module, and an upper computer module. Using the modular design method, the sensor array module can be contrived by changing the number of channels. The single-channel data acquisition module has a sampling resolution of 16 bits, and a sampling rate of 30 KSamples/s. The central controller module can establish a connection between the sensor array module and the upper computer module, and control their operations. The upper computer module can display the data results. The system verifies the performance of the multi-channel data acquisition through the analog neural signal. © 2024 IEEE.

Due to the broadcasting nature, wireless transmission becomes vulnerable to illegal eavesdropping, making it crucial to ensure the security of data transmission for various IoT applications. This paper investigates UAV-assisted wireless relay secure transmission, considering multiple eavesdroppers with imperfect channel state information (CSI). The goal is to maximize the secure transmission capacity of users through the cooperation of signal UAVs and jamming UAVs. Under imperfect eavesdropper CSI conditions, an adaptive decoding threshold is introduced to restrict the eavesdropping decoding probability below a tolerable level. The secure transmission problem is modeled as a mixed-integer nonlinear programming. An iteration algorithm that combines block coordinate descent and continuous convex approximation is designed to jointly optimize UAV trajectory planning and resource allocation. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. © 2024 IEEE.

In this electronically era, communication using email has become an part of our lives. However, with the convenience of email comes the nuisance of spam messages flooding our inboxes. Detecting and filtering out these spam emails is crucial to maintain productivity and security in our online interactions. In this research project, we explore the performance of using the firefly algorithm, a nature-inspired optimization technique, for spam detection. By leveraging the unique behavior of fireflies in search and optimization, we aim to develop a robust and efficient spam detection system. We start by gathering a dataset containing a mix of spam and non-spam (ham) emails. After preprocessing the text data and extracting relevant features using techniques like Count-Vectorizer, we train a logistic regression model, a commonly used classifier for binary classification tasks. To enhance the performance of our model, we employ the Firefly algorithm to optimize its hyperactive parameters. This algorithm impersonates the flashing behavior of fireflies to iteratively search for the foremost combination of model parameters, maximizing its ability to distinguish between spam and legitimate emails. Our experimental results demonstrate promising outcomes, with the optimized model achieving high accuracy and performance measures such as precision, recall, and F1-score on a held-out test set. These findings highlight the potential of nature-inspired algorithms like the firefly algorithm to improve spam detection techniques and effectively combat email spam in real-world scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

Fractional non-continuous switched systems are delineated by one category of difference systems. Those distinguished by operators indicating non-integer differences. In spite of the fact that there have been many successful achievements in the stable of constant switched systems, there turned out to be a scarcity of publications on this subject. Our paper mainly solves the finite time stability problem of a form of fractional order synchronous variable order nonlinear switched systems based on a unique Nabla Caputo discrete operator. In addition, a representation of short-memory fractional order synchronous variable order nonlinear discrete switched systems is proposed, and then one innovative theorem is proposed to demonstrate its asymptotic stability. Finally, instances are showcased to illustrate the efficacy of the findings. © 2023 IEEE.
