Tea leaf diseases represent a substantial danger to tea plants and agricultural production. In this study, we investigate the usefulness of an automated learning-based technique for the exact classification of diverse tea leaf diseases. We used precision, recall, F1-Score, assistance, and overall accuracy as critical performance indicators to evaluate the categorization model's proficiency using a large dataset covering eight separate disease categories. The results revealed exceptional model performance, including precision, recall, and overall F1-Score values consistently surpassing 91% across all illness classes. The model achieved an amazing general precision of 98%, suggesting its ability to accurately recognize and distinguish between distinct tea leaf illnesses. This study sheds light on the potential of artificial intelligence as an effective tool for illness classification in leaves of tea. The findings are a significant resource for investigators, agronomists, and business practitioners working to improve tea leaf disease control, so adding to the long-term viability and efficiency of tea farms. © 2024 IEEE.

In the absence of pre-established hierarchical authority or coercive control, resolving collective action situations through self-organisation requires a range of alternative mechanisms, including voluntary association, mutually-agreed social contracts, and socially-constructed roles with institutionalised power. In the context of Megabike, a generic testbed for examining multiple inter-dependent social coordination dilemmas, we examine the emergence of effective leadership as a critical element of self-organisation. Using an information-theoretic framework to analyse multi-agent simulations of iterated collective action situations, we show that there is causal emergence and downwards causation, but no causal decoupling. This is significant in the context of social systems in which local interactions between individuals produce beneficial leadership structures, which have, in turn, causal power over the individuals' agency, and as such expose the society to the risk of degenerative asymmetric power structures. © 2024 IEEE.

Cloud storage, provided by various cloud service providers, offers customers convenient storage space along with significant computational power and capacity, attracting users to entrust their data to these services. However, directly outsourcing sensitive data to cloud storage introduces security risks. Cipher text-policy attribute-based encryption emerges as a promising cryptographic solution in the cloud, allowing data owners (DO) to establish access policies for enhanced *** its potential, employing attribute-based encryption in an outsourced architecture introduces challenges, especially concerning revocation, which puts the security of data owners at risk. To overcome these obstacles, a highly secure and flexible cipher text-based attribute access control system is utilized in cloud storage. This system incorporates role hierarchy user grouping, expanding the capabilities of KUNodes' storage identity-based encryption (revocation).Using CloudSim for assessment, our algorithm proves more efficient in terms of computational cost, utilizing 32 MB for 150 MB of data, as indicated by the analysis findings. Combining multiple encryption methods offers several advantages. For instance, establishing a shared channel between two users' devices enables hybrid encryption for communication. While asymmetric encryption might prolong the process, symmetric approaches enhance both encryption forms, speeding up the process. As a result, the transmission mechanism becomes more secure, and the system operates more *** current focus in this field revolves around employing hybrid approaches to enhance both the security and speed of encrypting data in cloud computing environments. © 2024 IEEE.

Session recording is a valuable tool for developers to gain insights into user behavior in mobile applications. Android, as the most commonly used mobile operating system, offers developers several options for implementing session recording. This paper provides an overview of session recording on Android, outlining its benefits, implementation, and potential privacy concerns. By recording and analyzing user sessions, developers can gain a better understanding of which features are most frequently used and where users may be experiencing difficulties. However, privacy concerns can arise with session recording, and developers must be transparent about their use of it and comply with relevant privacy regulations. This study suggests a native implementation of session recording without the use of third-party services, giving organizations complete control over their data and helping to address privacy concerns. Additionally, the study covers performance metrics that are most appropriate for user-friendly session recording. © 2023 IEEE.

