OTT platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime have been in the market for more than a decade. They have come to full-fledged usage especially during the lockdown. The main reason for their magnanimous success is ease of use and feasibility to access unlimited content anywhere and anytime with basic Internet connection. The features in OTT have made accessing the content and viewing the content easy and delightful for the users. However, the "sharing account" option enabled for a single user to access the content from multiple devices is instead being used to share one account among multiple users, negatively affecting the business of OTT creators. In this paper, the focus is to build an OTT platform that proves advantageous to both users and providers. Besides the prevailing features that are found across platforms, including sign-in and sign-up functionalities, categorized content selection, and payment options, the proposed system enables automatic sign-out when the non-primary device strays beyond range from the primary device, content uploading, and more. Furthermore, there is a proposal to implement a GPS technology-based mechanism aimed at preventing users from sharing their accounts with others. The proposed approach conceptually and experimentally proves to be beneficial to the OTT platforms from a business perspective. The scheme is able to prevent users from sharing the account beyond a geographical limit, thus improving the profit. At the same time, these stringent requirements are developed in such a way that a balance is made between user experience, ease of use experience along with improved security measures. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

automatic essay scoring (AES) refers to the use of computers to automatically score essays without human intervention. Whether the discourse structure is reasonable is an important consideration dimension in narrative scoring. At present, the research on text structure at home and abroad is still in its infancy, and there is a lack of open corpus for training. In addition, most of the text structure evaluation models constructed in the past are trained by selecting features based on manual experience. To solve the above problems, this paper develops text composition standards and labeling norms, supplements the previously constructed Chinese narrative text structure assessment corpus, and puts forward a narrative text structure assessment model with the aid of text composition. The experimental results show that the model constructed in this paper can effectively identify text components, and the accuracy of the narrative text structure assessment model with the help of text components is better than that of the baseline model, with an accuracy of 76.8%. © 2023 IEEE.

Electric Vehicles (EVs) as hotspot research are increasingly being used as alternative energy sources outside of transportation due to global variables like energy usage and environmental concerns. Gridable Electric Vehicle (GEV) is exploiting the opportunity for connecting EVs to the grid. EVs are now capable of contributing to addressing power limitations and acting as a reserve source of energy for the distribution grid in the Electric Vehicle Charging Facility (EVCF) to form Vehicle-to-Home (V2H). This paper is introduced to estimate impacts on the load for the uncertain behavior of EVs under domestic load after being sized using algorithms. Although, the integration of EVs provides an economical and environmental solution with a positive impact, however, it affects the power system when the uncertain number of EVs is provided as heavy duty. Sensitivity analysis has been considered in the study to investigate the expected changes in the system from the affected components. © 2023 IEEE.

An estimation of fault intervals using a T-N-L structured observer is suggested for Lipschitz nonlinear systems. By augmenting state vectors, the augmentation system and its observer are established, enabling the observer to concurrently estimate fault and system states. The L∞ performance is applied to enhance the resilience of the fault interval estimation to external disturbances and unanticipated inputs. An adequate requirement for the observer design is also presented. The interval estimation of states and faults is ultimately created by using a zonotope. The proposed method exhibits advantages and feasibility when compared to existing simulation techniques. © 2025 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

The study shows the importance of Power System Measurement and Reporting (PSMC) in the design, Making preparations and operating electrical power transmission networks are becoming more common. electrical Transmission Monitoring and control provides a detailed overview of something like the basic values as well as intelligent systems for surveillance, protective measures, and control of advanced wide-area power systems in response to the recent challenge of integrating innovative charger in the box, computation, information exchange, but instead control into moderation of course of PSMC. Volatility in power transmission and distribution compels power grid management to rely more heavily on communications networks to monitor and run their systems. Malevolent actors will have a larger assault surface as a result of the increased communication. Indeed, cyber attacks on power grids have historically resulted, widespread blackouts. In this research, we look at the internet architecture underlying power grids so order to uncover the fundamental issues power grid cyber security. © 2022 IEEE.

Emerging autonomous intersection management systems control the entry order and trajectory for connected and autonomous vehicles ready to traverse a road intersection. They aim to compute trajectories that are safe and optimal in order to reduce congestion, environmental impact, and to cut travel time. We propose a novel approach for computing the fastest waypoint trajectory using search in a discretized space-time graph that produces collision-free paths with variable vehicle speeds complying with traffic rules and vehicle dynamics constraints. The resulting trajectories allow high levels of intersection sharing, high evacuation rate, with a low algorithm runtime even with large scenarios with 1200 vehicles (5.5 s on a laptop). © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

In the autonomous motion control of unmanned equipment, in order to make the control more precise and efficient, in addition to the automatic operation of drones and unmanned vehicles, it is also necessary to introduce a certain amount of human-computer interaction. Therefore, in the control of unmanned equipment, it is very important to design a human-computer interaction program. In this paper, by analyzing the control requirements of unmanned equipment in specific cases and comparing with existing technologies, a gesture recognition program is established. The results show that it is feasible to control the movement of unmanned equipment through gesture recognition technology. Medium-voltage distribution networks (6-10 kV in Russia) are the largest and at the same time the most problematic link in the power supply system of consumers. Improving the reliability of medium-voltage overhead distribution networks is still an urgent task. The task of improving the reliability of networks is directly related to the improvement of algorithms and devices for single-phase earth fault (SPEF) location. Researches of Ivanovo State Power engineering University (ISPEU) and an industrial partner developed automated power control and metering station (APCMS) based on digital measurement voltage and current transformers (DCVT). APCMS contains the function of detecting a damaged section (branch) of a 6-10 kV overhead power transmission line (OTL). In the installed APCMS sample the function works in the test mode, so additional studies of DCVT and APCMS for the tasks of fault location are relevant. The article presents the methodology for determining the faulted section in case of SPEF, considers the features of application of 6-10 kV DCVT and APCMS for determining the faulted section, and also presents the methodology for additional studies of DCVT during SPEFs, including arc faults. © 2023 IEEE.

In the past, electric power companies often used manual guidance when implementing the power system mapping module. First, they added local sections to the mapping, and then manually completed branch direction and spacing adjustment, equipment marking, etc. The whole process requires a lot of manual participation, so there are unfavorable factors such as slow mapping efficiency, large manual adjustment workload, and long implementation period. Based on this, this paper proposes an automatic mapping scheme of electrical system diagram based on artificial intelligence algorithm. It focuses on the combination of intelligent algorithm and traditional electrical system mapping business. On the data scale of large depth, large scope and multiple connections, and with the purpose of "more computers, less brains, and less manpower", it studies the effective methods and means of rapid automatic layout, automatic mapping, and automatic labeling, and establishes an intelligent drive for electrical system diagram mapping. © 2022 Association for computing Machinery.

The composite piece is the core cutting unit of the PDC drill bit. It directly affects the rock breaking efficiency and service life of the drill bit. Therefore, it is particularly important to grade the wear of the composite piece. This paper proposes a PDC drill bit composite piece based on deep learning. Wear rating method. First, the target detection network YOLOv7 is used to extract a single composite piece. Based on YOLOv7, this paper introduces depth-separable convolution, SimAM attention mechanism, SPPFCSPC, and K-means + + clustering algorithm to improve the network accuracy and obtain Speed improvement. Then, the composite piece area is semantically segmented through the U-Net network. Finally, ellipse fitting and grading are performed on the segmented composite pieces. Through experimental verification, the algorithm used in this article has greater advantages than other algorithms and can complete the task of composite piece wear grading. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.
