The optical device industry is in the middle of the optical communication industry chain. According to the real operation process of the optical device production line of the enterprise, purchasing equipment, building a training room in the school and carrying out project-based teaching play a very important role in cultivating high-quality and highly skilled application-oriented talents in the industry. Training projects are designed according to the typical production process of typical optical device products, and each project is a complete production or testing process. Through practical training, students can master the basic theoretical knowledge of typical optical devices, learn to use the instruments and equipment in the production process, understand the process flow, and learn to use industry standards to monitor and measure the performance parameters of optical devices. © 2022 IEEE.

Devising an automatic Math Word Problem (MWP) solver has emerged as an important task in recent years. Various applications such as online education and intelligent assistants are expecting better MWP solvers to process complex user queries that involve numerical reasoning. Current seq2seq MWP solvers encounter two critical challenges: ordinal indices without semantics and insufficient training data. In this work, we propose Entity Random Indexing to equip indices with semantics and design diverse representations of math expressions to augment training data. Experimental results show that our approach effectively enhances the seq2seq MWP solver, which outperforms strong baselines.

Digital twins for factories and processes are becoming more prevalent and more valuable as a result of recent technological breakthroughs and the rise of smart manufacturing. There are also more potential for closed-loop analytics with digital twins, as well as with the rise of connection, data storage, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Some factories have employed discrete event simulations (DES) to construct digital twins that are connected to the manufacturing floor and can be monitored in real time. However, it is difficult to quantify the advantages of a digital twin that is linked to the real world. With the emergence of the new generation of mobile network (5G), Tactile Internet, as well as the deployment of Industry 4.0 and Health 4.0, multimedia systems are moving towards immersed haptic-enabled human–machine interaction systems such as the digital twin (DT). Specifically, Industry 4.0 will be using DT and robots on a large scale. This will increase human–machine and interaction to a great extent. There will be multimodal communications used to interact with digital twins and robots, especially haptics. Hence, Tactile Internet will replace the conventional Internet today. In fact, a DT system can also be extended in Health 4.0 domain to act as a COVID-19 is a COVID-19 early warning system. When a person's temperature and other symptom data are tracked in real time, it may be determined whether or not it is time to see a doctor or undergo a COVID examination. In conjunction with a COVID tracing programme, the digital twin may be able to provide further information about the virus in relation to the individual. Since there are currently no well-recognized models to evaluate the performance of these systems, to address this research lacuna, we proposed a Quality of Experience (QoE) model for DT systems con-training multi-levels of subjective, objective, and physiopsychological influencing factors. It entails calculating a person's behavior in terms of his buying preferences and then placing yourself in his shoes about the commercial aspect of a relationship. You may think of this component as a situation, person, blog post, or tangible experience. Appraisals, checks, and Reflections created by customers may be divided into smaller, more notable pieces for usage by large businesses. The analysis of comparable purchasing behavior may be used to understand the needs of the customer and foresee future opportunities to assist them. E-business Associations may track the uses and passions associated with their Particulars via this internal assessment and adopt better marketing mechanism to give a tailored shopping experience for their customers, so improving their hierarchical advantage. By using the Programming interface key, Twitter data for this article was collected from Twitter. Similarly, we really want to finish setting up the systems. Additionally, the system supported NLP approaches, thus we wish to implement the calculation as a crucial backslide. The exploratory problems exhibit perfection. © 2023 IEEE.

