Recent research has demonstrated the usefulness of imitation learning in autonomous robot operation. In particular, teaching using four-channel bilateral control, which can obtain position and force information, has been proven effective. However, control performance that can easily execute high-speed, complex tasks in one go has not yet been achieved. We propose a method called Motion ReTouch, which retroactively modifies motion data obtained using four-channel bilateral control. The proposed method enables modification of not only position but also force information. This was achieved by the combination of multilateral control and motion-copying system. The proposed method was verified in experiments with a real robot, and the success rate of the test tube transfer task was improved, demonstrating the possibility of modification force information. © 2025 IEEE.

In this paper, an event-triggered decentralized dis-turbance rejection control scheme is designed to simultaneously stabilize states and attenuate disturbances for a class of uncertain interconnected systems. Extended state observer and equivalent-input-disturbance approach are adopted to form control strategy to accommodate matched and mismatched disturbance in a unified way. Second, combining the advantages of continuous event triggering mechanism and discrete event triggering mechanism, a novel hybrid sampling strategy is formulated. Specifically, the switch of sampling modes is determined by the estimations of state and disturbance. Then, sufficient conditions in LMI form are established for controller and observer co-design, where the triggering threshold is considered as a predefined parameter of the LMI. Finally, a simulation example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2025 IEEE.

This paper investigates the cooperative tracking control of a multi-agent system with collision avoidance. The main contribution is the design of a distributed control law incorporating a collision avoidance mechanism. The agents in the system are divided into leaders and followers. The leaders generate control inputs that enable the followers to track predefined setpoint trajectories while avoiding collisions. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed control law and demonstrate its advantages over other control approaches. © 2025 IEEE.

This position paper examines the implementation of Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) in information Technology (IT) education, focusing specifically on a first-year database unit. Traditional pedagogical approaches, which predominantly rely on lectures and textbooks, often hinder student engagement and motivation. The paper identifies the challenges inherent in current IT educational practices and proposes IBL as an effective pedagogical alternative. IBL fosters active learning and critical thinking, thereby enhancing students' grasp of real-world applications. The proposed trial of IBL in an introductory database course aims to assess both student outcomes and instructor experiences. The benefits of IBL, including increased student engagement and improved knowledge retention, are examined, as well as challenges related to time management, group dynamics, and technical issues. The paper concludes with a call for extended exploration and broader adoption of IBL methods in first-year IT courses, promoting a necessary shift in educational practices to address student needs better. As the traditional water supply mode uses valves and baffles to adjust the water flow [1], this flow regulation mode has serious energy waste, big impact on equipment, difficult maintenance, and difficult to efficiently carry out urban water supply. The conventional PID control mode has fixed parameters and is not adaptable sufficient for the time-varying, nonlinear, and large inertia qualities of the water supply system. Therefore, taking a water plant in Gansu Province as the object, the working principle of the continuous water supply system under pressure is analyzed, and the approximate mathematical model is determined according to the engineering experience and operation data. Then, combining optimization of particle swarms algorithm, fuzzy control PID control and an algorithm algorithm, the fuzzy PID controller optimized by particle swarm optimization controller is designed. Simulation results show that PSO based PID control can reduce the overshot of the system, significantly improve the response speed, reduce the frequency and amplitude of oscillation, the system exhibits a robust resistance against interference and significantly enhances its dynamic performance. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

The current mainstream aspect level sentiment analysis methods focus on modeling the relationship between word representations in text and their context, fail to fully utilize the syntactic structure information of the *** paper proposes a sentiment triplet extraction model IS-ASTE(Integrating with Syntactic information model for Aspect Sentiment Triplet Extraction, IS-ASTE).Firstly, the graph attention layer is employed to obtain contextual context ***, based on the syntactic dependency tree to obtain the text element's dependency, lexical and distance information, which is combined with the attention mechanism to augment the sentiment ***, graph convolutional neural networks are integrated to aggregate the feature information of nodes for sentiment *** experimental results indicate that, across four representative datasets, the F1 values are all better than those of the baseline model, demonstrating better performance in sentiment analysis. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). Cardiovascular Health Forecaster Employing Flask is a cutting-edge online application that combines Python for its backend and Flask for its frontend. It anticipates heart disease risk with a smooth integration of Flask for data input and Python for machine learning, making it perfect for both users and healthcare professionals. As heart attacks take one life every minute, prediction automation becomes essential. information science handles large amounts of data in healthcare, tackling the difficulty of predicting coronary heart disease. making use of a dataset on cardiac illness from the UCI AI repository. The AI algorithms-Light GBM, AdaBoost, Gradient Boosting, XG Boost, and Random Forests-are used in this study to predict and classify the risk of cardiovascular illness. The study shows Light GBM's remarkable 90% accuracy, making it a relative report on algorithm performance. © 2025 IEEE.

With the continuous iteration and development of computer vision technology, intelligent applications and devices centered around this technology are gradually playing an increasingly important role in human daily life and military operations. Among these, technologies based on object recognition and detection are widely applied in fields such as robotics, drones, and aircraft combat. These areas require precise localization information provided by object detection technology to achieve functions like navigation or attack. However, due to the characteristics of the targets being detected, their scale changes according to their distance, resulting in significant scale variations in images for the same target. Timely detection of distant targets is crucial for aircraft control and early warning, making small target recognition a key factor limiting the widespread application of recognition algorithms. To address this issue, this paper processes the original images based on color space level, global level, and pixel level, proposing a small target recognition method for RGB images. This method involves separately processing different color spaces of the RGB image, followed by information fusion, analysis of the entire image and local regions, and pixel-level filtering in local areas. Experimental results demonstrate that our algorithm can accurately recognize targets of varying sizes and observation angles. © The Authors.

This paper studies the state observer design of a spatial two-dimensional (2-D) linear diffusion process described by a linear parabolic partial differential equation (PDE) under mobile sensors. Firstly, we analyze the well-posedness of the PDE system and give the structure form of the state observer with mobile sensors. Subsequently, according to the number of mobile sensors, the 2-D space domain is divided into multiple sub-domains, and the mobile sensors are guided by the projection operator method, which can guarantee that the mobile sensors can only move in their respective 2-D sub-domains. Then, in the light of Lyapunov theory, Poincaré-Wirtinger inequality and Barbalat lemma, we propose an observation-plus-guidance design method to ensure the asymptotic stability of the state estimation error system. In the designed mobile strategy, the actual guidance of mobile sensors is essentially a physical synthesis of two direction guidance laws, where two dimensional guidance laws are designed separately. Moreover, the existence condition of the observer is given by linear matrix inequalities. At last, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed design scheme. © 2004-2012 IEEE.
