From 2015 to 2019, all listed A-share companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen (excluding the financial sector) Empirical research has shown that there is a close relationship between accounting quality and low investment efficiency of companies. The results show that companies with low accounting information quality often fall into ineffective investment behaviour, in particular the mutually supportive relationship between accounting information quality and overinvestment, while lower profits for companies with low investment activities have a relatively large inhibitory effect on insufficient investment. In addition, this Article also found that State-owned or State-controlled companies are more susceptible to profit margin regulation by introducing profit margin adjustments. It is noted that the influence of level and free cash flow reinforce each other, so based on the above research results, we suggest addressing a range of challenges, including taking accounting measures. Including strengthening the quality control of reports, improving information disclosure, optimizing the corporate governance structure, setting up a scientific investment decision-making mechanism;strengthening scientific and accurate business decision-making, reducing the incidence of inefficient investment behaviour and promoting sustainable and healthy business development. © 2024 IEEE.

A major focus of current research in the field of image processing is the application of such methods to the field of medical imaging. While dealing with biological issues like fractures, canoers, ulcers, etc., image processing facilitated pinpointing the precise cause and tailoring a remedy. In the field of tumor identification, medical imaging has set a new standard by overcoming a number of challenges. Medical imaging is the practice of generating images of the human body for diagnostic or exploratory purposes. Because of its high image quality, MRI is the method of choice for detecting tumors. This research study proposes the integration of RLM to detect tumors and presents an automatic bone cancer detection system to assist oncologists in making early diagnosis of bone malignancies, which in turn allows patients to receive treatment as soon as possible. This research work also proposes to detect bone tumors by using a combination of the RELM based M3 filtering, Canny Edge segmentation, and the Enhanced Harris corner approach. When compared to other models like CNN, ELM, and RNN, the suggested technique achieves an accuracy of around 97.55%. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper addresses the design and control of a PV and battery integrated shunt active power filter, The perturb and observe algorithm was used to extract the maximum power from the PV system in changing environmental conditions, and a battery was used as an energy storage device for a stable and reliable source of energy, the control of the shunt active power filter was designed in the synchronous reference frame using a cascade control schema and simulated using MATLAB Simulink software, and the obtained results show the effectiveness of the proposed system in mitigating the power quality issues with an excellent performance.

To address the periodic disturbances introduced by the manipulator mounted on the drone, as well as the overall system parameter variations caused by the robotic arm carried by the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), the fixed-time convergence observer (FTCO) is introduced to ADRC to enhance the dynamic characteristics, including overshoot and convergence speed. The Active Disturbance Rejection controller (ADRC) is employed as the fundamental controller for UAV systems while the FTCO is used to rapidly observe disturbances and compensate them to the controller, aiming to counteract interference. The UAV system is established to verify the effect of Fixed-Time Convergence Observer-Active Disturbance Rejection controller (FTCO-ADRC) when it is compared to conventional ADRC and PID controller. The simulation outcome reveals that the FTCO-ADRC perform better in convergence speed, overshoot and robustness. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

As an important component of the intelligent machinery field, desktop robots not only enrich people's entertainment lives but are also gradually expanding into applications in education, healthcare, and other fields. However, existing products often struggle to meet the increasingly diverse needs due to short battery life and limited computing resources. In response to this challenge, this study designs a multifunctional desktop robot that can be used as a computer peripheral, which significantly improves power supply and computing capabilities. The design uses the STM32F4 series microcontroller as the main control chip, combined with high-performance servos and their self-developed driver boards, to achieve precise motion control. By integrating USB-HS PHY and USB-CDC protocol, the communication efficiency with the computer is greatly improved, and new screen-driving technology is developed using open-source routines, thus optimizing the user interaction experience. In addition, an innovative adaptive algorithm is incorporated into the firmware program, enhancing the robot's working stability in different environments. Through systematic hardware debugging and software testing, the robot can achieve efficient performance and stable response when executing complex tasks. This research will promote the expansion of desktop robot technology into broader application fields and support future intelligent work and lifestyle. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. Ground penetrating radar (GPR) is an important nondestructive technique in bridge and tunnel defect detection, and its signal intelligent analysis is a research hotspot. The radar data interpretation method using neural networks requires labeling a large amount of radar data. However, in actual work, there are problems such as sparse void sample data and morphological diversity. In this paper, the self-supervised learning method is adopted, and only a small amount of labeling data is needed to train the model parameters, which solves the problem of scarce radar data and large amount of labeling tasks, and improves the accuracy of identification of voids. By using different models to analyze the radar data, the results show that compared with the traditional supervised learning method, the self-supervised learning method has higher accuracy and stronger robustness, and has better industrial application value in the future. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

One of the challenges of developing a machine learning-based system for recognising emotions in speech signals is the variability of human emotion expression. Depending on the situation and the individual, the same emotion can be conveyed in a variety of ways by various people. As a result, it is crucial to compile a broad selection of annotated speech recordings that showcase a variety of expressions and emotional states. The system should also be built to deal with clamorous settings and various speaking styles, including accents and speech difficulties. In today's world, blockchain technology has become a cutting-edge solution for safeguarding users' sensitive and private information. This technology serves a crucial role in various fields, including artificial intelligence, supply chain management, cloud computing, and notably, the healthcare sector. In healthcare, blockchain offers several advantages, such as confidentiality, decentralization, security, and privacy. It has a significant impact on the industry, especially with the increasing use of Internet of Things (IoT) devices that connect with healthcare systems. These devices communicate with healthcare software, bridging the gap between healthcare and information technology. The introduction of blockchain-based IoT systems has notably improved security, privacy, transparency, and overall efficiency in healthcare. This, in turn, has created better business opportunities in the industry. Traditional healthcare systems have long grappled with security and privacy issues, including challenges like phishing, identity theft, and other security breaches. To address these concerns, a secure blockchain-based application has been developed. This application acts as a bridge between the core blockchain network and application entities, including hospitals, patients, doctors, and IoT devices. Its objective is to create and verify medical certificates. In addition to this, this application ensures various security features, including maintaining confidentiality, authenticating users, and implementing access controls. It achieves this through the use of smart contracts, which are self-executing contracts with predefined rules. Through comparative and performance analysis, it becomes evident that this proposed solution offers a more effective approach compared to existing methods. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper aims to tackle the landing control issue of carrier-based unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the presence of carrier air-wake and carrier deck motion. Firstly, a control method with finite-time convergence ability is designed for carrier-based UAV to achieve faster trajectory convergence and higher control accuracy. Theoretical analysis is conducted to demonstrate that the control method has asymptotic stability and finite-time error convergence ability. Subsequently, utilizing this control approach, an automatic carrier landing system (ACLS) is established, which consists of the guidance law subsystem, glide trajectory generation subsystem, flight control subsystem, auto-throttle control system, and the flight dynamic model of the aircraft. Then, by introducing the PID method for comparison, numerical simulation experiments are conducted. The experimental outcomes illustrate that in contrast to the PID approach, the NTSMC method exhibits better trajectory tracking performance and can effectively achieve precise and safe landing control even under the influence of environmental disturbances. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.
