To discuss the energy saving design of the distribution network area under the computer intelligent platform, the specific requirements of the business function to the data are expounded through the summary of the data demand. In addition, the method of data sharing is selected according to the demand to make a detailed plan for the application of the business. For the intelligent design of the distribution network area, in order to meet the requirements of the current power, the radio distribution area is innovated, the basic monitoring and analysis function of the radio distribution area is realized, and a new intelligent low-voltage distribution area based on the ZJP-II type distribution terminal is designed. The conclusion is that the system can meet the demands of the load rate, balance rate and load growth in the platform area by using the real-time monitoring method, and can basically realize the intelligence of the distribution network area.

In order to solve the problem of the design of the innovative experiment platform of the Modern Educational technology online course, this paper proposes a design method of the "Network curriculum innovation experimental platform (NCIEP)" based on virtual reality. Establish time series for online courses linked to the same time point, and optimize the "Modern Education technology" online course through virtual reality technology. Through experimental test results, the innovative experimental platform designed in this paper can maintain good performance in web courses of Modern Educational technology.

The teaching evaluation model based on information technology is established, which finds out the factor influencing teaching quality according to the relation between teaching evaluation data and students' achievement. Association rules are used for in-depth data mining to find out the key impact factor that determines the quality so as to find a strong theoretical and practical basis to improve the teaching quality. The experiment results show this classroom teaching quality evaluation mechanism is effective.

The cloud model data mining algorithm is one of the important research methods of the "One Belt and One Road" intelligent analysis system. This paper analyzes the algorithm of the "One Belt and One Road" intelligent analysis system and combines with the characteristics of the cloud model data mining algorithm to propose a fusion cloud model data mining algorithm (CMDMA), which is known as "Belt and Road" intelligent analysis system method. Secondly, the cloud model data mining algorithm is discussed, and it can be used to better get the data of "One Belt and One Road" intelligent analysis system. The results show that the construction of the "One Belt and One Road" intelligent analysis system proposed in this paper helps to expand and develop research on online and offline human activities and interaction patterns.

In this paper, we propose an economic law education platform using computer and multimedia technology, and we aim to promote the teaching quality of the economic law course. Particularly, the contents of economic law course, three parts are included, that is, 1) Overview of economic law, 2) Market supervision law, and 3) Macro control law, and then 31 chapters are included in this course. Then, according to the main contents of economic law, we deisgn and implement a multimedia teaching resource sharing platform for economic law. Moreover, the proposed resource sharing platform is organized by three layers: 1) service layer, 2) management layer, and 3) resource layer. Next, we provide the flowchar of the Multimedia teaching resource cloud sharing platform. Finally, to test the effectiveness of the proposed teaching resource sharing platform, we design a questionnaire. Experimental results verify that the proposed platform can effectively enhance the teaching quality of economic lar course.

Based on data mining after introducing the development of Smart city in Hebei Province, this paper has also analyzed the tendency of Hebei tourism under this background and studied the development strategy of intelligent tourism in the province, such as the accelerated establishment of digital information, the intensified internet marketing, the development of diversity and the development of personalized tourism product. To conclude, this paper has also pointed out that the key of intelligent tourism is to focus on the people.

The quality of personnel training is directly under the influence of college students' daily management. With promptly feedback, seeking the informational management pattern plays a significant role in enhancing the efficiency of the work of university teachers and providing students with convenience. In this paper, we begin with the rationale of the thermal print technology ,followed with analyzing the application of RFID and thermal print technology in campus card in the current situation. Then we proposes an individualized management system which is based on RFID rewrite card. Comparing with the traditional usages of campus card, this card is an innovative application. The thermal print technology will be able to accomplish the goal of individualized information display and make use of the carrying capacity of the campus card to maximize, helping seek creative management pattern of college students and arouse the initiatives of students.

Conduct bridge type adaptability research in national scope, based on this, construct the highway bridge type adaptability database system [1], and put forward the bridge type adaptability evaluation method, evaluation index and its value based on the typical bridge comprehensive performance.
