Quantum computing technique is used to study the photoacoustic (PA) signals of amino acids. Amino acids are important molecules to make proteins for constructing all living things. The research searches the amino acid photoacoustic signal features by using wavelet signal processing, and then build a quantum circuit to predict the category of amino acids by using the loss function to optimize the feedback of the quantum circuit. In addition, the correlation among PA features, the electron-ion interaction pseudopotential (EIIP) values and Van der Waals volume (Vvdw) are observed.

The goal of achieving high performance, low power consumption, and small area footprint is still central to the field of analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). This work describes a new methodology that enables the design of Current Starved Ring Oscillator (CSRO) architecture using 18nm FinFET technology. The CSRO based ADC meets the growing needs of contemporary electronic systems with promised improvements in speed, power efficiency, and portability. The intrinsic qualities of FinFET transistors are utilized by the CSRO architecture to produce high performance metrics such as improved sub threshold behavior, lower leakage currents, and superior gate control, all of which are essential for low power consumption and high speed operation. In addition, compared to conventional ADC designs, the 18 nm production node enables tighter component integration, resulting in a compact ADC design. The precise analog-to- digital conversion is made possible by controlling the oscillation frequency through the use of current starving techniques. In order to reduce power consumption, mitigate electromagnetic interference and extend the battery life, starving ring oscillators are employed. The ability of the GDI (Gate Diffusion Input) technique to lower space overhead and power consumption provides an effective solution for low-power and high-density applications in contemporary integrated circuits. The proposed CSRO based ADC with GDI technique experiences a delay of 1.208 ns and power consumption of 356.08 mW while the ADC without GDI technique involves a delay of 1.44 ns and 391 mW of power consumption. This shows that the proposed ADC exhibits 14% improvement inspeed and 9% improvement in power compared to the ADCwithout GDI technique. © 2024 IEEE.

Accidents occur predominantly due to the loss of alertness of the driver or due to the drowsiness of the *** order to avoid such mishaps the continuous monitoring of the physiological signals like drowsiness and fatigue would provide the solution to avert the accidents before occurrence. The proposed Short Time Fourier Transform-based Improved Particle Swarm Optimization using Fuzzy Classifier (STFTIPSF) methodology makes use of STFT for yielding a good number of feature, fuzzy classifier for the classification as it is a rule-based one and IPSO procedure for focusing on the features and discovering the best threshold values. The Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) presents the classification accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

This research study intends to automate the manual pan evaporimeter system and scheduling irrigation by considering soil water content and crop evapotranspiration. Automating the pan evaporimeter means performing tasks without human intervention, such as measuring the daily water evaporation amount, calculating and storing data, and refilling the pan with water. A waterproof ultrasonic sensor was used to measure the water evaporation amount. The ultrasonic sensor was installed on an innovatively designed structure facing the pan's water surface. The sensor measured the distance between the water surface and the sensor. The surface level decreased as the water evaporated over time, which caused an increment in the distance between the ultrasonic and water surfaces. By this, the sensor calculated the daily evaporation amount. The pan needed to be refilled when all water evaporated;a submersible pump was used to refill the pan automatically. A relay switch controlled the pump, and a microcontroller turned on the switch based on sensor value. The entire setup was IoT-enabled to monitor and control the system remotely on a mobile device. The entire system was backed up by solar energy to run on clean energy. A solenoid valve was used to control the flow of irrigation water. Pan evaporation estimated the amount of water that could be lost owing to evaporation and transpiration. Soil moisture sensors provided a direct measurement of the amount of water present in the soil. The two combined generated a dynamic and responsive irrigation plan that maximized water use and promoted the healthy development of crops. That approach was used. The ultrasonic sensor accurately measured water evaporation, but the installation process was complex. So, a need arises to develop a simple system or scale-type sensors to overcome the complexity. © 2024 IEEE.

In this work, a bi-layer MnO/ZnO:Zn structure with an approximate thickness of 100 nm for each layer has been successfully synthesized by sputtering. Changes in the electrical properties were evaluated for the potential application for solid-state capacitors as electrodes. The characterization of the layers is carried out through X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), which provides valuable insights into the structural properties. An electrical study employing Frequency Response Analysis (FRA), Bode plots, Voltagetime (V-t), and Current-Voltage (I-V) graphs is conducted to thoroughly examine and understand the electrical behavior of the synthesized layers. XRD results show a MnO phase for the Mn sputtered layer and a mild distortion of the ZnO lattice for the ZnO:Zn co-sputtered layer due to Zn atoms. The electrical study provides a Bode plot where at f<100 KHz the films behave as a conductor and its resistivity increases as the frequency rises. It is also noted that a phase mismatch exists, implying capacitive and inductive effects at f>100 KHz. At the cutoff frequency (fc) a capacitance value of 142 pF is calculated. The attenuation and reactance effects are also showed in the V-t and I-V graphs. Finally, the time constant (τ) is calculated with a square +5V input signal where also a value of capacitance is obtained as 134 pF, indicating a ±10% of tolerance for the value of capacitance at high frequencies (f≥500 KHz) for the film, where reactance effects can be improved with several MnO/ZnO:Zn nanostructures as electrodes in series to add the capacitor value revealing a potential application for the structure for solid-state supercapacitors.

