Aviation search and rescue, as an important requirement for the development of military information construction, is of great significance for our military to carry out joint search and rescue to ensure the safety of personnel during wartime missions. Accurately and quickly obtaining the direction and location information of the target to be searched and rescued is the most crucial step in aviation search and rescue. However, in real-world search and rescue environments, airborne direction finding data often results in significant errors due to the obstruction of antennas by equipment such as landing gear and tires on the aircraft. This article proposes an optimized firefly particle filter algorithm that combines outlier detection ideas and obtains high-precision target direction and position information by integrating airborne GPS, airborne IMU, radio ranging data, and dual antenna direction finding data. The simulation results show that in complex environments, this algorithm outperforms other algorithms in terms of accuracy, convergence time, and applicability. © 2023 IEEE.

Multiple types of sensors are utilized for remote monitoring of single industrial process to compensate for the limited accuracy of a single type of sensor. Network slicing technology is considered promising for collecting data from heterogeneous sensors and meeting diverse Quality of Service (QoS) requirements. However, existing research on network slicing optimization mainly focuses on inter-slice resource constraints based on slice heterogeneity, neglecting slice coupling feature. In this regard, this paper proposes a novel network slicing framework for edge-assisted industrial IoT systems. The framework includes a slice coupling model and network resource allocation (transmission and computing) to address the problem of improving estimation performance while ensuring system convergence. The slice coupling model is primarily composed of the estimation error covariance of two slices, calculated using the Age of Task (AoT) as a bridge, which reflects the accuracy and freshness of the estimation. To reduce the complexity of the direct solution, the optimization problem is scaled down and decoupled. The iterative Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is proposed to determine the allocation rates of inter-slice transmission and computing resources. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves a flexible balance under heterogeneous estimation weights and exhibits near-optimal performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Stochastic gradient descent (SGD) is an optimization set of rules used to solve huge-scale optimization issues. It works by way of updating an approximate solution, primarily based on the gradient of the goal characteristic with admire to each parameter, in an iterative fashion. SGD is powerful in cases in which the full-gradient updates are not feasible because of the big length of the dataset, on the grounds that the simplest mini-batch of the facts is used for every update. In this paper, a brand new technique for analyzing the convergence homes of SGD is proposed. Particularly, the authors keep in mind the worst-case situation wherein the goal characteristic is composed of parts: a smooth element and a non-clean part, each with its personal Lipschitz constants. The authors then analyze SGD with a hard and fast step size and show that it may converge to the premier answer with a top-quality rate. The proposed approach is efficient in that it requires fewer reviews of the gradient than the prevailing convex optimization strategies. It is predicted that this new theoretical result will facilitate the improvement of extra green and dependable optimization strategies.

At present, science and technology are widely used in modern logistics industry, and the realization of intelligent logistics scheduling and warehousing has also become a research hotspot. However, the logistics distribution environment is becoming more and more complex, and the logistics distribution tasks facing it are becoming more and more burdensome. This article designs an intelligent logistics equipment scheduling platform based on the cloud computing and Internet of Things (IoT), integrating information such as cargo source information, vehicle source information, and product introduction. In this paper, an improved Maximum-Minimum ant colony algorithm (MMAC) is designed to solve the logistics vehicle routing problem, an intelligent vehicle scheduling problem that introduces weight factors is proposed, and the effect of related parameter settings on the algorithm performance is analyzed. Overall, using the algorithm proposed in this paper to allocate order tasks, the total running distance of the system still shows a downward trend, which proves the effectiveness of the algorithm in the task allocation of intelligent logistics equipment scheduling platform. Based on warehousing logistics, this paper studies and models the scheduling problem in intelligent warehousing, divides the scheduling problem into two parts: task allocation and path planning, and conducts modeling and analysis respectively. The convergence speed of genetic algorithm is relatively fast, while the convergence speed of ant colony algorithm (AC) is relatively slow, but it can get more accurate results. After comparing these three algorithms, in terms of overall convergence speed, the optimized scheduling algorithm proposed in this article is slow, but relatively optimal results can be searched. © 2022 IEEE.

One of the well-known strategies for swarm intelligence that is used to resolve a variety of quantitative issues and practical improvement issues is the fake colony of bee's program. Even so, ABC occasionally exhibits delayed convergence and excels at discovery but fails at utilization. We suggest an improved code dubbed the dynamic but instead global autonomous pollinator strategy according to worldwide best guidance in order to enhance the computational efficiency. In this article, we suggest a fresh approach to revising the observer beekeepers'answer. Our approach uses the finest option available at the time to increase abuse potential. In order to improve the worldwide integration, the existing inhabitants is also produced using a random system. Additionally, the program initially focuses on worldwide investigation before switching to extraction as it nears its conclusion. We test the effectiveness of our suggested approach on two different groups of issues: the chaos time - series data forecast using the Stochastic technique, and mathematical standard expressions. The suggested approach can reach better quality answers with quicker completion than the traditional Accounting or some other enhanced techniques, according to research observations. © 2023 IEEE.

