Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are unmanned aircraft that fly without a human operator. Due to their maneuverability and accessibility, they are used in various applications such as aerial surveillance, delivery, and mapping and as well connected to the Internet of Things (IoT) devices. IoT includes smart home devices to industrial machinery, improving automation, and data-driven decision-making. Limited battery life limits the duration of work;sensitivity to weather conditions affects reliability. Data breaches are a potential outcome of security vulnerabilities, and the lack of interoperability makes it difficult to integrate diverse platforms. To overcome this drawback, this article introduced a novel approach called Improved Optimization with Connection-based Clustering Routing with MEC (IO-CBCM). IO-CBCM is used to enhance secure device-to-device communication in IoT networks through UAVs and Mobile Edge computing (MEC) servers. The IO-CBCM framework is designed to optimize the Cluster Head (CH) selection and control cost reduction, while also improving overall system performance through particle swarm optimization (PSO) and increasing efficiency in Mobile Ad Hob Networks (MANETs). IO-CBCM-oriented clustering utilizes the system's structure to create clusters, which guarantees uninterrupted connectivity, decreases delay, maximizes energy savings, and boosts packet ratio. This holistic approach aims to strengthen network security, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall network performance in IoT environments. Here the performance analysis is calculated for the IO-CBCM model and compared with IDMB, ECDR, and SFTK with some parameters like false positive, clustering efficiency, packet delivery ratio, packet drop ratio, and throughput to achieve high performance. © 2025 IEEE.

The H-type two-axis linear plane motion platform with dual gantry drive is one of the most crucial components in contour processing equipment. The dual gantry structure employs independently controlled dual-side motors to collectively drive the motion of the gantry crossbeam axis. While the introduction of dual gantry drive brings higher single-axis positioning accuracy and greater operational speed to contour processing *** these issues, this paper starts with the dynamic modeling of the dual gantry H-type plane motion platform. It modifies and extends the task coordinates within the framework of the Global Task Coordinate Frame (GTCF). Subsequently, it effectively addresses the coordination between axes and the synchronization of dual drive in the task space, obtaining both motion coordination and dual-axis synchronization capabilities, leading to more accurate contour error calculation and evaluation. The paper includes a comprehensive design of experiments to assess the dual gantry synchronization performance in contour control. The proposed control method is compared with the traditional GTCF-based contour control method, demonstrating the effectiveness and superiority of the integrated coordination and synchronization contour control method. © 2024 IEEE.

In this era of new technologies with the ever growing need for reliable ecological energy supplies, monitoring and reducing the energy consumption of buildings becomes a very crucial concern. Improved healthcare institutions available in the city, more employment opportunities, high standards of living, along with increase in population, has led to rapid urbanization resulting in development of a huge number of buildings. Buildings have become one of the most important contributors to energy consumption, which are responsible for around one-third of energy that is consumed in cities. This makes it very important to monitor and analyze the energy usage by such territories in a meaningful manner to further save energy and even help in cutting down financial costs. The proposed system provides various features as a solution to conserve energy, monitor the power consumption and water usage along with real time monitoring. Smart living allows you to have greater control of your energy usage, all while automating things like adjusting devices based on weather conditions, turning on or off appliances based on occupancy of the room, etc. It provides insights into energy use that can help you become more energy efficient and mindful of ecological factors. © 2023 IEEE.

The proliferation because of cloud computing has resulted in inefficient power usage in the areas of data transmission, storing, and handling. This activity is environmentally detrimental due to the release of emissions of carbon. Hence, the implementation of green IT is necessary in order to preserve the surroundings. The environmentally conscious computing in the cloud (GCC) method is an element of green IT that tries to minimize the ecological impact of information centers by reducing the amount of energy they use. The GCC, or Global Climate Change, is a vast and captivating area for scientific investigation. Several studies have been conducted to enhance the utilization of computing resources in line with the GCC vision. The given paper concentrates on diverse facets, encompassing approaches for optimizing software, hardware, and network systems. Also, this paper summarizes and categorizes various GCC approaches. In order to make meaningful comparisons between GCC methods, it is helpful to first identify the central implementation strategies and the problems associated with each. © 2023 IEEE.

Though innovation in barcodes, GPS, and IoT sensors has enhanced the scope of modern supply chains to track assets to a larger extent, it raises a critical challenge for centralized systems in terms of data breaches, unauthorized access, and manipulation. Blockchain technology serves as an optimum decentralized and tamper-proof solution for further improvement of data integrity, security, and transparency. This paper discusses the integration of blockchain into supply chains its benefits and challenges and its potential to change global supply chain operations at its very core. In a nutshell, the system proposed outlines a blockchain-based framework using IoT, GPS, and smart contracts that guarantee traceability, security, and efficiency throughout the supply chain in real time. The results are showing high improvement in transparency, security, and operational efficiency, which will certainly lead to its usage cases in varied sectors. © 2024 IEEE.

