The integration of electric vehicles (EVs) into hybrid AC/DC microgrids presents transformative potential for energy management, enabling Grid-To-Vehicle (G2V) and Vehicle-To-Grid (V2G) operations. This paper explores the bidirectional interaction between the power grid and EVs in hybrid microgrid systems, focusing on the operational, technical, and economic impacts of G2V and V2G within these networks. G2V allows EVs to be charged efficiently from the grid, while V2G enables EVs to act as distributed energy storage units, providing ancillary services and stabilizing grid load fluctuations. The dual role of EVs as both load and distributed energy resource (DER) offers unique advantages for power balancing, renewable energy integration, and peak shaving in hybrid microgrids that incorporate both AC and DC infrastructures. Key challenges addressed include compatibility of EVs with hybrid AC/DC interfaces, control strategies for seamless transitions between G2V and V2G modes, and optimization of energy flow to ensure grid stability and maximize cost-efficiency. Advanced control algorithms are proposed to manage the dynamic load demands and bidirectional energy flows in real-time, leveraging hierarchical control structures that enhance system reliability and resilience. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategies in improving overall grid performance, reducing dependency on conventional power sources, and promoting sustainable energy practices. The findings underline the potential of G2V and V2G systems as integral components of future microgrids, supporting the broader goals of sustainable transportation and resilient power infrastructures. © 2025 IEEE.

The primary aim of this study is to design and analyze an Energy Management System (EMS) for a DC motor drive. The system under consideration features a primary energy source, a Fuel Cell (FC) supplemented by a battery storage system. Battery supplements power requirements during starting and energy recovery through regenerative braking. The system has two DC-DC converters: one unidirectional boost converter connected to FC and another bidirectional converter connected to the battery for both charging and discharging, with the motor being connected to the common DC bus. The control technique is implemented by a cascaded fuzzy and PI control which when implemented in this study effectively stabilizes voltage, improves power distribution and enhances adaptability of this EMS. The hTLBO-PS algorithm helps in optimizing the coefficients of the PI controller. This work is a step towards a broader call for enhancing the performance of Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) by implementing advanced EMS techniques and addressing key global energy challenges. © 2025 IEEE.

Technological advancements have enhanced the development of pedagogical agents (PAs) to support the learning processes. The present work describes a new application of a PA in a virtual reality (VR) environment for the education of students in biomedical engineering. The PA, represented by a virtual physician, allows the student to analyze the healthcare system in an interactive way, favoring the acquisition of professional skills. A preliminary test was performed with a small sample size. The results show good usability and credibility, with responses from participants revealing that the PA is effective for reflection on complex healthcare systems. Future enhancement will be done on the PA’s nonverbal cues, followed by full integration into virtual environments to improve user engagement and realism. In this study, a thorough hierarchical control structure that supports autonomous decision-making that arises in autonomous systems and robots is proposed. Distinct state and decision/control sets are frequently used to describe high-level decision making in a conventional hierarchical control architecture. To keep up with proficiency, wellbeing, and solace, robotized vehicles generally depend serious areas of strength for on powerful movement arranging calculations. The capacity of Model Prescient control (MPC) to oversee imperatives and upgrade directions progressively has made it a strong system for movement arranging. To approve the proposed strategy, this exploration utilizes MATLAB recreations to look at various levelled MPC for movement arranging in robotized vehicles. With the low-level regulator guaranteeing exact direction observing and the undeniable level organizer computing a worldwide direction, a two-layer progressive MPC structure is fabricated. The discoveries show how well the progressive MPC handles street ebb and flow, dynamic hindrances, and continuous computational impediments. It is demonstrated that the suggested autonomous decision-making scheme's recursive practicality and stability are ensured by carefully crafting its essential components. An intelligent vehicle's autonomous lane-changing system is developed using the suggested framework. Simulation demonstrates that it has a potential capacity to manage a variety of behaviours in complex and dynamic contexts. It is anticipated that the suggested framework will be useful for autonomous decision-making in a variety of robotics along with autonomous technologies where safety as well as optimality are important factors. © 2025 IEEE.