A completely linked world with sixth generation (6G) networks is anticipated as a result of the convergence of terrestrial radio and satellite communications. Satellite physical restrictions on the amount of available power and space results in low computing power, constrained storage capacity, and compromised security. Data may therefore be susceptible to modification and contamination by others. Security concerns have arisen as satellite communications have become increasingly important to international communications networks. In satellite networks, it can be difficult to efficiently use storage and secure information access. With regard to satellite communication networks, this proposal suggests a privacy and authentication system based on QKD protocol. This is accomplished by implementing a wireless, heterogeneous network connectivity architecture that combines both open-source and commercially available devices. Registration, authentication, and revocation are the three processes that enable communication. Satellites transmit the gathered data to ground stations, which then record all significant parameters on the system's decentralized blockchain. All certificates from malicious nodes are removed from the blockchain by ground stations. It has been suggested for use with 6G networks in the future and beyond the Internet of Things, self-driving cars, and other quickly developing applications. Excellent security levels are provided by satellite-based blockchain and QKD systems. © 2023 IEEE.

In the split computing approach, channel coding can be exploited to transmit the intermediate data, balancing the tradeoff between accuracy and traffic overhead. In this paper, we propose a traffic-efficient split computing mechanism (TESC) in which the IoT device decides whether to exploit channel coding and its error correction capability according to the channel condition to transmit the intermediate data to the edge cloud. Evaluation results show that TESC can reduce the traffic overhead by over 80% while maintaining the accuracy of the model at a high level compared to the retransmission-based scheme.

In modern society, smart home has become a part of people's daily life. The smart home will generate a large amount of data to be shared inside and outside the home which is sensitive and private. Therefore, access control plays a critical role in the many issues that need to be addressed in the smart home. However, there is still a lack of an access control scheme suitable for the smart home to ensure the security of users' data. Attribute-based access control(ABAC) is a flexible authorization model. It controls whether there is permission to operate objects through the attributes of entities, operation types, and related environments, but it cannot resist malicious attacks within the environment. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a trust-based ABAC model, which is extended on the basis of the ABAC model and applies the trust model to the smart home ABAC model to achieve fine-grained and effective access control. Our model can not only use the trust model to monitor the behavior deviation of devices in smart homes, and establish trust relationships between devices, but also control the permissions of each device. Finally, we test the trust model on the ns-3 platform and simulate the access control model on the small real Internet of Things(IoT). The results show that the trust model has good accuracy, convergence, and anti-attack, and the ABAC model has good applicability in smart home scenarios. © 2023 IEEE.

Mobile edge computing can effectively meets the resource requirements of complex vehicle applications with high computing power and low delay. When a vehicle terminal task is offloaded to the edge servers, most works focus on the demands of the vehicle terminal and the service quality of the offloaded task when selecting an optimal resource allocation schemes. But it also creates a new problem of the abuse of edge service resources. Aiming at the low utilization of edge resources in the Internet of vehicles, a resource allocation method based on the bundled two-way auction model is proposed in this paper. From the perspective of game, the edge resources are firstly bundled, and then the resource pricing, quotation and inquiry strategy and payment rules in the auction are analyzed. At the same time, the value gain of the vehicle application and the cost consumption of the edge resources in the auction are used as the targets to optimize the resource allocation scheme of edge service system. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has higher resource utilization and faster convergence than the existing methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Previous industrial robots combined with vision systems in target grasping tasks have high requirements for the task environment. Once the vision system is confronted with a target object in a complex environment such as stacking, tilting and occlusion, it will be difficult to provide the robot control system with the correct target pose information due to the lack of target feature information, which is not conducive to the dynamic configuration capability of the production system. This study proposes an industrial target image segmentation algorithm based on improved SOLOv2 to solve the problem of low accuracy of industrial target image segmentation caused by small targets as well as occlusion. Building upon the SOLOv2 model, the optimization of fusing multi-layer features within the mask feature branch is deaigned to integrate feature information from the deepest to the shallowest layers, in a layer-by-layer manner;the Mish activation function is selected in the upsampling process to enhance the model's ability to extract small target features in images while improving the generalization ability and convergence speed of the model;to mitigate the impact of occlusion on image segmentation, the weights of the loss function are adaptively adjusted based on the degree of occlusion. This allows for a reduction in the negative influence of occlusion on image segmentation, as the loss function is optimezed to account for varying degrees of occlusion. © 2023 IEEE.
