The necessity of intelligent transformation of hydropower monitoring was analyzed in response to a large amount of alarm information and insufficient intelligent analysis level faced by traditional computer monitoring systems in hydropower stations. Then, an intelligent hydropower monitoring system based on hierarchical device objects was proposed. Through the graphical configuration of alarm strategies, the digital integration, inference, and hierarchical fault diagnosis of traditional monitoring data information were achieved, thereby achieving rapid determination of fault location and providing fault diagnosis-aided decision-making to achieve real-time and predictive alarms for equipment safety. Based on the research on the demand for intelligent transformation of hydropower monitoring, combined with the research and application of intelligent monitoring systems in hydropower plants, the overall functions and key technologies were introduced, and their impacts were summarized.

Aiming at solving the problems of water quality detection of industrial circulating cooling water, a cloud platform based online monitoring system for industrial circulating cooling water was designed using multiple technologies such as sensors, embedded systems, and cloud platforms. The systemdesign mainly involves selecting core detection parameters that can basically characterize the water quality of the circulating cooling water, collecting data through corresponding sensors, transmitting it to the microcontroller for processing, and then connecting to the cloud platform using the MQTT protocol through the ESP8266 wireless communication module to establish an online monitoring system. In response to the problem of low positioning accuracy of existing indoor positioning algorithms, a logarithmic normal model was adopted based on the characteristics of the indoor environment. The Taylor formula was used to improve the traditional least squares algorithm, achieving more accurate indoor target positioning. In this algorithm, the mean Kalman filter (KF) is first used to model and process the indoor environment, eliminating the interference of random noise. Next, the estimated coordinates obtained by the least squares algorithm are expanded using the Taylor formula, and a cyclic iteration is constructed to gradually approximate the true target position. In addition, the design of an indoor environmental spatial layout optimization system based on Bayesian networks. The test results show that the improved algorithm has better improved the positioning accuracy, obtained more accurate estimates of coordinate positions, and ensured the stability of positioning deviations.