Reliability is one of the most important performance indicators in contemporary production facilities. Increasing reliability of manufacturing systems results in their prolonged lifetimes, and reduced maintenance and repair costs. Reliability modeling is a common technique for deriving reliability measurements and illustrating relevant fault-dependencies. There is a significant body of research focusing on hardware- and software reliability models, such as Fault Trees, Petri Nets and Markov Chains. Up until now, development of reliability models has been a labor-intensive and expert-knowledge-driven process. To remedy that, through the prevalence of data stemming from the new and technologically advanced manufacturing systems, we propose that data generated in modern manufacturing lines could be used to either automate or at least to support development of reliability models. In this paper, we elaborate on the details of our proposed framework for data-driven reliability assessment of cyber-physical production systems. We, furthermore, introduce a case study that will aid the development and testing of the proposed novel data-driven approach. (C) 2021 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

This paper introduces a pioneering approach to enhancing access control in IoT systems by combining blockchain technology and inner product encryption. By leveraging the immutability and transparency of blockchain and the cryptographic strength of inner product encryption, the proposed framework addresses key challenges such as scalability, interoperability, and trustworthiness. It decentralizes authentication, ensuring robustness and eliminating single points of failure, while also safeguarding data privacy through advanced cryptographic techniques. The framework demonstrates superior security, efficiency, and resilience compared to conventional methods, as validated through extensive simulations and evaluations across various IoT deployment scenarios. Additionally, the solution offers scalability and interoperability, facilitating seamless integration with diverse IoT architectures and protocols. The paper concludes by discussing potential deployment considerations and outlining future research directions to further advance blockchain-driven access control with inner product encryption for IoT applications.

In additive manufacturing (AM), achieving real-time quality assessment using edge devices is challenging due to the interdependency of modules and the continuous influx of image data. Traditional centralized AM systems face issues managing module data flow, leading to inefficiencies. This paper presents a Distributed Additive manufacturing Architecture (DAMA) featuring a chamber of digital twins to address these challenges and improve system scalability. We have implemented mechanisms to control and track message latency among modules within DAMA using Long Short-Term Memory models. We propose a novel millimeter-scale block-to-block anomaly detection method and a layer-wise polishing approach to address abnormalities during the printing process. The workpiece of the digital twin functions as a predictive model, providing estimations of block quality and minimizing variations in the manufacturing process.

Quality management within a company ensures high quality of product, after elimination of defects and developing continuous changing process. Managing quality process of the manufacturing unit is the key aspect to ensure loyal customers. As a result, it can be stated that engaging mechatronics as an effective admin dashboard template to improve quality management process within a manufacturing company will be the most essential aspect. This user-friendly template develops a design for allowing making an easy to operate admin dashboard. This admin dashboard can be effective to manage their company website for improving e-commerce channel, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SAAS (Software as a Service) and CMS (Content Management System). All these factors are related to the quality management of a company that can draw the attention of potential customers in a completive market structure. Focus of this research is to develop an idea regarding mechatronics within a manufacturing sector and in which way it accelerates the company's value in market. In the introduction part, main aim, objective and research question has been reflected in this study. The literature section has provided idea of admin template, concept of quality management service within Indian manufacturing Industry. The research paper has considered secondary data collection method with themes to identify the result. It has been found that, Indian manufacturing sector do not have impended mechatronics as such for their quality management process. They develop other aspects of quality management and example from other countries, which uses such admin template like mechatronics, are discussed to understand its positive effect. © 2022 IEEE.

Even though carbon neutralization is promised by several countries, many developed tools for life cycle assessment (LCA) or sustainability performance is still not widely and easily used in industrial practices. A big gap exists between having the tools and using the tools, which is currently facilitated by human expertise. LCA practitioners should embrace and take advantage the rapid development of knowledge graph (KG) technology. In this paper, the important position and key methodologies of KG are presented in the context of LCA, latest advances are reviewed and presented. A framework of knowledge-enriched LCA is proposed which was illustrated with a LCA-oriented process-flow knowledge graph (PFKG) for inventory analysis. The knowledge acquisition and construction of PFKG was demonstrated with aluminum die casting, and on top of which a recommendation application of PFKG was discussed in a case of five-star feet of office chair. PFKG can facilitate non-experts in identifying the complex structured relationship between process and flow, and recommend possible life cycle inventory data. It is envisioned that merging with KG will boost engineering sustainability in a more practical manner. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.
