This paper conducts a survey and analysis of the current status of operation monitoring and maintenance technology for offshore floating wind power platforms. Globally, the transformation towards digitization and intelligence in manufacturing is driving rapid development of intelligent information monitoring and maintenance systems. By reviewing the technological accumulation and application of major manufacturers in areas such as digital twin models and remote monitoring technology, the paper emphasizes the importance of intelligent monitoring and maintenance systems for offshore floating wind power platforms. With the introduction of China's 14th Five-Year Plan, intelligent monitoring methods are gradually evolving towards multidisciplinary modernization, offering more possibilities for operation monitoring and maintenance of offshore floating wind power platforms. The paper also prospects the future development trends of intelligent maintenance, emphasizing the potential application value of technologies such as digital twin, artificial intelligence, and internet platforms in the maintenance of offshore floating wind power platforms.

In this paper, a Kalman filter is proposed to detect the environment of intelligent connected vehicles. The system improves the accuracy and robustness of environment perception by fusing information from multiple sensors (such as cameras, lidar, etc.). In the systemdesign, the Kalman filter is used to track dynamic targets on the road in real time, such as pedestrians, other vehicles, and obstacles, and ensures accurate estimation of the target position through prediction and update steps. In addition, the fusion of Kalman filter and other sensor data further enhances the accuracy of environmental modeling. Experimental results show that the proposed system performs well in multiple typical environments, especially in complex urban roads and severe weather conditions. The Kalman filter algorithm can effectively suppress noise and maintain high tracking accuracy. The object detection accuracy on the KITTI dataset reaches 96.2%, with good real-time performance and a delay of only 40ms. The experiment verifies the effectiveness of the environment perception system based on the Kalman filter, providing strong technical support for the safety and reliability of intelligent connected vehicles.

The integration and implementation of intelligent circuit system in Internet of Things (IoT) devices is one of the key technologies in the current digital era. With the continuous improvement of the intelligence of IoT equipment, intelligent circuit system, as its core component, undertakes the heavy responsibility of data acquisition, processing and transmission, and gives the equipment the ability of independent learning and decision-making. However, there are still many challenges to effectively integrate the intelligent circuit system into IoT devices and achieve efficient and stable operation. In this paper, the integration method and implementation technology of intelligent circuit system in IoT equipment are deeply discussed. In the aspect of hardware integration, the research emphasizes the importance of standardization and universal interface design, and how to reduce energy consumption through intelligent sleep technology and energy management strategy. Software integration involves selecting the appropriate operating system, communication protocol and data processing strategy to ensure that the intelligent circuit system can seamlessly interface with IoT devices and realize efficient data processing. In addition, the paper also discusses the selection and application of embedded system and microcontroller, as well as the selection and optimization of communication technology to meet the needs of different IoT devices.
