In this work, we set out to simulate and manage the performance of integrate electric automobiles (PEV) during concurrent charging. Finding a way to regulate the aggregate charging capacity of PEVs in response to highly variable sustainable energy resources is the primary goal of this study. The main presumption is that the grid can send out a universal command signal that allows it to directly regulate PEV charging power in real time. For the combined charging of PEVs, we create a partial differential equation model dependent on the transport-based demand modelling paradigm. We run the model using actual driving data and compare its results with a Monte Carlo simulation framework of PEVs. Then, based on the principles of sliding mode supervision, we construct a robust system-wide regulator to measure output. Regardless of fluctuations in the total number of PEVs on the electrical network, the controller strives to mitigate the real-time disparity among power source and demand. To evaluate how well the controller works, we run simulations based on a real wind power direction. © 2024 IEEE.

With the increasing role of distributed message systems (DMS) represented by Kafka in handling large-scale data streams, it is critical to improve system performance by optimizing configuration parameters in different production environments. Due to the target system possessing numerous configuration parameters and the complex interactions between them, parameter optimization becomes a complex and time-consuming process that relies heavily on human effort and an iterative trial-and-error approach. At present, this type of configuration parameter problem has been classified as the Configuration of Distributed Message Systems (CDMS) problem, for which the goal is to obtain the optimal set of parameters for achieving the best performance. In order to deal with this complex problem, an automatic optimization method is proposed in this paper, which combines an automatic script-based deployment and running framework with an improved Genetic Algorithm (GA) in cooperation with the Random Forest (RF) and statistical methods, named the Directional-Mutation Genetic Algorithm (DMGA). The framework and algorithm are designed to find the best configuration efficiently, obtaining optimal parameters accurately without human supervision. Actual results of comparison experiments based on the Kafka system show that the DMGA algorithm significantly improves the data throughput performance of Kafka, and its optimization speed is more efficient than the basic GA, highlighting its potential to quickly optimize Kafka's operational efficiency in different scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

A literature review on the topic of cobots with MR technology would provide a comprehensive overview of existing research, studies, and scholarly articles related to the combination of cobots and MR in various fields. It would involve reviewing published works that investigate the application, benefits, challenges, and outcomes of integrating cobots with MR technology in manufacturing, healthcare, and other industries. Collaborative robots (cobots) have revolutionized manufacturing and other industries by working alongside humans to enhance productivity and efficiency. By conducting a literature review, researchers can identify gaps in current knowledge, understand the methodologies used in previous studies, and gain insights into the potential applications and limitations of cobots with MR technology. This review would serve as a foundation for further research and development in this field, helping researchers and practitioners make informed decisions and contribute to advancements in the use of cobots and MR. However, traditional programming and control interfaces for cobots have limitations that prevent their full potential from being realized. It is conceivable that cobots will develop into ever more useful and valuable resources across a range of industries, including Industry 5.0, as MR continues to advance. The user experience could be improved via cobot integration with MR. © 2023 IEEE.

Internet of Things (IoT) is turning out to be more prominent in our everyday existence, with smart home appliances and industrial control systems serving as examples. But the proliferation of IoT devices and internet connectivity increased the potential of security breaches. Botnet attacks, injection attacks, Domain Name Systems (DNS) spoofing attacks, firmware assaults, zero-day attacks, brute-force attacks, and cryptographic attacks may be used against IoT devices. These assaults may result in the loss of data, illegal access, and even physical damage to infrastructure and people. There are various potential courses of action. Machine Learning subpart of Artificial Intelligence have the capacity for finding and prevent dangers in real time. With blockchain technology, an IoT network can have a secure and unbreakable a record of every exchange and data transfers. Hardware-based security techniques, such as secure boot and trusted execution environments, may protect IoT devices against attacks that seek to compromise the underlying hardware or firmware. Standardizing security procedures may ensure that all devices can work together safely and achieve a given degree of security. The use of privacy-enhancing technology, IoT data may be kept confidential and sensitive information disguised. © 2024 IEEE.

In this work, we have utilized Artificial Intelligence for the extraction and recognition of mechanical vibration information, which was obtained by electronic instruments, to identify whether a mechanical device is healthy or presents some kind of failure. We focused on building a Deep Autoencoder architecture (an unsupervised architecture), training the model, and extracting the internal structural information, also known as clustering. Lastly, the compressed information (as most Autoencoders have a reduced input representation in the internal structure) is classified into two classes using the supervised Extreme Learning Machine *** utilized a dataset provided by Case Western Reserve University on its website. The signals were measured by sampling an accelerometer at 12kS/s, radially placed on a bearing. The measurements were taken for four cases, namely: the first case encompassed vibrational signals from a healthy bearing, and the other three cases involved bearings with intentionally induced failures in the inner race, outer race, and the ball, *** developed this intelligent system using Python within the Jupyter environment, which operates in conjunction with the TensorFlow and Keras frameworks. We also successfully trained the model.