This paper presents the design and performance analysis of a T-type inverter optimized for wireless charging applications in electric vehicle (EV) batteries, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce power losses. Traditional H-bridge inverter-based wireless power transfer (WPT) systems face challenges such as complex circuitry, voltage spikes, switching noise, and losses from switching, which impact overall efficiency. The proposed T-type inverter addresses these issues by improving voltage control and reducing switching losses, resulting in enhanced system efficiency. The system employs a series-series (S-S) compensation technique that provides better transmission control and performance, making it more adaptable to diverse load conditions. This compensation method, combined with optimized alignment tolerance and a high coupling coefficient, allows the system to efficiently use rectangular coils, which generate a more uniform magnetic field and minimize current loss. Designed for a 3.7 kW output at an operating frequency of 85 kHz, the T-type inverter-based WPT system was validated through MATLAB/Simulink simulations and a laboratory prototype. Results demonstrate an efficiency of 95.20% in simulation and 93.248% in hardware testing. Additionally, DC-DC efficiencies achieved are 94.78% in simulation and 96.177% in hardware. This research confirms the potential of T-type inverters in high-efficiency wireless EV charging systems. © 2025 IEEE.

Information compression is shown to pack the size of data accumulated in advanced documents. We have proposed a block adaptive model (BAM) compression strategy to pack the size of image while keeping the decompression overhead insignificant. In versatile lossless word reference based image compression, when compression proportion is looked at among word reference based methodology. To inspect the presentation of the Lossless and Lossy compression of images and to get high pressure proportion for both lossless and lossy image compression. The fundamental intention is to give acceptable compression proportion which limits the testing existence intricacy. BAM methods produce better improvement in compression effectiveness without adding any extra usefulness or region overhead. The proposed compression strategies will be looked at with other existing techniques regarding quality. The proposed method is implementing MATLAB 2015 and calculated PSNR, MSE and CR. © 2025 IEEE.

Fuel utilization and emission estimation are essential for assessing the consequence of materials and strict emission control measures due to the startling rate of weather changes. The world's socioeconomic issues are significantly impacted by the growing worldwide average temperature and its effects on climate change. The melting of the polar ice caps, that is a direct result of this rise, leads to a number of other problems, such as the polar animal's death, coastal flooding, and exposure to bacteria and earliest microorganisms that are frozen in the snow and could cause many more global pandemics and invisible illnesses. In this paper, Enhanced Prediction of Fuel Consumption and Carbon Emissions in Light-Duty Vehicles using Dynamic Graph Convolutional Recurrent Imputation Network (EP-FCCE-DGCRIN) are proposed.. The effectiveness of the EP-FCCE-DGCRIN technique is compared to other existing methods. This research offers evidence-based suggestions to lessen the environmental effects of vehicles for both manufacturers and consumers depending upon the outcomes of the Descriptive Statistics analysis. © 2025 IEEE.

The efficient and appropriate power flow technologies are necessary for better performance of renewable energy system applications. The comparative study of different MPPT algorithms, which are best for RES applications due to their influence on efficiency, low response time and the stability under different intervals of irradiance and temperature. When comes to this context, the key focus is evaluation of algorithms to the converter which is bidirectional by considering the desired operational conditions. The observations of this study are a forward step to optimization of systems with bidirectional converters in improving the reliability and sustainability. © 2025 IEEE.

Smart street light solution utilizing Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRaWAN) is one of the highly interesting topics in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) automation engineering. It is seen that many prototypes and modelling were served with IoT based sensors in this existing research idea globally and in fact Narrow Band IoT is used in some cases for data sharing along with secure communication channels. But some factors other than sensory technology associated with it will become more crucial to consider as those are emerging now like street light controlling as per traffic loads, adjustment of illumination power dynamically, and some changes of road condition if possible to distribute the data under a fault-tolerant architecture. In this paper, there is proposed an adaptive algorithm for street light control with decision-making logic based on Reinforcement Learning in some of the road cases as discernment. And with it traffic pattern observation to feed the dataset further using a deep learning technique. Also, simulate a Deep Q-learning algorithm that is necessary to be shown here and the most enthusiastic thing of implementation is to observe the road patterns and vehicular movements and note them clearly. © 2025 IEEE.
