The protection mode of digitalization effectively transforms various national traditional cultures into digital products, providing a way of thinking for the protection of national traditional cultures. This mode still lacks the mode of how to mine the data of national traditional culture and analyze the internal relationship structure after facing the massive data, which can guide the digital protection of national traditional culture under the complex social conditions in the future. This paper discusses the significance of digitalization for the protection of traditional national culture under the environment and ideology of big data development. The possibility of protecting traditional national culture based on big data was analyzed and discussed. This paper designs and establishes the digital perception analysis system of traditional culture. The system uses grey clustering algorithm to identify the characteristics of cultural products. The experimental results show that this method can improve the efficiency of traditional cultural product classification. This method has certain reference value for the research of digital protection system of traditional cultural industry. © 2025 SPIE.

Nowadays, energy buildings have a huge impact in society regarding the active role in the management of energy consumption. Hence, building owners are required to avoid energy losses and improve energy efficiency as high as possible. Therefore, it is required to plan an optimization strategy to buy and sell energy in the market ahead of time. To formulate this optimization plan, building owners require the work of specialists responsible for processing, training, forecasting, and evaluation tasks regarding the prediction of energy consumption data from a building for a specific target of time. Therefore, a multiagent-system is needed to allow the cooperation of various agents including the building owner, forecast provider, data structurer and error analysis. Moreover, forecasting algorithms such as artificial neural networks should be taken into consideration in order to process large quantities of energy consumption data during the training and forecasting phases.

Diabetes, a chronic health condition, is witnessing a steady rise in cases annually, highlighting the importance of timely diagnosis and early detection. Recent innovations in ontology-based techniques and machine learning have enabled the creation of automated systems to address this challenge. This study evaluates and compares various approaches, including algorithms like Logistic Regression, Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Gradient Boosting, Decision Tree, KNN, Naive Bayes, and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Performance is assessed through metrics like Precision, Accuracy, F-Measure and Recall get from confusion matrix. Findings suggest that SVM and ontology classifiers deliver the most accurate results. © 2025 IEEE.