Pest management is one of the major expenditures that can drill a hole in a farmer's pocket. Pesticides have the potential to harm human health while also reducing soil fertility. In addition to killing insects, pesticides can be toxic to a host of other organisms, including birds, fish, and non-target plants. Though there are several models and designs available, it is a solar-powered system that is independent of conventional forms of energy. It is the best project due to its multipurpose use, eco-friendliness, cost-effectiveness, energy-efficient nature, and ease of handling. It helps to catch all the high-risk sucking pests like whiteflies, aphids, capsids, shore flies, leaf miners, cabbage root flies, thrips, etc., thereby reducing the adult population and subsequent progenies in the fields. The residues of these trapped flies can be turned into manure, which reduces waste. This feature will protect the farmers from the attacks of predators like snakes, etc. It acts as a street light while detecting human interference during the night. So it is an energy-efficient system. The system has a mobile charging facility and provides 5 V DC output. It also has a facility for the owners to keep the necessary things in the locker of the system while working. The Krishi Vikas were developed as an effective way of controlling insects in agricultural fields. It is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective for farmers. The system is fully automatic and powered by solar, so it can be used in rural village areas where there is no electricity. The whole system is modeled in Proteus. © 2023 IEEE.

Copper-doped tin oxide (Cu: SnO 2 ) thin films have been fabricated using the sol-gel dip coating technique with one, two, and three immersion cycles. This study aimed to investigate the influence of the number of immersion cycles on the structural, morphological, and optical properties of the films for their potential application in CO gas sensing. The thin films were characterized by means of electronic microscopies (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies, and UV-Vis’s spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis studies the film's crystalline structure and phase purity. The SEM images showed that the films had a uniform and dense structure, with an increase in the number of immersion cycles. UV-Vis spectroscopy was conducted to investigate the optical properties of the films. Gas sensing measurements were performed to evaluate the CO gas sensing performance of the films. The results demonstrated that the films prepared with three immersion cycles exhibited the highest sensitivity (1137.70) to CO gas.

Despite its importance. more than 800 million people still lack access to electricity. Individuals in many rural areas lack access to a consistent supply of energy due to the high cost of grid extension. Off-grid solar systems enable rural residents to connect to the energy 2rid and power their homes' lights. appliances. and other electronic equipment. This document provides a brief overview of a solar power system that can be used to Dower remote homes. Solar panels. a charge controller. batteries. and an inverter make up the system. Sunlight is converted into direct current by solar panels. which is then stored in batteries. The charge controller regulates the charging and discharging cycles of the battery pack in order to keep the cells healthy and long-lasting. The inverter converts the stored DC electricity into the alternating current (AC) power that appliances and other AC loads require. The proposed method is intended to be simple and low-cost. making it an appropriate option for regions with limited resources and low growth. The system can be customized to meet the exact energy needs of the house by adding additional solar panels or batteries. Furthermore. the structure is made up of discrete components. making it easier to assemble and maintain. Off-grid solar power systems are a cost-effective and efficient wav of bringing electricity to areas that are not connected to the power grid. The proposed system describes the design and installation of a solar-powered. direct current (DC) power source for isolated dwellings. The strategy promotes long-term economic growth and raises the living standards of rural families. © 2023 IEEE.

Multi-Layer Perceptrons (MLP) are powerful tools for representing complex, non-linear relationships, making them essential for diverse machine learning and AI applications. Efficient hardware implementation of MLPs can be achieved through many hardware and architectural design techniques. These networks excel at predictive modeling and classification tasks like image classification, making them a popular choice. Approximate computing techniques are increasingly used to optimize critical path delay, area, power, and overall hardware efficiency in high-performance computing systems through controlled error and related trade-offs. This study proposes a hardware MLP neural network implemented in 45nm CMOS technology, in which MAC units of the neurons incorporate error and power controllable approximate multipliers for classification of the MNIST dataset. The optimized network consists of 10 neurons within the hidden layers, occupying 0.026mm2 of area, with 5.55mW at 100MHz frequency in accurate mode and 4.81mW in lowest accuracy mode. The experiments indicate that the proposed design achieves a maximum rate of 13.33% decrease overall and 24.78% in each neuron's power consumption with only a 0.92% decrease in accuracy in comparison with accurate circuit. © 2024 IEEE.

With the development of electrical engineering, the performance requirements of existing feeder automation terminal devices for protection devices are increasing. This project uses STM32F103ZET6 as the main control MCU, with 4.3' TFTLCD LCD touch capacitive screen as the display and control device, and RN8302 chip with mutual inductor to form the acquisition circuit. The acquisition chip can use current and voltage transformers to directly calculate the parameters of the feeder automation terminal device, and then transmit the data to the main controller, and then analyze the status and information transmission of the collected parameters, and display the final results on the display, and can be synchronously transmitted to the cell phone. © 2023 IEEE.
