Efficient power management in smart grids relies on regularly obtaining the electricity usage of each user. However, the aggregation of the electricity usage data may expose user privacy. At present, most existing solutions aggregate the electricity data of the entire user set, which cannot meet the fine-grained requirements of the control center. Therefore, this paper proposes a verifiable privacy-preserving multisubset dynamic billing data aggregation scheme. Firstly, we divide the electricity data into k consecutive subsets and set dynamic pricing rules, such as pricing within a certain range as q1 and exceeding it as q2. Then, the smart meter encrypts the data using the Paillier cryptographic system with the corresponding subset of parameters and uploads them to the aggregation equipment. After the aggregation equipment completes the users' data aggregation, the ciphertext C is sent to the control center. This process enables the control center to check data integrity and obtain the total number of people, electricity consumption, and costs for different ranges of electricity in a period of time at once, without the need to obtain data for individual users. Analysis and experiments show that this scheme can resist attacks from powerful adversaries on the transmission channel and has practicality and effectiveness. © 2024 IEEE.

Drones as a particular case of robots were recently regulated by the EU as a guideline for all member states, raising several barriers in the use of drones in industrial applications for the future. Because of safety risks and privacy concerns, from the legal point of view, drones have now a limited applicability outside the visual line of sight of the human pilot therefore a limited economical applicability to some areas accessible by the pilot and outside urban areas. In this paper, we identify the key paths autonomous drone technology should progress towards, to establish a strong basis for a future certification of operating at human tolerable safety risks, and we explore the existing options to simulate in 3D environments the behavior of drones and use simulator rendered data to capture sensor data and images for constructing a set of training and validation data. Moreover, we report on the abilities of simulators to integrate software and hardware in the loop autopilots of drones, explore ways of using custom network architectures on drones, and test the ability of low power computing chips to run custom design neural network architectures. We explore the existing options to simulate in 3D environments the behavior of drones and use simulator rendered data to capture sensor data and images for constructing a set of training and validation data. We also test the abilities of simulators to integrate software and hardware in the loop autopilots of drones and possibility to integrate well known programming languages. To further explore the possibility of using custom network architectures on drones, we test the ability of low power computing chips to run custom design neural network architectures, and we identify some of the challenges ahead. © 2023 IEEE.

Decentralized blockchain technology has revolutionized finance applications. It secures data through encryption and hashing in interconnected blocks, enabling multiple users to access and share information while preventing unauthorized alterations. This decentralized ledger removes the need for third-party verification and minimizes the risk of system failures or attacks, reducing reliance on centralized entities like governments and banks. Moreover, it lowers transaction costs, automates smart contracts, and provides access to off-chain data through solutions like ChainLink. In this article, we integrate smart contracts and ChainLink to implement a lending system on the Avalanche-C chain. This system allows users to lend stablecoins against collateral, with automatic liquidation triggered when the health factor exceeds a set threshold. The development of Fuzzy Logic has had a profound impact on the field of computing. A crucial part of any decision-making process is the use of this mathematical method for dealing with uncertainty and imprecision. In this article, it will go over what Fuzzy Logic is, how it may be used in computing, and what recent developments have been achieved in the field. The strengths and weaknesses of using Fuzzy Logic in IT are also discussed. The introduction of Fuzzy Logic into the realm of computer science was a game-changer, since it provided a robust mathematical strategy for addressing uncertainty and imprecision in decision-making. This article introduces readers to Fuzzy Logic by discussing its background, basic ideas, and potential uses in the field of information technology. Artificial intelligence, control systems, decision-making, data analysis, and image processing are just some of the many areas where Fuzzy Logic has been put to use. In addition, this article discusses contemporary developments in Fuzzy Logic, such as those in machine learning, control systems, and robotics. Through the use of a combination Convolutional neural network, also known as CNN, and a Support Vector Machine (SVM) model, this investigation tackles the significant problem of Brown Rot intensity in the leaves of orange. A detailed assessment of the model's effectiveness over a variety of severity levels is presented in this paper. The assessment makes use of precision, recall, F1-score, and overall accuracy measures. Based on the findings, it seems that the model is successful in properly assessing the degree of brown rot infection in orange leaves. In terms of severity level 1, the model obtains a precision of 95%, a recall of 97%, and an F1-score of 96%, resulting in an overall accuracy of 97%. A precision of 94%, a recall of 96%, and an F1-score of 95% are all shown by severity level 2 in terms of accuracy. A reliability rating of 97%, a recall of 93%, and an F1-score of 94.5% are all shown by the model when it is applied to severity level 3. An accuracy of 96%, a recall of 98%, and an amazing F1-score of 97% are all shown by the severity level 4, which is the most severe level. It has been observed that the overall accuracy across all severity levels amounts to 97%. These results provide further evidence that the hybrid CNN-SVM model is effective in accurately classifying the severity of Brown Rot, hence emphasizing the potential of the method for usage in agriculture precision and making crops lifehealthy disease control. © 2024 IEEE.