Modern education requires solutions that can handle large datasets, effectively evaluate students' performance, and reduce teachers' manual workload. The increasing complexity of modern plant systems and the limitations of precise mathematical modeling have led to a shift towards data-driven control methods. These methods present an effective alternative that treats plants as black-box systems without requiring explicit models. The safe experimentation dynamics algorithm (SEDA) is one such method that optimizes controller parameters using data-driven techniques. Nonetheless, control performance can be limited by the fixed probability coefficient used in the original SEDA to disrupt design parameters, especially when balancing exploration and exploitation phases. This study proposes an enhanced version of the SEDA: the modified SEDA (MSEDA), to address this issue. The MSEDA introduces a dynamic probability coefficient that decreases with each iteration. The adjustment improves the balance between exploration and exploitation phases, which enhances control accuracy. The MSEDA was used to tune the brain emotional learning-based intelligent controller (BELBIC) together with a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller. The result was the BELBIC-PID controller inspired by the limbic system of the human brain, which has high precision. The effectiveness of the proposed MSEDA-BELBIC-PID was validated using simulations on multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems, with a focus on tracking performance and computational efficiency. The statistical analysis of 30 independent trials demonstrated that the proposed MSEDA-BELBIC-PID was significantly improved over the original SEDA-BELBIC-PID. This paper addresses the problem of the Tube-based event-triggered robust model predictive control for singular linear systems with constraints and additive disturbance. To this end, the system is decomposed into two parts, i.e., the error system and the actual system. The controller for the error system is designed to guarantee that the actual system states are always in the robust invariant set centered on the nominal system trajectory, thereby tightening the nominal system constraints. Then, for the nominal system, the controller is designed based on the optimal control problems, which considers the state and input constraints. Furthermore, event-triggered mechanism is introduced to reduce the frequency of signal transmission. Finally, the stability and feasibility of the controlled system is analysed. LiDAR technology has emerged as a pivotal tool in intelligent Transportation systems (ITS), providing unique capabilities that have significantly transformed roadside traffic applications. However, this transformation comes with a distinct challenge: the immense volume of data generated by LiDAR sensors. These sensors produce vast amounts of data every second, which can overwhelm both private and public 5G networks that are used to connect intersections. This data volume makes it challenging to stream raw sensor data across multiple intersections effectively. This paper proposes an efficient real-time compression method for roadside LiDAR data. Our approach exploits a special characteristic of roadside LiDAR data: the background points are consistent across all frames. We detect these background points and send them to edge servers only once. For each subsequent frame, we filter out the background points and compress only the remaining data. This process achieves significant temporal compression by eliminating redundant background data and substantial spatial compression by focusing only on the filtered points. Our method is sensor-agnostic, exceptionally fast, memory-efficient, and adaptable to varying network conditions. It offers a 2.5x increase in compression rates and improves application-level accuracy by 40% compared to current state-of-the-art methods. Low-latency communication is critical for effectively functioning Internet of Things (IoT) systems, including applications in healthcare monitoring, industrial automation, and smart cities. However, the vast number of IoT Devices often overwhelms cloud providers, necessitating the adoption of edge computing to reduce latency and distribute computational load. This paper introduces a novel dynamic pricing mechanism for edge computing based on a reverse Vickrey auction, leveraging game theory to balance competitive pricing with profitability for Edge Servers. We develop utility functions for both IoT Devices and Edge Servers, optimizing the markup to maximize edge server utility while adhering to the budget constraints of IoT Devices. Simulations were conducted with 10 Edge Servers and 50 IoT Devices over 2,000 time units. Results show that the proposed mechanism significantly reduces wait times, with most tasks completed within 10-time units. Moreover, dynamic pricing increases Edge Server profits by up to 10 times in some instances compared to fixed markup approaches. Notably, one server’s total profit rose from 7,702 to 76,130 and another from 57,965 to 94,298, underscoring the enhanced profitability and utilization. These findings confirm that our reverse Vickrey auction strategy effectively balances low-latency demand with sustainable operational revenue for Edge Servers, offering a robust and scalable solution for edge-centric IoT environments. © 2025 IEEE.

As emerging technologies advance, intelligent Transportation systems (ITS) are transitioning to Autonomous Transportation systems (ATS). This paper comprehensively outlines and compares the hierarchical mechanisms of ITS across various countries and introduces a theoretical framework for ATS. The framework defines five key elements and their interrelations, proposing a service-oriented hierarchical logical and physical architecture. To validate the ATS theoretical framework, we conduct a case study on autonomous vehicles (AVs) crossing intersections, comparing the efficiency of cloud computing, fixed edge computing, and mobile edge computing. This study captures the scenario architecture through the collaborative relationship of ATS services and conducts traffic flow dynamic simulation. Results indicate that mobile edge computing demonstrates the best performance, enhancing traffic efficiency by approximately 4.9–7.3%. The theoretical framework provides reference for transportation system architects and engineers. Furthermore, this method can be extended to other traffic scenarios, laying the groundwork for practical applications in future industry advancements. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Co., Ltd. 2025.

The evolving sophistication of cyber threats demands an adaptive, ensemble-based approach to Intrusion Detection systems (IDS). This paper introduces AEGIS, an advanced framework designed to enhance real-time threat detection through a multi-layered ensemble architecture. AEGIS incorporates novel features like adaptive thresholding, temporal-aware feature selection, and concept drift monitoring to maintain robust performance amidst dynamic and polymorphic attacks. With a combination of Random Forest classifiers and gradient boosting, AEGIS achieves 99.97% detection accuracy, while minimizing false positives. The system's resilience is further fortified by adversarial testing, time-based cross-validation, and ensemble diversity management, ensuring high adaptability to evolving network behaviors. Our results demonstrate that AEGIS not only surpasses traditional IDS frameworks in detection accuracy but also introduces significant advancements in real-time anomaly detection, scalability, and computational efficiency. The proposed framework provides a pathway for the development of future-proof IDS architectures capable of defending against increasingly sophisticated threats. © 2025 IEEE.