Home automation innovation is active field of interest for researchers and industrial innovators. Home automation is replacing manual mode of operating the gadgets and electrical loads like never before. Due to advancement in Internet of Things (IoT) technology, sensor technology and embedding computing, research in home automation is taking bigger dimensions. This research paper offers design and implementation of integrated home automation solution with IoT based remote monitoring feature. Smart home control unit is developed around AVR microcontroller Atmega 2650, Wi-Fi IoT module ESP 8266, RN-42 Bluetooth module with Serial Port Profile (SPP), DS3231 Real Time Clock (RTC) module, sensors for light, temperature, humidity, PIR motion detection, soil moisture sensor, relay board, 3.5-inch touch screen display and electrical loads. Real-time environmental parameters are sensed by the on-board sensors and based on pre-defined values of these parameters, switching of electrical loads takes place. When ambient light falls below a threshold, LED lamps switched ON, when human activity is not detected, light gets switched OFF to save electricity. Speech to text conversion is used to control switching of gadgets using voice command in mobile app through Google's voice assistant. Smart home parameters are uploaded to internet Cloud in real-time for remote monitoring application. © 2022 IEEE.

This proposal presents the experimental verification of a control scheme to coordinate the variable formation of a set of differential robots. The proposed method applies the leader-follower configuration with unidirectional communication, where the robot closest to the initial point of the trajectory is defined as the leader robot and the others are the follower robots. The leader robot will follow the specified trajectories considering the presence of fixed obstacles and will also send information on its position and orientation to the follower robots in order to maintain the required formations in accordance with the trajectories to follow and the scenario. Finally, the implementation of the control scheme with three TurtleBot3 Burger mobile robots is described. © 2024 IEEE.

With the development of cloud service technology, more and more organizations are attracted by its convenience and cost-effectiveness. However, it raises substantial security concerns, particularly around the secure execution of SQL state-ments on outsourced platforms. This paper delves into private set intersection (PSI) with an emphasis on cardinality(PSI-CA). We aim to propose a novel PSI-CA scheme, a two-party PSI protocol without the homomorphic encryption method. A highlight of our contribution is the introduction of an innovative oblivious pseudo-random function (OPRF) designed to minimize computational and communication burdens. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper proposes a model reference adaptive control system (MRACS) approach for high-order systems that are required to follow a low-order model, utilizing state variables derived from the model itself. Drawing from Popov hyperstability theory, the method addresses several critical challenges in control system design. The MRAC strategy is employed to tackle the issue of unmeasurable plant states, enabling the control system to adaptively adjust despite the lack of direct state measurement. This adaptation is crucial in maintaining system stability and performance in the presence of uncertainties. To enhance the robustness of the control system, an adjustable linear compensator is introduced. This compensator alleviates the need for the assumption of strictly positive real conditions, which is often a limitation in traditional control methods. By incorporating this flexible compensation mechanism, the proposed approach ensures better handling of various system dynamics and uncertainties, thereby increasing the overall reliability of the control system. The effectiveness of the proposed MRACS approach is substantiated through comprehensive digital simulation results. These results demonstrate that the controlled object is capable of closely following the output of the reference model, highlighting the robustness and adaptability of the method. This capability is particularly advantageous in practical engineering applications, where precision and reliability are paramount. © 2024 IEEE.

Currently, the theory of quantum computing is actively developing. Despite the fact that a quantum computer has some features, any algorithm designed for a classical computer can be implemented for a quantum one. The relevance of the topic of quantum computers is confirmed by the fact that even now banking systems, cryptography and encryption of information require enormous resources of computing systems, these are just some examples, but the most important and vivid ones that relate to the everyday life of a huge part of the world's population. A hardware computing core has been developed and simulated, which is the main part of an accelerator based on field-programmable gate array with computer aided design Altera Quartus. Considering the obtained time dependence of the number of cycles required for the impact of a single-qubit quantum gate on a quantum register on the number of qubits and parallel arithmetic logic units in the hardware computing core, when simulating quantum computing, a method was developed to determine the increase in hardware performance and ways to improve the performance of an accelerator based on a hardware computing core were developed. based on field-programmable gate array. © 2023 IEEE.