The 4-bit multiplier signifies an essential milestone in digital technology, illustrating the shift from vacuum tube technology to solid-state electronics. This fundamental component has been critical in the miniaturisation and standardisation of computing systems, establishing a foundation for the digital revolution that has profoundly influenced contemporary industries and the education of future tech innovators. This paper explores a comprehensive design of a 4-bit multiplier, carefully constructing it from basic logic gates (Inverter, NAND, AND, XOR) to more advanced components such as the half adder, full adder, and the complete multiplier circuit. Besides, this paper encompasses schematic and layout designs, strict verification processes through Design Rule Check (DRC) and Layout Versus Schematic (LVS) assessments, alongside extensive simulation analysis to ensure functional precision and optimal performance. More than three branches of death due to cardiovascular disease. Myocardial infarction (MI) is one of the most dangerous forms of coronary heart disease, with the highest mortality rate among other types of coronary heart disease. MI is caused by reduced oxygen demand in heart muscle tissue when oxygen is pumped throughout the body. To detect MI, experts can use ECG signals. ECG is a tool that can be used to record the activity of biological signals formed due to the electrical activity of the heart. Various studies have been conducted using deep learning to help detect and predict MI. This research proposes a hybrid model of CNN-LSTM and CNN-BILSTM model techniques to predict MI. The MI dataset from the Physiobank (PTB) ECG database consisting of 52 normal subjects and 148 patients was used for training models. The proposed deep learning model uses automatic feature extraction. This study suggests a simple deep learning architecture with automatic feature extraction to learn from data. Evaluation of model performance resulted in an average accuracy of 98.80% for the CNN-LSTM model and 99.90% for the CNN-BILSTM model. © 2023 IEEE.

Internet helps the users to develop their skills as well as for doing their day to day activities. Regular work of the users is generally done via online. If people want to do money based transaction or sending important message to their neighbor, they use online network. This can be used and interfere by the attackers. Many attackers utilize the tools to disturb the authorized user job. Major attack utilized by the attacker to disturb the service get by the authorized users is denial of service. It becomes major kind of procedure done by the intruder to take control over system or to down the server. In this paper we analyze the DoS attack including its distributed version. Impacts of DoS are also discussed. Based on the survey and analysis we suggest the model for handling the DoS attack dynamically is also mentioned. © 2023 IEEE.

Continuing the study of the influence of Space Weather conditions on radio communications in Mexico accomplished for 17 days of the spring of 2020, results of a longer campaign and around autumn of 2021 are analyzed in this paper. The length of the study and the number and variety of people collaborating in its development turn this new experiment into a remarkable event of citizen science. While the Space Weather conditions of the study in 2020 corresponded to an early stage of the Cycle 25 characterized by a very low level of solar activity, in the 77 days of the new observation period, 8 M class and 1 X class Solar Flares and 17 Coronal Mass Ejections took place. In addition, Coronal Holes were present in 50 days. This significant activity originated 2 G1, 1 G2 and 2 G3 geomagnetic storms and increased the scientific interest of the survey. This article includes a short explanation of the main solar phenomena affecting Space Weather and their presence in the survey followed by the description of the main variations of radio signals recorded by radio ham operators of the National Emergency Network in Mexico, at 7.120 MHz (40 m band) and 3.720 MHz (80 m band) frequencies. According to the records, the first band seems to present better response to propagation conditions than the second one during the experiment period, but a larger amount of observations are necessary to confirm this result. © 2022 IEEE.
