Autonomous takeoff of flapping-wing robots (FWRs) is crucial for accelerating response speed and reducing costs in executing tasks. Jumping-aided takeoff is an effective method adopted by birds. However, the limited power density of motors poses challenges in achieving this type of takeoff for FWRs. In this study, we introduce a ground-based FWR ejecting system that utilizes a symmetric slider-crank mechanism (S-SCM) to store energy in spring. This stored energy is then converted into the takeoff speed of the FWR. The dynamic model of each working stage is established, and the design parameters are optimized according to simulation results. The prototype of the FWR ejecting system is fabricated for experimental validations. The results indicate that the system can provide a takeoff speed of 4 m/s for the 270 g FWR. Notably, the system is deployable on rough terrains and only adds a 3.2 g payload to the robot. Our work advances the autonomous takeoff of FWRs, promoting the application of such robots.

In recent years, due to the continuous development of Chinese enterprises, the demand for talents is also increasing, but the factors considered by enterprises when selecting employees are multifaceted. In order to provide suggestions and references for enterprises to select talents, this paper collects the employment situation of graduates from electrical engineering college of a university in the past three years, and analyzes the data based on neural network. The analysis results are used as part of job recommendation for employment guidance systemdesign. The innovation is that users do not need to master the neural network algorithm, they can enter personal information after entering the system and directly use the algorithm, get the best candidate recommendation result for a certain position, and realize the application of neural network algorithm. This paper provides some suggestions for enterprises to select talents, and at the same time provides an effective reference for the employment guidance of the education cause of the majority of colleges and universities.

For this reason, this paper adopts model-based systemengineering method to analyze the application scenario of vulnerability management alarm for airborne equipment and designs the overall architecture of the vulnerability management and alarm system for civil aircraft airborne equipment, as well as the key subsystems such as vulnerability automatic collection and asset management, vulnerability tracking and alarm, vulnerability management database, which are implemented in Java language, developed based on Spring Boot and VUE frameworks, deployed in microservice mode, with features such as rich functions and easy operation. Exponential AI development requires an adaptation to new technology by traditionally reluctant architects and allied practitioners. This paper examines the potential of the software design pattern (SDP) model, used in software engineering to capture and reapply designs, as one underpinning. Patterns have creativity and pedagogical benefits in parametric modelling, yet consideration of AI and broader design computing as well as the derivation and versatility implied by an SDP model are underexamined. This research questions how, in an AI context, new patterns may evolve for varied AI levels and non-geometrical features. It is undertaken in the Unity game engine with critical application of two prominent extant patterns as a computational workflow design response to a real-world citizen engagement scenario. A novel, feature-agnostic pattern is derived with a simple AI model and is verified for other AI models. The work concludes design computing patterns can abstract existing pattern knowledge to flexibly evolve and apply across rapidly changing AI-enabled design computing contexts and thereby assist practitioners to positively respond to AI advances.
