Real-time UAV vision target tracking systems encounter the intricate challenges of striking a trade-off for tracking speed and performance, and the robustness of the following control. In existing tracking systems, the global attention mechanism enhances tracking performance, but it introduces higher computational complexity, impacting target tracking speed;the local attention mechanism can reduce computational complexity but often exhibits limitations in modeling the receptive field. In this paper, we propose a new framework named Convolutional Local Attention Tracker (CLAT) to address these challenges. Firstly, we design a hierarchical convolutional local attention structure as the feature extractor for CLAT. This leverages convolutional projection before local window partitioning, facilitating connections between non-overlapping windows and expanding the receptive field. Secondly, we introduce a streamlined feature fusion network comprising the unshared-weights convolutional layer and a global attention network. The whole design can balance speed and accuracy. Furthermore, to enhance servo control robustness, we have redesigned the upper-level controller by integrating all bounding box information. To capture feedback spatiotemporal information in CLAT, a dynamic template update is implemented by incorporating an IOU head into the predictor. Extensive experiments on visual tracking benchmarks and in the real world demonstrate that CLAT achieves competitive performance. Moreover, we have developed a comprehensive tracking system demonstration capable of precisely tracking targets across various categories. In this paper, we evaluate the throughput of intelligent omni surfaces (IOS) with power adaptation (PA) for cognitive radio networks (CRN). The power of secondary transmitter ST is adapted to control the interference at primary receiver PR. The signal transmitted by ST is dedicated to users U(t )and U(r )in the transmitting and reflecting space of IOS. IOS phase shifts are optimised to enhance the SINR at U(t )and U-r. IOS with power adaptation has not been yet proposed for 6G wireless systems and offers a significant increase in throughput and data rates. IOS with 32 elements offers up to 30 dB gain versus IOS with eight elements (N = 8). IOS with N = 256 elements offers up to 75 dB gain versus N = 8. The main motivation, novelty and challenge of this paper is to consider IOS with power adaption. IOS for Cognitive radio networks (CRN) and power adaptation has not been yet suggested and it is shown to offer a significant performance enhancement.

This paper investigates the role and the impact of control operations for dynamic mobile edge computing (MEC) empowered by Reconfigurable intelligent Surfaces (RISs), in which multiple devices offload their computation tasks to an access point (AP) equipped with an edge server (ES), with the help of the RIS. While usually ignored, the control aspect related to signaling, channel estimation (CE), and resource allocation (RA) procedures plays a fundamental role in the userperceived delay and energy consumption. In general, the higher the resources involved for the control operations, the higher their reliability;however, this introduces an overhead, which reduces the number of resources available for computation offloading, possibly increasing the overall latency experienced. Conversely, a lower control overhead translates to more resources available for computation offloading but impacts the CE accuracy and RA flexibility. This paper establishes a basic framework for integrating the impact of control signals in the performance evaluation of the RIS-aided MEC paradigm, clarifying their trade-offs through theoretical analysis and numerical simulations.

In response to such challenges, traffic management systems are becoming increasingly intelligent and adaptive. Particularly self-organised approaches such as the Organic Traffic control (OTC) system offer additional advantages such as efficiency, scalability, and robustness. In addition to the local and traffic-dependent switching of traffic signals, a central task of such a system is the coordinated adaptation of traffic lights by means of Progressive Signal systems. In this paper, we present a novel approach for establishing decentralised PSSs that takes into account recognised incidents and thus proactively ensures optimised traffic flows.