It takes a Physician, a family doctor, a specialist and a chief doctor to diagnose a skin disease and make a critical decision about the treatment process. It is important for a Doctor to spend enough time on a patient's diagnosis as it decides the course of treatment. The prevalence of skin diseases in the general population in different geographic regions of India varies from 7.9 to 60 percent. This ratio is increasing as the skin diseases are not considered seriously and handled very recklessly by people People are lazy to go visit a doctor until and unless it becomes something serious Diseases like Psoriasis first start like a small rash and can be treated and cured if found in a early stage whereas delaying makes it deadly. Sustainable environmental practices depend on effective waste management. Combining Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) with Internet of Things (IoT)-connected robots, a new method for automatic metal trash sorting is presented in this research. By automatically detecting and separating metallic items from mixed waste streams, our technology aims to improve the efficiency of trash sorting operations. Robotic arms with sensors to collect data in real-time and CNNs models trained to identify different metal items make up the suggested system. The sorting processes are carried out with perfect coordination and adaptive decision-making due to the IoT integration, which allows the robots system to connect with a centralized control unit. By showcasing the function of CNNs in facilitating reliable metal classification it provides a comprehensive design of the integrated system. The results of the experiments show that our method can efficiently and precisely detect and sort metal waste. IoT connection also allows for remote monitoring and control, which lets user optimize sorting tactics in real-time and make modifications as needed. Our suggested approach provides an encouraging solution to the problem of automating the segregation of metal trash, which may lead to better and more long-term waste management in both industrial and municipal sectors. © 2024 IEEE.

The intersection of technology and environment has a significant impact on the self-organisation of processes implemented by a group of social actors. That self-organisation might involve communities agreeing to select or switch between different policies, in response to, in anticipation of, or to shape environmental conditions, depending on individual or collective goals. Previously, it has been argued that the goal of sustainability can be satisfied when the intersection of economics, environmental and sociological aspects operate in a controlled and desired way. In this paper, we argue that, given developments in Artificial Intelligence, it can be satisfied if the intersection of technology, environmental and socio-politico-economic aspects of the system operate in a controlled and desired way. Then, the politics of sustainability is dependent on a hybrid two-phase cycle, one phase of self-determination, and another phase of learning and innovation, assuming adequate monitoring of the appropriate metrics for evaluation and control. Although there are many issues in modelling sustainability and dealing with uncertainty yet to be addressed, this position paper can be seen as a first step towards developing a conceptual framework for self-managing adaptive socio-techno-ecological systems. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, the problems related to cooperative control for the multiple mobile robot system (MMRS) is presented. The LIDAR sensor is employed to obtain the 2D map of the indoor space. The formation control and the leader-following algorithm are applied to control the MMRS moving in a specific formation. Additionally, this paper considers the scenario that the MMRS has to move to several targets in the indoor space with many obstacles. Therefore, the indoor travelling salesman problem-based Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) is studied in this work to determine the optimal moving path of the MMRS. To prove the effectiveness and merit of the proposed methods, the simulation results are provided in this article. © 2023 IEEE.

The article discusses a Passivity-Based Current control (PBCC) approach for the Versatile Buck-Boost (VBB) converter topology. The digital controller design of the VBB has enabled its suitability for various medium to high-power applications. Considering the non-linear dynamics of the VBB converter, the PBCC helps to ensure the input current regulation for power variations. Since controlling the algebraic sum of stored and dissipated energy in the VBB converter is quite challenging, the PBCC plays a crucial role in helping synthesize the control objective such that the closed-loop system can achieve asymptomatic stability and remains passive in nature. Thus, the dynamic performance enhancement could possibly be achieved by injecting a small damping into the system, which helps manage the dissipated energy efficiently. Nevertheless, the digital implementation of PBCC is equally challenging given real-time digital controller design due to the limitation imposed by various factors such as the sampling time delays, choice of numerical integration methods, and the limited memory storage, which is further detailed given the digital current control feedback system. Thus, the simulations results show stable and high performance in both buck and boost modes. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper presents a novel approach to designing a smart grid testbed, that advances the state of knowledge on power system resilience analysis by including the social aspects of the community in simulation. The proposed Community-based Power Simulation virtual testbed, termed ComPSim herein, integrates non-physical dimensions of the community into the smart grid infrastructure system. The ComPSim test bed can be applied to identify the social impacts of power system disruptions. The testbed takes into account diverse socioeconomic characteristics of the community, enabling targeted analysis and policy formulation. This research highlights the need for integrating community's social and economic facet into future infrastructure planning and decision efforts. © 2023 IEEE.
