Inductive heating has emerged as a highly reliable, efficient, and locally precise temperature control method, making significant contributions to industrial development. This paper focuses on the application of induction heating in surface quenching and local heat treatment of high-strength shaft parts in industrial production. A dedicated 2 kW/20 kHz high-frequency series resonance induction heating system was proposed with a modulation control method for industrial application. The system features a single-phase full-bridge inverter unit, enabling wide power adjustment capabilities by providing high-frequency alternating current. The detailed design methodology, system modeling, and control approach utilized in the series induction heating power supply have been comprehensively discussed. To validate the magnetic efficiency of the proposed system, a systematic finite element simulation model was constructed in COMSOL, replicating real application scenarios and investigating the influence of power supply-related parameters on the induction heating effect. The electronic system simulation model has been built in the PSIM environment, simulation results have successfully evaluated the efficiency of the proposed system. The research results of the proposed manuscript contribute valuable insights to the advancement of industrial surface quenching techniques, underscoring the significance of high-frequency series resonance induction heating in industrial applications.

This study addresses the optimization of grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) systems, particularly focusing on overcoming challenges posed by shading conditions. Employing machine learning (ML) technology, specifically Reinforcement Learning (RL), this research conducts a comparative analysis with traditional optimization techniques such as Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) for Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). Simulation results, executed using Simulink/Matlab, highlight RL's superior performance in terms of convergence speed and effectiveness compared to PSO and GA, without the need for prior system knowledge. This study contributes valuable insights into the application of ML-based algorithms in enhancing PV system efficiency, paving the way for advancements in renewable energy technologies.
