In recent years, with the development of artificial intelligence, mobile robots are gradually moving towards automation and intelligence. In order to address the shortcomings of traditional intelligent mobile robots, such as single task forms and limited application environments, a smart mobile robot system with remote operation capability has been designed to enhance the adaptability of mobile robots to complex environments and tasks. The system consists of three functional modules: autonomous navigation module, remote operation module, and VR-assisted control module. A set of autonomous navigation systems has been developed to achieve navigation and obstacle avoidance in complex environments. Through the remote operation system, remote control of intelligent mobile robots is realized, enabling autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, and providing a unified communication topic interface to achieve the generality and portability of the remote operation system. Meanwhile, VR head-mounted display devices can assist users in performing complex tasks with intelligent mobile robots, improving the quality and efficiency of task completion. This paper describes a parallel-actuated robotic mechanism designed to provide two degrees-of-freedom (DOF) to the end-effector relative to a fixed base. In a potential application as a head-neck traction brace, these two independent DOFs are the vertical translation of the head with respect to shoulders and a specified orientation of the head in lateral bending. Motivated by recommended clinical methods to apply traction forces on the head, it is designed to provide vertical traction force on the head while tilted in a specific orientation. The design has four chains starting from a base stationed at the shoulders, each chain having 5 DOFs. Each chain imposes a single constraint on the motion of the end-effector. Together, four chains would apply four constraints, allowing only two DOFs of motion to the end-effector. Two out of four component chains are actively driven by linear actuators. Our kinematic studies show that the achievable workspace of this mechanism with a specific stroke length of actuators of +/- 50 mm results in 175-222 mm of vertical translation and up to +/- 9. of lateral bending. The lateral bending is coupled to the flexion/extension angle of the end-effector. A physical prototype was constructed to investigate the functional realization of the design in hardware. Overall, the physical prototype validated the motion of the theoretical model despite potential errors in the fabrication, making the design a candidate for potential head-neck traction application.

This article delves into the design and implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship systems based on cloud model data mining algorithms in university environments. Firstly, through in-depth communication with stakeholders such as university management, teachers, and students, a comprehensive analysis and planning of the system's requirements were conducted. Next, the article provides a detailed description of the system architecture design, including key components such as data collection and management, data preprocessing, cloud model data mining, user interface, reporting and visualization, security and privacy protection, as well as user feedback and support. During the system development process, emphasis was placed on the design principles and construction of cloud model data mining algorithms, as well as the optimization measures taken to improve system efficiency and accuracy. The system implementation process follows a series of strategies, including preliminary planning, system development, data preparation and migration, system integration, user training, as well as system deployment and continuous maintenance. Each stage is carefully designed and executed to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the system. After implementation, a comprehensive performance evaluation of the system was conducted, including accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The results showed that the system performed well in multiple aspects, but also pointed out some areas that needed improvement. Finally, the article summarizes the main advantages and limitations of the system, and puts forward suggestions for future work directions, including further optimizing user experience, algorithm performance, and expanding application scope. The rapid development of e-commerce is forcing the logistics industry to become more efficient and intelligent. Conventional handling focuses on simple and repetitive point-to-point handling tasks taught by demonstration, where placement and gripping points are strictly required. In this paper, we take the handling robot as the experimental platform and study the robotic arm control method based on machine vision, which identifies and locates the target object by machine vision, and then controls the robotic arm to accurately grasp the target, so as to achieve the flexible handling operation task. Through image recognition, path planning, object grasping and other functions, it realizes autonomous navigation and cargo handling tasks for robots in complex environments. The application of multi-size fusion based image recognition test experiments showed that the test is close to the real annotation, thus facilitating image recognition and intelligent storage.

This paper focuses on the application of AutomationML (AML) and Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture (OPC UA) in robot interoperability, aiming to promote the intelligence and interoperability of production systems in the era of Industry 4.0. By analyzing the current challenges of industrial robot interoperability, especially in terms of data standardization, a robot system architecture is proposed to improve the compatibility and information exchange efficiency between different types of robots. Research methods include system architecture design, integration of AML and OPCUA methods, and their empirical application in real-world manufacturing environments.
