An automatic cow health monitoring and management system cannot function effectively without an identification system in livestock farming. While 2D image-based computer vision currently achieves high accuracy in cow identification, its effectiveness can be significantly decreased by changes in lighting, environmental factors, and other limitations. To address these limitations, an identification system based on point-cloud images will be developed by using a combination of 3D TOF camera and 2D RGB camera. This system includes detection and segmentation stage, feature extraction stage, and identification stage. In this study, I focus on detecting and segmenting of cow back surface region from a point-cloud image using the PointNet+ + algorithm. Two segmentation models are trained and compared based on single-scale grouping (SSG) and multi-scale grouping (MSG) features. The extracted cow back surface region offers a rich set of features valuable for several applications, including individual cow identification, lameness detection, and body condition scoring. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

In order to solve the problem that the traditional artificial heart pump has poor dynamic bionic performance and cannot respond to blood perfusion in real time according to the patient's state, this paper proposes a new physiological control method based on adaptive adjustment of heart rate. Firstly, a coupled model of the cardiovascular circulatory system and artificial heart pump was established, and the correctness of the model is verified by hemodynamic simulation. Secondly, according to the model-free adaptive control theory, the artificial heart pump physiological control strategy for adaptive regulation of heart rate is designed, including pseudo partial derivative estimation algorithm and adaptive control law. Then, the parameters of the adaptive controller are optimized by the improved beetle antennae search algorithm. Finally, the auxiliary effect and dynamic performance of the adaptive control strategy are studied by numerical methods. The results show that the physiological control method based on adaptive regulation of heart rate realizes the adaptive modulation of heart rate and blood flow, which can meet the needs of blood perfusion in different states and help to promote the recovery of damaged heart. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In this paper, a control method for shallow sleep management of low-power rockets is studied, and three sleep modes are verified for shallow sleep, and the optimal adaptation of shallow sleep of rockets with minimum power consumption of 16 watts is confirmed In different application environments, multi-mode operation with low power consumption is realized, so as to achieve the goal of long life under the requirements of long-term power up. The low-power mode can make the system run more stably, help reduce system losses, effectively reduce the volume and weight of power supply equipment, and improve the carrying capacity of the rocket. In order to achieve the purpose of low power consumption, based on the principle of 'high and low matching', the performance matching of chips of different performance levels at their optimal working points is analyzed, and the low-power chip architecture design under different computing power requirements is realized, and experimental verification is carried out. © 2023 The Authors.

The industrial control field has always been the focus of economic and social attention. This paper focuses on the research and design of the positive significance of iterative algorithm in PID control to the temperature control system model, so as to achieve the function of automatic and accurate adjustment of indoor temperature. Through the study of the temperature control system model framework construction and the iterative learning algorithm used to expand the state control, the importance of iterative algorithm in the temperature control system is obtained. Aiming at the situation that PID controller is difficult to adjust under the conditions of uncertain parameters and numerous disturbances, a model algorithm structure of stability control is proposed in combination with iterative algorithm, and simulation tests are carried out to compare its adjustment effects under different disturbances. The results show that the proposed iterative learning algorithm can better counteract periodic disturbances, and has stable tracking performance and good robustness. © 2022 IEEE.

An adjustable active noise control algorithm is proposed based on human auditory perception. Because of the FELMS algorithm, the Bark scale decomposition is used for simulating the decomposition of the human ears to the acoustic signal, and the real time response of the human ears to the noise is calculated. Residual filter is designed based on this real-time response so that the noise reduction effect is more in line with the human beings auditory perception. In the meantime, the adjustment parameter is set to adjust the amplitude-frequency response of the designed residual filter so that the noise reduction effect can be adjusted artificially under the condition of preserving the noise characteristics. Computer simulation results show that, match with the convention FXLMS algorithm, the algorithm put forward in this paper makes the residual noise, and the original noise has a similar energy change trend in Barks. This algorithm makes the noise reduction effect more aligned with the human auditory perception. It can retain the noise characteristics and artificially adjust the noise reduction effect. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In this age of rapid economic expansion and pervasive intelligence, intelligence collection regarding a country's energy grid is encouraged. The article proposes a system for gathering IoT device energy consumption data. Through investigating Power IoT and its connection to the Smart Grid, a data gathering system has three parts: smart metering, concentrators, and data management systems. The paper explains how the authors streamlined business processes by integrating the control terminal with the technical architecture and IT technologies underlying a cutting-edge cloud-based customer electrical power acquisition (EPA) construction. electrical power acquisition and marketing based on the Internet of Things (EPAM-IoT) proposes a method to alleviate the major data center's processing, storage, and handling of massive amounts of data by leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT). By optimizing the local processing of information and timely data management, this architecture can assist in lightening the data transfer burden over the channel. The proposed approach takes into account multiple factors while determining performance. IoT application energy efficiency can be improved using the GA method. The outcomes were achieved via the C++ programming methodology. The simulations show that the proposed EPAM-IoT system, which consists of an IoT module, a cloud computing model, and improved learning performance, outperforms the state-of-the-art methods. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, the thickness control problem of adaptive output feedback for the hydraulic automatic gague control (HAGC) system is studied. Firstly, a mathematical model of HAGC system of the cold rolling mill with time-varying measurement delay, output constraints and unknown external disturbances is established. Then time-varying measurement delay is converted into time-varying input delay, and auxiliary systems are constructed to compensate for the impacts of input delay. In addition, an asymmetric barrier Lyapunov function (BLF) is constructed for output constraints to improve transient performance. By utilizing backstepping technique and Lyapunov Krasovskii functional (LKF) stability theorem, it can be obtained that stability of the original system with adaptive output feedback controller and the auxiliary system separately. The proposed controller can ensure that all signals are semi-global ultimately uniformly bounded. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. © 2023 IEEE.

A control method based on proximal policy optimisation (PPO) algorithm is proposed to control autonomous berthing of unmanned vessels. Firstly, Bessel curves are used to generate the desired path, and the heading error, speed error, and lateral error are obtained by calculating with the current state of the ship, and then these errors are used as inputs to establish the reward function mechanism, and then the state of the ship and the reward obtained are inputted into the PPO algorithm so that the intelligent body can take behaviours according to the state and the reward, and finally, the actions of the intelligent body are inputted into the ship model to achieve bi-variable control of the ship’s rudder angle and thrust. Finally, the actions of the intelligent body are inputted into the ship model to achieve the bivariate control of the rudder angle and thrust. The experimental results show the effectiveness of PPO reinforcement learning in the automatic berthing process of unmanned vessels with low speed, interference and low rudder efficiency. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. In the paper the numerical estimation of the internal positivity of the model of a two dimensional heat transfer process is addressed. The considered thermal process is described by the fractional order state equation, derived from parabolic heat equation with homogenous Neumann boundary conditions and distributed control and observation. Two numerical algorithms of the positivity testing are proposed and compared. The first one consists in the full examination of the whole area. The next one uses Monte Carlo method. From tests it can be concluded that the considered model can be internally positive only for its lower orders and heating and measurements located closely to the corner of the tested area. The use of the Monte Carlo method allows to significantly shorten the duration of computations. The presented results can be useful in measurements using a thermal camera. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
