Nowadays, learning has changed its mode from offline to online, i.e., e-Learning. This e-learning has become more popular during the pandemic situations. Many platforms offer online exams and proctored exams, which are used at schools and colleges. Students' stress levels will be ordinarily high during examinations, whether offline or online, and the percentage of stress levels will be based on the students' cognitive behavior, subject knowledge, and the difficulty level of the questions. This study aims to propose a system for accurate stress level detection among students during the exam, thereby analyzing the impact of stress on their exam performance and scoring.

It is known that sign sign LMS and sign regressor LMS are faster than LMS. Inspiring from this idea we have proposed sign regressor Wilcoxon and sign-sign wilcoxon which are robust against the outlier present in the desired data and also faster than Wilcoxon and sign Wilcoxon norm. It had applied to varities of linear and nonlinear system identification problems with Gaussian noise and impulse noise present in the desired. The simulation results are compared among Wilcoxon,sign Wilcoxon and proposed sign-sign Wilcoxon and sign-regressor Wilcoxon. From simulation results it has proved that the proposed techniques are robust against outlier in the desired data and convergence speed are faster compared to other two norms.

This paper studies the consensus problem of multi-agent systems with unknown inputs under directed communication topologies. The structure of a specific-time observer is designed which takes a pulsative form at some time instants, and then the distributed attack-free protocol is presented, which only utilizes relative output measurement. To test the validity of the algorithm, the proposed algorithm is compared with existing Kalman filtering algorithm through simulation analysis, thereby drawing a conclusion on the advantages of reducing calculation costs, improving estimation accuracy, and convergence speed.

Cloud computing has emerged as a technology that grease tasks by the dynamic allocation of virtual machines. Users pay for resources based on their demand. A cloud provider has to face many challenges. One out of the essential problem is load balancing, which suffers from many issues like premature convergence, reduced convergence speed, at first chosen random solutions, and stuck in native optima. The proposed method considered the MakeSpan parameters to handle the problem related to existing met heuristic techniques. The proposed method focuses on the mutation-based Particle Swarm algorithm to balance load among the data centers. The iterative learning control (ILC) strategies with two controllers based on Smith compensator were proposed for batch process which had uncertainties in modeling and time delay. They fully used previous batch control information and were attached to the current control system to improve tracking performance through repetition. The dynamics of process were represented by transfer function plus pure time delay. The stability properties of the proposed strategies in the presence were analyzed in the frequency domain. The sufficient conditions guaranteeing convergence of tracking error were stated and proven. The effectiveness of the proposed methods are demonstrated by simulation results

The paper describes a training algorithm for multilayer perceptrons. It has scalable memory requirements, which may range from O(W) to O(W/sup 2/), although in practice the useful range is limited to lower complexity levels. The algorithm is based upon a novel iterative estimation of the principal eigensubspace of the Hessian, together with a quadratic step estimation procedure. It is shown that the new algorithm has convergence time comparable to conjugate gradient descent, and may be preferable if early stopping is used as it converges more quickly during the initial phases. Results of experiments to confirm the algorithm's performance are presented.

Differential evolution (DE) is population based, direct search, global optimization new algorithm. DE is simple and efficient, so solving multi-objective optimization problems (MOP) using DE has become a new hot research topic. It was found in the research process that there are deteriorations in the process of solving MOP based on DE. Due to deterioration occurs, thus the convergence can no longer be guaranteed for the algorithm, and the efficiency is reduced for solving. European R&D programmes in telecommunication and information technology, managed by the European Commission Services, are about to start a new phase. The Information Society Technologies programme brings to the foreground the concept of convergence. convergence between technologies but also between technology and the commercial and regulatory requirements to enable open global markets. The former industrial pre-competitive European R&D programmes, RACE (Research and Development in Advanced Communications in Europe) and ACTS (Advanced Communications Technologies and Services), maintained a strong symbiotic relationship with standardisation. Through mechanisms put in place during the lifetime of the programme the various research projects were clustered in concertation groups to harmonise approaches leading to clear and stronger contributions in the different standardisation organisation/consortia. The expectations are that standardisation in the networked multimedia domain works as enabler of market openness and fairness, public interest and social-cultural awareness (in the sense of taking into account the end-user as an individual or community) leading to a non-obstructive competitive attitude. This paper lists a non-exhaustive set of points in telecommunication and information technology where we believe R&D and standardisation must find a sustained input/output flow of background technological work and consensus-building mechanisms to achieve the above mentioned objectives.

The paper presents a modified version of a training algorithm for a B-spline network (BSN). The algorithm is used as a controller for a constant-amplitude constant-frequency voltage-source inverter (CACF VSI) with an LC output filter. The modification is divided into three parts. Firstly, there are B-spline functions of higher orders that are used especially functions of a second order. Secondly, the B-spline functions are described in cyclic manner which allows to achieve smooth control signal in steady state. Last modification involves introduction of a shift between the error and the control signal. It improves convergence of the algorithm and allows to achieve a long term stability without using the forgetting factor.
