The field of cloud computing is constantly growing. Users can use cloud to access the resources of the computer system without directly maintaining them. In order to deal with current security and privacy issues, this research main objective is to provide a data security model based which is based on hybrid encryption and steganography. A multi stage data security model is used which is based on Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA), identity-based encryption (IBE), Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), and Least Significant Bit steganography (LSB). The four phases includes data sharing, data backup and recovery, steganography, and data encryption to protect and secure data. By defending data integrity, confidentiality, and privacy from intruders, this method increases data redundancy on cloud, flexibility of cloud, efficiency, and security of cloud.

Robotic grippers have becoming an emerging trend due to their boundless applications in industrial automation. Nowadays, the deployment of vision based smart gripper for material handling in industrial applications remains challenging and ongoing research. As the Internet of Things (IoT) becomes more commercialized, the various concept of IoT have been integrated with the gripper due to efficient usage. Therefore, this project proposes the development of vision-based sensor of smart gripper for material handling in industrial applications that integrates with the IoT. The rationale of integrating IoT to vision based smart gripper is that it allows authenticated users to log in from any device, anywhere, and view video or images from vision based smart gripper in real-time for critical material handling. This system incorporates a vision sensor camera that acts as an "eye"to automatically detect and recognize the object with different weights and shapes and send the information to the robot for the next task. This smart gripper adopts a force sensor mounted into the fingertip to control the force applied when working with a wide range of objects with different weights. As for the electronic system, power module, communication and control module, sensor and actuator as well as user interface module have been adopted and integrated into the system. In the software development system, user interface configuration was developed through mobile application in which it communicates with Raspberry Pi B+ camera to serve as IoT platform. A series of experiments shows that the vision based gripper using IoT able to detect and recognize the objects and then send the information/command directly to the robot to execute grasping and lifting phase of the object to the desired location that has been assigned. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The time difference method is the most widely used method in the field of ultrasonic flow measurement. In order to solve the cycle-skip problem caused by the first wave identification error which is easily occurred in the time difference method, an automatic gain control (AGC) method is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the working principle of ultrasonic gas meter with time difference method and the cycle-skip problem with threshold method are analyzed. And then the system architecture based on AS6040 time-to-digital converter chip is designed, focusing on the research of AGC method and realizing the method based on AD8338 chip. The AGC method can keep the amplitude and envelope of the ultrasonic echo signal relatively stable under extreme temperature and flow rate conditions. The results of high and low temperature and flow calibration experiments show that the time-differential ultrasonic gas meter based on the AGC method can achieve class 1.5 accuracy in the flow range from 0.16 m 3 /h to 30 m 3 /h.

This work reports numerical explorations in the advection of one passive tracer by point vortices living in the unbounded plane. The main objective is to find the energy-optimal displacement of one passive particle (point vortex with zero circulation) surrounded by N point vortices. The direct formulation of the corresponding control problems is presented for the case of N = 1, N = 2, N = 3 and N = 4 vortices. The restrictions are due to (i) the ordinary differential equations that govern the displacement of the passive particle around the point vortices, (ii) the available time T to go from the initial position z(0) to the final destination z(f), and (iii) the maximum absolute value u(max) that is imposed on the control variables. The resulting optimization problems are solved numerically. The numerical results show the existence of nearly/quasi-optimal controls.

In Vietnam, rice stands as a vital food source for the whole population, and because of that timely identification and management of rice plant diseases is extremely crucial. Among the diseases that appear in Vietnam, blast leaf, leaf folder, and brown spot are among the most prevalent ailments that harm rice plants, directly impacting cultivation. To address this problem, deep learning, a cutting-edge solution can be used to detect plant diseases. In this paper, we present an approach utilizing Deep learning to identify illnesses affecting rice leaves. YOLOv8 is employed and trained with various strategies of Stochastic Gradient Descent with Warm Restart (SGDR) to identify diseases on rice leaves. The result of the proposed method is assessed using 309 images. The experimental findings reveal an accuracy of 88.6%, indicating superior performance compared to alternative methods. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

Being enthused by the stringent energy and processing constraints of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, duty cycle becomes the basic mechanism of energy conservation in IoT networks. Duty Cycle involves the fraction of time to keep the node in sleep and active state. Keeping in view the significance of duty-cycling techniques, several techniques have been emerged from the last few decades. Duty cycling depends upon certain factors such as synchronization of nodes, hardware/software complexities, network area, topology, and latency. Dynamic sensor networks such as IoT do not take into account the topology changes because of the fixed criteria of duty cycling. Therefore, Media Access control (MAC)-based adaptive duty-cycling techniques are thoroughly discussed in this study. In this paper, an automatic evaluation method of Cold Syndrome Types is proposed based on the method of Cosine Similarity. The method consists of the creation of a standard cold case database, the separation of input cold cases, synonym replacement and quadruple structured processing, quadruple weight assignment and similarity calculation. On the basis of Cold Syndrome Types evaluation, we further propose a learning and elimination mechanism for the standard cold case database, which improves the computing efficiency of the algorithm to a certain extent. It is showed in the experiments that the method can be used to initially assess the Cold Syndrome Types through the four aspects of Observing, Smelling, Consulting and Pulse-talking, which is of high value and significance as an auxiliary support for intelligent TCM diagnosis. © 2021 IEEE.

Virtual try-on has emerged as a prominent field of research because of its wide application in ecommerce. The key challenge in this task is producing realistic try-on images, where the garment is warped to accurately fit the person's body. The try-on generation quality is of significance to provide desirable and realistic results. In this work, we improve the realism and accuracy of virtual try-on by enhancing the architecture to accept attention conditioning. Instead of using multiple controlNets, we introduce a novel Multi Zero Cross Residual Attention Block (MZB) that replaces the standard attention mechanism, enabling the simultaneous incorporation of multiple conditioning inputs. These include DinoV2 embeddings for rich semantic cloth representation, color histograms to preserve garment color fidelity, and skin maps to ensure coherence between the garment and exposed skin areas. This design allows the diffusion model to effectively handle complex garment-body interactions with greater precision. Through extensive experiments, our method demonstrates superior control over garment alignment and visual realism, achieving competitive results on standard virtual try-on benchmarks.

Despite their age, passwords are still widely used more than ever. In many cases, it is the solution that best fits the usage scenario. Researchers are proposing innovative designs and methods to support these scenarios. Many systems, especially sensitive ones, need to change the password. Classic systems rely on changing passwords in two stages, the first i s authentication, which usually consists of two or three rounds, and the second is creating a new password (PW), which also consists of two or three rounds. In this paper, a hidden transmission of a new random PW using the previous one is presented, we talk about an authenticated changing of PW. The verifier g enerates half of the new password and sends it to the prover, the prover authenticates the sent message using the old PW and then returns the authentication proof. After checking it, the verifier creates the second half of the PW. The proposed method combines the authentication and change PW processes into one process consisting of 3 rounds. Therefore, the proposal facilitates the process of automatic periodic change of PW between two entities (user, app, system, etc). Analysis and experiments show that our technique is robust, lightweight, and reduces many potential risks in the field.
