The demand is to solve the issue of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) operating autonomously and implementing practical functions such as search and rescue in complex unknown environments. This paper proposes an autonomous search and rescue UAV system based on an EGO-Planner algorithm, which is improved by innovative UAV body application and takes the methods of inverse motor backstepping to enhance the overall flight efficiency of the UAV and miniaturization of the whole machine. At the same time, the system introduced the EGO-Planner planning tool, which is optimized by a bidirectional A* algorithm along with an object detection algorithm. It solves the issue of intelligent obstacle avoidance and search and rescue. Through the simulation and field verification work, and compared with traditional algorithms, this method shows more efficiency and reliability in the task. In addition, due to the existing algorithm's improved robustness, this application shows good prospection.

Compared to existing traffic alert and collision avoidance systems (TCAS), the development of the new Airborne Collision Avoidance system X (ACAS X) adopts a model-based optimization approach to enhance airspace safety and operational efficiency. However, limitations such as the generation of massive numerical tables during development and the separation of development and evaluation processes hinder the system's maintenance and further application in avionics systems. Therefore, in this study, we tackle the aircraft collision avoidance problem using deep reinforcement learning methods, which substantially reduce storage requirements and enable self-updating during interaction with the environment, thus streamlining the development process. Our contributions include constructing a simulation environment for aircraft collision avoidance and establishing a reward system. Through three different reinforcement learning methods, we address collision avoidance while considering aircraft scheduling issues. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of reinforcement learning in tackling aircraft collision avoidance and airspace scheduling problems.

Online education brings both opportunities and challenges to educational institutions. The current application of traditional intelligent mode is relatively backward, in the reform of English learning, but also pays attention to students' learning participation, which will directly affect their learning effect. Therefore, this article explores and offers appropriate recommendations. For example, the development of cloud collection technology, through the installation of classroom intelligent equipment, through intelligent voice system, identify each student's parameters and classroom environment, record students' learning state, then the machine learning results are applied to intelligent classroom management to improve the classroom time utilization rate and students' learning efficiency. The whole system also includes data acquisition equipment, management node, cloud server and cloud data management equipment platform. After designing the relevant system, this paper conducts a practical research on college students' English learning under the intelligent classroom environment. After practice, questionnaire survey was conducted on the construction and use of wisdom classroom. The data show that the use of wireless sensor network and intelligent voice system, and applied in intelligent classroom, greatly improve the students' learning participation.

This paper describes a parallel-actuated robotic mechanism designed to provide two degrees-of-freedom (DOF) to the end-effector relative to a fixed base. In a potential application as a head-neck traction brace, these two independent DOFs are the vertical translation of the head with respect to shoulders and a specified orientation of the head in lateral bending. Motivated by recommended clinical methods to apply traction forces on the head, it is designed to provide vertical traction force on the head while tilted in a specific orientation. The design has four chains starting from a base stationed at the shoulders, each chain having 5 DOFs. Each chain imposes a single constraint on the motion of the end-effector. Together, four chains would apply four constraints, allowing only two DOFs of motion to the end-effector. Two out of four component chains are actively driven by linear actuators. Our kinematic studies show that the achievable workspace of this mechanism with a specific stroke length of actuators of +/- 50 mm results in 175-222 mm of vertical translation and up to +/- 9. of lateral bending. The lateral bending is coupled to the flexion/extension angle of the end-effector. A physical prototype was constructed to investigate the functional realization of the design in hardware. Overall, the physical prototype validated the motion of the theoretical model despite potential errors in the fabrication, making the design a candidate for potential head-neck traction application.