[Objective] Based on the needs of highway inspection, this article aims to develop a fully functional intelligent inspection vehicle, which can improve the ability of highway supervision. [Method] The overall framework of the inspection vehicle was designed, the mechanical design of the inspection vehicle was carried out by three-dimensional software, and the circuit and interactive software were designed by the electrical system design software. [Results] The real vehicle was manufactured by 3D printing and other production methods and the actual vehicle was tested on the road, and the functions of autonomous driving, active obstacle avoidance, illegal photography, and remote communication of the inspection vehicle were realized. [Conclusion] The design of this intelligent inspection vehicle can complete the highway inspection task more efficiently and provide a practical and reliable solution for road safety and security. © 2024 SPIE.

The power generation and distribution sectors observe high-level penetration of Renewable Energy Sources (RESs) and Distributed Generators (DGs) due to several factors such as perpetual energy demand, nature of sources and load. Nevertheless, more specifically, the direct current (DC) micro grid is getting more attention over the conventional alternating current (AC) Micro rid for several benefits;for example, higher efficiency and reliability. This research work focus on three aspects the first one to design phase shift full bridge DC-DC converter with and discuss with various optimization techniques for implementing the Micro Grid. The second aspects to validate to implemented the Enthalpy Sigmoid Neuro-Fuzzy crowbar control using DFIG for power oscillation damping. The third aspects to analysis and implementation of a damping controller with renewable energy sources. The advantages and disadvantages of different protection and planning approaches are explained in detail. The effectiveness for the proposed strategy is proved. © 2023 IEEE.

The Software Fault detection and diagnosis approaches supports to find the fault vulnerable constituents in the software development in early stages. An effective diagnosis approach can support test administrators to locate defects and defect-vulnerable software modules. The Feature Extraction (FE) process is the applicable solution to solve high dimensionality and polynomial time complexity issue in the prediction of software defect. In this research, a new fault detection approach is proposed by utilizing the Stacked Auto Encoder (SAE) with Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN). In this approach, the ANN is utilized for the diagnosis process to distribute the data named the fault type. Now, the input generates the Deep Neural Network as well as fuzzy depiction process. the outcome of these approaches is then integrated by the dense connected layers. The proposed SAE based SVM-ANN model attains better results by utilizing evaluation metrics like Accuracy, Precision, F1-score, and Area Under Curve (AUC) values about 99.87%, 99.52%, 99.82% and 0.99 respectively which is comparatively higher than existing techniques like Unsupervised Learning, SVM, Generative Adversarial Neural Network. © 2023 IEEE.

Online sarcasm is usually used to express something opposite to the literal meaning of the phrase or sentence and is hard to catch since it thrives in ambiguous situations. This paper revolves around natural language processing of samples in the English language to generalize the structure of a sarcastic sentence. Through this study, we develop a well-defined model for the automatic identification of sarcastic sentences in various usages. We intend for this study to find use in opinion mining, information categorization and sentiment analysis. Through the LSTM model along with a plethora of data used, this study achieved an accuracy of 93.02% without overfitting. © 2022 IEEE.

At present, temperature sensors are relatively mature, and commercial sensors are mainly thermistors and thermocouples, which have the advantages of low cost and large temperature range. However, it is difficult to meet the requirements of some special occasions, such as strong electromagnetic interference, strong corrosiveness and other environments, and high-precision temperature measurement cannot be performed. Fiber Bragg grating is a kind of fiber optic sensor, which has the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interference resistance, corrosion resistance and high sensitivity. The fiber Bragg grating obtains sensing information by modulating the Bragg wavelength of the fiber through the change of the external temperature parameter, and can automatically monitor the temperature change of the object to be measured. In this paper, the temperature sensing test experiment of fiber Bragg grating is carried out. The results show that the center wavelength of the grating has a good linear response to the temperature of the object to be measured, and the temperature error is within ±0.5℃. temperature sensing. © 2023 SPIE.
