These days, pollutants in the atmosphere is a big worry. Monitoring air quality metrics is necessary to keep an eye on air pollution in cities, but inaccurate findings might arise when data values disappear. The study presented an ensemble classification approach based on decision tree classifiers and logistic regression, using both simple and multiple imputation. By identifying missing values and records in the dataset, air quality is forecasted. Based on characteristics related to air quality, including nitrogen oxides, CO, PM 25, PM 10, Ozone, and SO2, the dataset was obtained from the Central Polluting Control Board (The Central Pipeline Board), ITO Delhi. The suggested model compares the outcomes in accordance with its goals of lowering error rate and raising retrieval results accuracy using multiple imputation. © 2024 IEEE.

The cloud and mobile cloud deployment in large scale distributed systems offer excellent service that enhances both individual and organizational effectiveness. These cloud and blockchain based systems can provide resources at a very cheap cost since they are built on independent nodes except for any special centralized monitoring and controlling. As a result, the growth of mobile services and apps is unpredictable. Data-driven apps stand out among them in terms of popularities or revenue generation. However, the data-intensive applications have additional issues such as storage, big data filtering, and the critical tasks of securing confidential or sensitive data. In this study, a blockchain model using cloudlet concept is proposed. This model is then used in mobile cloud computing. The simulation of the proposed system is carried out in a mobile cloud computing simulator. According to the experimental analysis and latency result, the blockchain approach outperforms the conventional cloud models by up to 90% © 2023 IEEE.

An appointment system is going to be popular nowadays. The necessity of these types of systems is increasing day by day specially in education sector. Worldwide COVID-19 pandemic provoke the demand of these types of application. In this research paper, an Android-based appointment is built for booking an appointment and communicating with the teacher. To use this system both student and teacher have to an android device with connection of the internet. A single android application will be used for both types of users. Students can get the information of all teachers and book an appointment with teachers and teachers can accept or decline this appointment. Java programming language is used for this system and Google's Firebase is used for the database. In addition, the modern coding Architecture pattern MVVM (Model- View-View Model) followed to build this system. Hopefully, this system saves valuable time and makes the teacher-student interaction journey easier. © 2023 IEEE.

The continuous development of network accounting has promoted the continuous improvement of accounting operation means, objectives, functions, and supervision and management of enterprises. However, it cannot be ignored that network technology has also brought serious security threats to accounting information system. This article mainly conducts research on network accounting information security based on classification and regression tree algorithm. This article first introduces the security risks of network accounting information, then analyzes the principle of decision trees and the selection of classifiers. Finally, this article uses classification and regression trees to construct a network accounting information security model. Through the experimental results, it can be concluded that the network accounting information security model has a recognition rate of 90.33% for accounting information, which is superior to most information security models. © 2023 SPIE. Texture classification is a challenging and pivotal task in the field of computer vision. Recently, methods that extract features through a frozen backbone have shown great potential due to the growing computing cost of large models. However, these methods overlook the interactional information among activation maps at varying depths. To address this issue, we propose Attention Based Random Encoded Activation Maps(AREAM), which utilizes the Convolutional Block Attention Module(CBAM) to extract richer texture information from activation maps at different depths. After processing the activation maps through random auto-encoders, we employ Kernel Principal Component Analysis(KPCA) to eliminate less significant information and reduce dimension. Subsequently, the data is fed into a non-linear Support Vector Machine(SVM) for classification. The experimental results across multiple texture datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our method. © 2024 ACM.

Internet of Things have the potential to greatly enhance wildife management practices. By providing real time data on wildife migrations, behavior and social habits these networks can be invaluable. GPS enabled sensors can help prevent the entry of wild animals in living areas and resolve property disputes, while health tracking devices can detect signs of disease or discomfort in animals. Moreover, QR codes can be utilized to enable others to scan and access the contact information of the forest officer in situations, like lost and found cases. This technology empowers ranchers, farmers and people to make alert calls to respective officers. Analyzing data have improved animal's health, increased productivity and better resource allocation. © 2024 IEEE.

Convolutional neural network has been proved to have a wide range of applications and excellent results in the field of target recognition and image segmentation. However, the huge network scale and weight parameters of convolutional neural network make its computational complexity too high, and the required computing and storage resources increase rapidly with the increase of network layers, which makes it difficult to deploy in embedded computing systems with strict requirements on resources and power consumption, which restricts the development of embedded computing systems in the direction of high intelligence. Aiming at the demand of ultra-light intelligent computing in embedded computing system with limited resources, an optimized full-stream convolutional neural network model acceleration strategy is proposed, and the ultra-light convolutional neural network hardware throttle after the ultra-light processing of the algorithm model is designed, and the reasoning process of the network model is verified based on FPGA. The experimental results show that the accelerator designed in this paper can significantly reduce the occupancy rate of hardware resources and obtain a good algorithm speedup ratio, which has important technical significance for the design of embedded intelligent computing system. © 2023 IEEE.

'Word embedding' is a key phrase in natural language processing that describes how words are expressed as real-valued vectors for text analysis. A breakthrough in natural language processing (NLP) has improved computers' ability to understand textual content. It is thought to be among the most significant developments in deep learning for addressing challenging problems in natural language processing. Since words and texts are represented as numeric vectors, this technique permits related words to have comparable vector representations. The gathered features are integrated into a machine learning model to handle text data while preserving syntactic and semantic information. Once translated, these data are used by natural language processing (NLP) algorithms, which can process textual material and absorb these learned representations fast. This paper focuses on word embedding methods used to LDA, LSA, PLSA, Bag of Words, TF-IDF, Word2Vec, GloVe, and BERT, among other natural language processing applications. © 2024 IEEE.

The traditional method of problem solving involves the problem and a practise area, but there is no room for one-on-one communication in which one can teach or learn from another person. This is no longer sufficient because one-on-one communication has become the standard while solving problems nowadays. And while solving each problem, the user must search for the optimal solution if they don’t have the problem solution, thus finding the solution for the problem takes a considerable amount of time. If one person wants to teach the other, they both must be on a video/audio call in order for them to communicate and work together to understand the problem. They also need to share the screen so that both can able to view the code and can able to debug it. This entails a lot of frantic work. In this project, we propose a solution using a webapp for problem solving practise that includes features such as code collaboration, peer-to-peer audio and video interaction, allowing two or more people to work on the same problem while the editor is shared among all the connected members. Interviewers can also use this collaborative coding platform to conduct a coding interview with a candidate for a problem-solving round. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2023.

This paper presents the design idea of building the infrastructure information management system based on remote sensing data. With the characteristics of the systems massive remote sensing data and the comprehensive application problem of heterogeneous data, unify the design specifications of the database is the most important. Then several data tables are designed by category. Finally some key technologies such as data storage are discussed. This infrastructure information management software has solved the problem of smoothly and quickly call of the massive underlying and heterogeneous data. It has realized the functions of infrastructure plotting, process supervision, statistical analysis and two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization. This system has been applied in the professional domain to improve the work efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.
